Sorry for the misunderstanding. I grabbed her just before I updated PB. I thought you meant she was a spellsword to begin with, but she seemed to be a pure spellcaster.

She sort of is, but Bethesda didn't do a very good job building her.  The default version is actually a random leveled NPC based on a bandit mage but given some extra gear.  That's why the vanilla Anska is mostly a spell caster.  When I rebuilt her I based her off a ranger / conjurer model, so the new Anska should cast spells, use a bow and conjure stuff with reasonable skill.

I've mostly focused on the Buxom Wench Yuriana mods' quests

I used to do those but two things bugged me.  First the extreme power level of the wenches, it got a bit nutty.  Plus once I was a high level mage it still wasn't a challenge, I could max out the game difficulty, run my mage naked and he'd still plow through them.  So the difficulty doesn't exactly scale well and at low level I found them to be too dangerous.  My second problem was the later part of the quests themselves was a bit dark for me.  It went from something kinda fun and sexy into way too much gore and cannibalism... not my thing, but to each their own.

But on the flip side, what I'm trying to head towards is something more like a lore friendly cross between Deadly Wenches and Populated Roads eventually.  Lots of good looking NPCs, improved but still balanced and lore friendly stats, and eventually, in addition to the bandits, warlocks, etc. add in wandering encounters like merchants, pilgrims, travelers, etc.

No worries, the mod had grown beyond its origins and it sorta is prettier NPCs at this point... well... maybe Prettier Encounters would be a better name.

As for the overhaul mod you mentioned, I shy away from those. Pretty buildings are ok, but not worth risking potentially destabilizing my game and/or costing framerate. I only get 30 FPS on the opening start screen as it is. I spend FPS exclusively on people, creatures having proper 'hardware', and seeing both from a decent distance for sniping. Everything else in my game is butt-ugly. And I'm good with that. Majestic screenshots...pffsh...can my PC fuck them? No? Then not interested. 'Good enough' is good enough. lol

My Whiterun overhaul isn't just for looks.  It adds new locations, new vendors, new NPCs to interact with.

Currently there are two new Misc. vendors (like Belethor), a baker, a tailor shop, an ore merchant (sells ore and metal ingots, great for crafting).

Whiterun gets two new Thanes each with their own house carl.

There is a new Common House, sort of a big open boarding house for the poor.  Lucia now lives there and sleeps there instead of in the open (I felt bad for the kid, okay. ?).

There is a whole new district to Whiterun, the Spring District, with a new tavern.

Dragonsreach got a full time chef and two assistants so there's staff in the kitchen now.

Everyone has a home, a bed and a job of some sort.

The Bannered Mare got overhauled and is now larger inside with a total of 6 guest rooms.  Plus Blackbird Wanderer has been developing a guest system so we get random guests who check in to 5 of the rooms, stay, check out, come and go, have daily routines of their own, etc.  Make the Bannered Mare feel more like a functioning in.  Some of the guests are traveling peddlers and merchants (extra vendors!).

The Whispering Door quest got modified, the blade is now in a new location and has some extra surprises.

Breezehome got moved to the Wind District and the interior got redesigned and heavily upgraded, its now one of the nicer player homes in the game.

I used a LOT of occulsion planes and boxes to help cut down on the graphics demand (to help with frame rate).

Lot of new stuff outside of Whiterun, including a new inn outside by the meadery, it will also have a guest system and its own set of guests.

Eventually there will be custom dialog using synth voicing and I've got about 80 new side quests planned.

By the time its done it'll be a DLC sized mod with a lot of new content.  The idea was to turn Whiterun into more of a living and functioning city, something that felt more like an actual city than the lil village on a hill we got.  But, stay lore friendly with everything I do.

Oh an there's even a cute set of twins you can fuck.  ?   Or if you prefer there's a sexy milf and her grown daughter... (Gabianna and Apinia Jucanis).   There's even a new resident Dibellan... though she's more the artistic type and not a slut, but she is very pretty (I wanted to present more of what lore actually describes the Dibellans as being like and not the whores they often end up being portrayed as, the later sounding more like Sanguine cultist.  So my Dibellan is a bard and an artist, sort of a... well...

flower child kinda.   Speaking of which there may be a Sanguine cultist among the new NPCs as well ?)

