I have not used this mod is a few years, what do I need to know so I can get it to run properly? Or can I just download the mod and run it straight outta the box?

Use the RC8 version as it fixes a lot of bugs & issues.

Had the similar issue with RC8. Adding DD caused an immediate CDT. Removing Plugs of the Commonwealth fixed the issue.

Yes, it's ok to upgrade mid play just make sure you completely remove the old version.

Uninstall old mod vi NMM, install new mod then start game.

 

Or uninstall old mod. Load game, save, then install new mod.

 

Does it matter?

Make sure you or others are not wearing DD, remove the items correctly, this make for one less issue to worry about later.

Exit the game.

Remove (completely) old version... install RC8, rebuild the outfits, load the game.

When @Elsidia get's the new version done and after testing it's working as intended the idea is to propose this as an official update so the main download page gets the update as well.

I'm trying to properly installed the RC8 community patch by naaitsab so I don't get a rigid body on top of my CBBE physics body as part of the harness model, but I'm stuck at the instructions to install the json files as instructed below.

 

MCM patch. Overwrite in the directory *modpath*\MCM\Config\DeviousDevices

 

MCM has changed, and no long has this file path. In fact I don't see any config files located in it's mod folder (which is now *mod location*/Mod Configuration Menu.)

 

Where do I put this patch?

The latest official version of the Fallout 4 MCM mod was posted on the Nexus on the end of 2019 way before the patch was uploaded. So the path is still correct.

It should be in the modfolder, then the MCM subfolder.

While crafting my reply to you showing my MCM folder, I decided to search for every config.json in the mod folder and found it.

 

I just realized that when you said *modpath* you meant the folder for the RC8 mod... I originally thought you meant wherever MO keeps the mods so I was looking in the "Mod Configuration Menu" folder thinking that the folder name used to be MCM when you published RC8. Anyway, thanks so much for the mod, and for reply despite how long ago this mod was created!

Hey I'm having problems with the bit where you meet that body right outside of sanctuary and are locked into devices I don't know where to find the character that's supposed to help out in Good neighbor like in the note am I going to the wrong area because I've checked the memory then and there's only Kimmy

Can any of you guys help with a installation guide, for Devious Devices RC8 for Fusion Girl, do i need the main RC8 and then the RC8 FG conversion, or only the one for FG.

i can't get it working anymore, and the body in front of redrocket has no body in game, 

i've tried all day with the installation and every time she has a deform body or the devices show and then the body is gone!

even tried like 10 times to build my body in bodyslide studio or so ?

 

And one last thing i'm not sure about, should i use AnimationsAddonsAndFixes or UAP? along with FG and BT3

You need RC8 and also one of the Fusion Girl conversions for it: either the Devious Devices RC Fusion Girl 1.80 Conversion 1.80A Bocefus made, or my 1.3.4 upgrade of wdaigle's Devious Devices Fusion Girl BodySlide Conversion (HHS) if you want included support for High Heels System.

The invisible corpse is unrelated, it's a bug with LooksMenu's BodyGen feature. You can work around it by adding a F4SE\Pugins\F4EE\BodyGen\Devious Devices.esm\morphs.ini file containing a line like this:

 

Devious Devices.esm|29af85=Female-Corpse

 

And for thoroughness put a templates.ini file in the same directory containing this line:

 

Female-Corpse=BodyFat@0.0

 

That will basically tell BodyGen not to try to morph any of the sliders for that corpse NPC, and the body should be visible on any new playthrough thereafter (it won't be fixed for existing saves where you've already come close enough to that corpse for it to get loaded by the game though, for that you could use the console to call BodyGen's regenerate function if you want). Maybe I'll include that in a future 1.3.5 version of the DD FG+HHS conversion.

I don't use either of those patches, but they should theoretically work fine with it (they're patches for animations, and have nothing to do with Devious Devices really).

Hello everyone, I'm suffering with the problem of DD for some reason, no devices are worn during events, except for collars and handcuffs, as well as plugs.

3. what you expected to happen instead.

oops i had so many tabs open trouble shooting the sexual harassments mod that i didn't realize, sorry!

Is there anywhere to delete gagged forced greets?

 

Saw a post about a few patches, but only one I can find was a patch that just makes it go on cooldown for 15secs.

 

Its nice, but I want this annoying part gone, completely.
