I used to play UNO online on an Xbox 360, some years ago.  Man, I have no life. 🙃

> Online playing UNO? There is no excitement in it. We play the fast version, in which if it wasn't your turn, you can play your card if the color and the number match. You should see us playing with our children and other family members. Sometimes, we get into loud discussions about who played first when our hands bump during the card dropping.:classic_laugh:

Sounds like some nice and wholesome fun; a rarity nowadays.

I am thinking of how nice it is that there are still content creators who point of why a trope from a genre of fiction is not necessarily realistic or practical while pointing out all of the valid reasons why said tropes became popular in the first place. It disarms any desire to do response videos as well as encourage consideration for one's points without reflexive resistance, making it more likely that one will see changes occur in works of genre fiction down the line even if they only apply to standard mortals in said works.

Realism in fantasy is nice and all, but golly gosh fucking darn it, I love me some Rule of Cool.

Can't believe the original Sony PlayStation is 30 years old, today.  Here's to simpler times for gaming.

Gran Turismo 2 is still my most favourite game of the OG Playstation. Not that I ever had much time playing on the other consoles though.

Anyway, I'm still screwing around with UE5. And I suck at UI coding aparrently. It's kinda funny that unreal has free tools that let you create maps the size of tamriel with relative ease and fast, but making UI stuff is such a pain. At least I managed to import some Characters from DAZ Studio into the engine successfully, and will try soon with animations too. So there's something I guess.

Last I heard mental disorders don’t exist in the US. If you can’t shoot it, it doesn’t exist.

Jokes aside we aren’t exactly known for good healthcare. Much less mental health. It exists but whether we can do better is still a highly debated topic.

> I see "imaginary friend" as some kind of child's play, not as a mental disorder or issue. You won't believe but some Christian denominations like Pentecostals and charismatics in our country call it demon possession. If so, couldn't we say that playing with dolls as a child and speaking to them pretending they were living beings is a mental disorder or demon possession? I know it's not the same as seeing and talking to an imaginary friend, but the blueprint is the same - speaking to an existing being. Damn, it is a very complex theme and I would surely talk about it with our parents and my luvs.

The OG PlayStation was great.  I had a lot of fond memories from Tekken 3, Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy and of course, Gran Turismo among others.  Before then, I was a big Nintendo fanboy.

I think the GT2 had a glitch that prevents you from finishing it 100%.

I didn't realize there was a later version of the game that fixed that error.  Guess that's what you have.

I don't care what god a person worships but that kind of fear mongering is bordering on terrorism. I have heard that prisoners held in solitary confinement tend to show signs of brain deterioration. I am not a trained psychologist by any stretch but I would assume that it is isolation that hurts humans and not some imaginary demon or whathaveyou. I believe kids' brains create imaginary friends to have fun. As to what "fun" is maybe educational youtube channels like Vsauce might provide a better explanation than I can:

It has been so long since I've watched it.