Suggestions/Requests: Female Dremora and forsworn shamans. I miss the first and love collecting the second. Although, I think Deadly Wenches handles the shamans, but Wenches are a handful in the outdoor slave camps. I have yet to see a war break out in my Lakeview Manor basement slave cell add-on. I think I'm gonna shut down combat training outside and only do it indoors and see what happens. It'd be nice if it was that simple a fix. ?

Female forsworn (including extra shaman) are already in the mod.  Not all of them have the ugly face paint, I did some experimenting.  I will look into some dremora, or at least some female daedra though other mods kinda already cover that (Lost Grimoire has Dremora Seducers you can summon, and there are some others that have mazkin, etc.)

An for your Hearthfire Homes, have you tried my Hearthfire Dungeon Add-on?  It was specifically designed with PAHE & HSH in mind.

No it wasn't, I'll have to check that.  I only added KS Hairdo as a dependency with Wrye Bash afterwards so people would know it was required (its amazing how many people don't read instructions).

Yeah, I'm at about the mid-point of it. I just saw the first cannibals in Solitude when I was looking for Yuriana in the quest to find the mysterious Buxom necromancer. My problem with it is all the quest items(the picture cards) that are piling up in my inventory, and the fact all the subjugated buxom wenches are the same npcs recycled over and over. Enslave one and messes with their clones. Copies of the ones I 'own' keep showing up where ever I am, non-hostile and pretty much my followers. It's hard to explain, properly. It's just 'not right'. But damn, they're pretty and thicc as hell. But cannibalism, mutilation and necro stuff(undead don't count) aren't really my thing, either.

Sounds good. I'll give it a look when you release it. If Olfina was to break up with that Battleborn dude during the course of your new quests, that'd be cool. Yeah, but they're summons. I'd prefer just spawned beings I can hunt for the slave camps. Or making them just straight-up followers would be cool, too. I just checked the mod page. Sounds cool, but there's a lot to it. As in, extra stuff I could do without. The Lakeview manor add-on for PAHE is more my speed. No frills, just a handful of rooms with some basic furniture. Just a carbon-copy of that for all the player homes would be ideal, for me. Simple. Less 'moving parts' that could break. That's the dream. Another example of a good add-on is The Dungeon for MME. A couple of frills, but basic in general. Man, I LOVE those milking machines.

Well, all this 'chatting' has pushed me over the edge. Time to start from scratch, again, and retire my latest Succubus PC and create the next version. I really wanna yanks some mods like Beastess and add a few(MME, ABC, look for a strap-on mod, etc.). And be able to have PB running on all cylinders. I hope your happy! It's YOUR fault. lol Not really. It was inevitable. I always do this when I've updated a bunch of mods and bugs start cropping up more and more often. How people are still using years old PCs are a mystery to me. I guess they just know what they're doing, as opposed to me, who just knows enough, but not a lot. I guess it pays off growing up in a digital world, while I'm a child of the old analog one. What's simple for them is a college course for me.

You are thinking of Elenwen, the high elf, who would be much harder to get since you cannot use spells or most actions while near her at the party and she doesn't normally show up anywhere else, afaik.  Brelas is the bosmer server who can give you a bottle of wine but is also used as a distraction if Erikur is there, causing her to end up in the cellar with Etienne.

Mod is still being worked on and much progress has been made. I hope I'm not speaking out of turn to say EtR and I are both testers and that mod will be probably 3x better when done. Voice work via synth program makes the captives able to talk, a quest with story and a few new locations EtR made will add to the game.

That happens when a modder makes a NPC, flags it as unique in CK and then plugs it into a leveled list as a random (respawning) NPC.  I messes with PAHE, tricks it into thinking they are all the same NPC (least that's the short answer).

There has been internal discussion about her and Jon and a side quest to either encourage them to get married... or to break them up.  Many of the side quests I have planned there won't be one fixed outcome, you the player can go either a "good" route or a "bad" route and your choice will have consequences that add up over time.  Its part of a larger "quest" to either uplift Whiterun, improve morale, restore Nord heritage and pride... or tear all that down.

