ousnius Posted November 19, 2016 Author Posted November 19, 2016 New version for all games! (the change log below includes v4.1 as well) Version 4.1.1: * BodySlide: Ungrouped sets now show all presets instead of no presets. You should still create proper groups, though!* Outfit Studio: Added UV slider/zap functionality. Diffs are created via OBJ import after a slider was set to UV mode. Instead of morphing the geometry, they move the texture coordinates.* Outfit Studio: Fixed loading of custom references that were created using existing references.* Outfit Studio: Minor NIF format fixes.* Outfit Studio: Bone weights for FO4 and SSE meshes are now normalized more accurately.* Outfit Studio: Added SSE optimization for NIF files. A dialog will ask you to convert them.* Outfit Studio: Fixed partition painting for SSE.* Outfit Studio: Stability and performance improvements.

ousnius Posted November 20, 2016 Author Posted November 20, 2016 Version 4.1.2: - BodySlide: Fixed batch build causing texture coordinates to go crazy after v4.1.1. - BodySlide: Fixed activating zaps causing a crash after v4.1.1.
Guest Posted November 20, 2016 Posted November 20, 2016 ousnius, you are the man....or woman. I greatly anticipate the new CBBE body. Have you talked with the guy who made the "Wonderbody" on the FO4 Nexus? Just curious, I could only image the amount of awesomeness or detail that could be birth from a joint effort from you two working together.

SplitResonator Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 I know this doesn't regard the Skyrim version of Bodyslide but I'm trying to take some custom sliders that came from this outfit: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8280/? and add the sliders to differen't outfits but no luck so far. I tried to highlight the slider to 100 and then export as OBJ and then create a new slider and then Import the OBJ but that obviously failed so I'm not sure how to take custom sliders from outfits and import them to others

ousnius Posted November 21, 2016 Author Posted November 21, 2016 ousnius, could you give us a roughly release date for CBBE ? or maybe some kind of "status update", for example " 50% is done" or something like that. No, because there is no ETA. It's done when we feel it's done, we don't know ourselves. And we don't know an estimate ourselves. I'm trying UNP UV slider things at the moment, Caliente is trying out various things for new features.

I'm trying UNP UV slider things at the moment, Caliente is trying out various things for new features. A nice feature would be to support multiple meshes as a reference. (E.g. Baseshape + Pubichair So far, I'm working with "load project". I fear, however, that I will override the project at some point. Happened to me save the preset. I wanted to create a new preset, but I have overwritten it. A query would also be quite helpful at this point.

Tut mir leid wenn es falsch rüber gekommen ist, aber ich wollte euch nicht bedrängen. Dachte ihr könntet es vllt grob einschätzen. Ihr habt vollkommen recht, "it's done when it's done".

Topology is incredible -- cleanest I've seen for Creation Engine (gamebyro). Somebody should hire that guy. When Bodyslide compatible (inevitable), going to set the standard.

Wonder, how it works with vanilla morphs -- vs, the high-powered stuff in BS. Though, you're right -- not seeing any vanilla low-weight to high-weight pics on mod page.. hmm. .. what's not seen when looking skin deep. Author's Quote: " Weight Sliders: Although there is a big room for improvement in that department, the weights are very smooth overall, keeping their integrity as closer to vanilla as possible, so the weight slider works flawlessly." 7400 vertices does seem lite for morphs. Will have to give it a try and stop speculating.
EvilReFlex Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 Can't wait for it. Is it possible to get the new base mesh with bone weighting? (as *.fbx or *.max)
ousnius Posted November 22, 2016 Author Posted November 22, 2016 Can't wait for it. Is it possible to get the new base mesh with bone weighting? (as *.fbx or *.max) The FO4 release had OBJ and FBX files, so the SSE release will have those as well.

I didn't mean exactly those, I meant in general it will have new OBJ/FBX files.

ousnius Posted November 23, 2016 Author Posted November 23, 2016 The new basemesh is ready right? Is there a chance to get it "now" to start converting armors. No, the weights, conversion references and sliders aren't ready, and it would be no use without them.

I'm trying UNP UV slider things at the moment, Caliente is trying out various things for new features. I'm so happy to hear this , I feel like so many content creators in different arts are forced to push out content to meet a deadline, only for what they've released to to be what they had in mind. Keep up the amazing work and thankyou so much for doing this for the community!
ousnius Posted November 24, 2016 Author Posted November 24, 2016 This is the new CBBE's base shape breasts while making use of a work in progress UNP UV slider (with Fair Skin Complexion, rendered in NifSkope). Overall using a UNP UV via slider on it works, but we don't know if we can get the other areas seam-free enough for it to be release-worthy. I'd say there's a 50:50 chance. Especially the more easily visible seams of the model space normal maps might become problematic to fix. TL;DR: This is the new CBBE mesh with a UV zap that makes it compatible with UNP textures instead. It might make it into release or it might not.
