Since I installed the mod (with NMM, latest github release), SSE won't launch. Well, Steam tells me "Running" for 10-12 seconds and then it returns to the "not running" state. Usually when I launch Skyrim I get a CPU load then some HDD use, with this mod installed the HDD use is skipped, exactly like when I'm missing a hard requirement for a mod. When I uninstall it I can play again no problem. I have the problem with the legacy  2.62, the 2.91 and the 2.91b versions, so I don't think it's because I don't have Devious Devices. Should I look at a mod incompatibility ?

Oh god I'm stupid. Mixed up my LE and SSE installs. Again.

Edit: Well I know why I messed up. I blindly followed a link from an SE download without checking. Guess I learned the lesson now. And the conversion was on page 65 so no excuses, I'm just plain stupid.

The guard quest item you can ignore because the guard quest doesn't exist anymore - that is probably just the leftover bits in the MCM menu triggering an error message on load.

 

 

i have done all of that, was just concerned due to the sheer number of warnings. the mod otherwise appears to be working as intended

I don't know why, but whenever I install or activate this mod Skyrim (SE) won't even start.

 

I'm using the sse version and also tried all the others. 

 

 

EDIT:

I looked back a few pages and it seems more people have this issue. Skyrim won't start upon activating the plugin.

 

EDIT2: Seems I fixed it!!! Apparently I still had some of the LE versions installed, I just hadn't activated the plugin. Seeing as I just overwrote them with the SSE version I thought it had overwritten everything. Seems like some files from the LE versions lingered which prevented Skyrim se to start.
Therefore the fix is:

Uninstall the other versions COMPLETELY leaving only the SSE version installed.

 

EDIT3: There's another issue I have now. The lines only appear for a split second before they disappear again..

It's easy to add extra lines by editing the mod.  You'll just have to spend a few minutes looking through the different topics until you find the one you want to expand, but there aren't so many that this is difficult.  You can also change existing lines that don't work well for you (I did that myself to remove some anachronisms and fix a few misspellings).  If you don't want to risk losing your changes when the mod is updated, one way is to make your changes in a child mod, with this one as master.

I have a problem with the player dialogue.. they only stay on screen for exactly 1-2 seconds each time. I have the latest version of the mod (2.91b) and have the Fuz Ro Doh mod installed. I have tried the suggestion of turning the general subtitles off but it makes no difference and instead makes the player dialogue not show up altogether. I also tried disabling the dialogue subtitles, no difference still. Having the player moving or standing still does not change anything either.

 

Does any one have any suggestions?

I mean he was not online since June, but maybe someone else has an idea?

You can enable and disable Rape Comments as a workaround but it gets on my nerves after a short while because it happens everytime for me.

I have tried converting this mod For Skyrim Special Edition ( SSE ).

I am not sure if it will work as it should but it worked for me.

Please give it a try if your interested.

If you find any trouble with it I cannot help you, I just converted it and not a Modder myself.

 

If the Author of the mod would like this Mod removed please contact me and I will remove it as Soon as I can.

I installed this version yesterday and while it does work, i've noticed that the rape dialogue (not sure about any other during sex dialogue) keeps going and going, long after the scene has ended and the PC is several miles and a few fights further away.  Got raped by a troll and two wolf packs and an assassin later, the PC is spewing the troll rape dialogue.  I'm sure this is not intended, and atm, the only way i know to make it stop is to reset the mod.  Advice?

I want to make voice files for this mod. Reading is one thing, listening is one different experience. 

How can they be implemented? The creator did not log in for half a year :(

I use this tool for MariaEden. You need a Microphone for human voices or SAPI5 compatible voices for Robot voice files. Most steps of voice creation is automated by this tool.

 

BTW: If you need help, please ask me directly - I worked since years with CK voice recording.

Thank you for the explanation , will look into that for sure! 

 

But the voice files are not my primary concern. Adding the voices to a mod is more of a problem. Especially since I have not yet mastered anything inside the CK. I m just using TES5edit for some minor edits. 

Before I dont know that I can easily add voice files into a mod like this one or that someone promises to do so, I wont start making any voice files. 
That is why I asked :)

 

At the moment I am focussed on creating alternate files for mods that already have voice files. So I just replace what is already there. But for this mod this will not work as easily  I understand it :(

Creating voices for a foreign mod is not that complicated but it is a lot of work. I did this for submissive Lola and it took several days.

I don't think this is compatible with SE because I'm crashing every time i start skyrim.

 

If you or anybody could give me a link to an SE download, or convert the file for me that would be amazing.

If you crash when starting game, that probably means you don't have installed Sexlab.
I'm using it on Special Edition and it's working without problem.

i definitely have sexlab installed. It's the only mod i have that wont work. Skyrim just doesn't start up.

mb you are trying to start SE with mod for oldrim?