Yup, and like Karl said development is ongoing and there will be a new release when its ready.  Lot of new content being added, new NPCs (captives) who are also better looking than the old ones.  Plus, I'm working on building a bunch of new bandit camps that will be included with the mod, so you'll be getting more bandit camps all over Skyrim filled with sexy slutty captives and a lot of angry bandits trying to kill you. ?  Six camps so far have been completed, tested and add in.  I'm working on two more (one is a light house on an island, another is a mine taken over by orc bandits) and there are at least four more planned... so at least a dozen camps.  Eventually the camps might be released as their own separate mod.  They're fully compatible with Prettier Bandits so... rescue the damsels and enslave some bandits... or whatever floats your boat.

I figured that's what you meant, there's not many places in Skyrim where you just run into Dremora / Daedra.  Will have to give that some thought.  Basically it would mean adding some into some of the random encounters.  Few ideas come to mind... maybe I could have some witches fighting a summoned daedra (but the daedra would be a leveled encounter and wouldn't go poof unless they died) instead of an atronach, or you might encounter some Vigilants fighting a daedra of some sort.  Will ponder it, its an idea for a future version of the mod.

There's really not that many moving parts to it.  The ZAZ furniture ( @t.ara version) is just sets of stuff you enable or disable.  If you wanted a whole lot of milking machines, then leave the furniture disabled and you've got plenty of room to spawn in milkers.  Its not a dungeon... its a dairy!  LOL  While it does have a little scripting its not major and it does add identical spaces to each of the Hearthfire Homes.  But, up to you, thought I'd mention it since it was made for exactly what you're describing.

2.0 probably will require a restart, but its also going to take awhile so I wouldn't worry about that yet.

Next up is v1.1 which will focus on adding some more unique NPCs and some adjusted quests so that at least four of the current uniques can become followers in game once their main quest content is done (Salma, Anska, Eisa, and Fjola)

for v1.2 I'm not sure yet, I've been looking at taking some other locations and doing with them like I did with Night Caller Temple and Wolf Skull Cave and adding more original unique NPCs, one option is Helgen (start) so that the Imperial or Stormcloaks you fight are all uniques and if you enslave any of em, it won't cause others soldiers to end up naked.  The other BIG notion I'm having is maybe take the time to go ahead and convert all the existing NPCs I've done to KS Hair and fully remove the Apachii dependency.  People have been asking for that for a long time and since the 2.0 rebuild is going to take awhile, might be a good idea.

There is a follower mod that sort of does that, Vile Vixens was the name of it IIRC.  But not one that adds them as random encounters.

A couple alternate ideas on the dremora placement (though added WE encounters with Vigilants or witches would be nice)

- replace the dremora that Merunes throws at you at his altar at the end of the Razor quest / the dremora inside the temple area

- swap a boss at the end of a witch cave location for a dremora

Or just make a pocket cell with a couple in it either as a "modders resource" kind of thing or just a freebie for slaves

Okay, looked into this and the only thing I'm seeing being injected are the duplicate hair headparts.  The original KS Hairdo esp isn't being altered however, its only injecting them on game load.  The reason its doing this is because the duplicate PB hair headparts use the same meshes as the original mod.  Its harmless and should not cause any problems.  It will not conflict with other mods using KS Hair, etc.

If you figure out how to make the two mods work together, let me know, I'd be quite curious to see the result.

Definitely possibilities.  Mehrunes shrine, particularly inside where it uses a variety of dremora / daedra you don't otherwise see in Skyrim would be a good choice.  Warlocks, witches and conjurer's lairs seem like another location to figure something out.

Just as an update to my last, I found that someone already made the script I was trying to write. After I figured out why that script wasn't working (curse you Windows Defender), I managed to get the results I was hoping for:

Redguards are borked in my test install for some reason. I think it might just be a problem with the textures that Disparity and Diversity ships with for vanilla bodies, since the CBBE textures I use in my gameplay install work fine.

Yeah, it was one of the things I found while poking around in the plugin. Somewhat related: you might want to remove the package that gives Carcette her routine from the clone meant to be there, because I found that she escaped her cell and was hanging out with the real Carcette.

Posted (edited)

LOL, doh!  I'll fix that in the next release.  Also noted that Anska does not have a leveled enchanted sword in her inventory, she should have, that will be fixed as well.

Oh an speaking of Carcette, one of the ideas being kicked around is to change her fate slightly.  Rather than have her die in the attack on the Hall of the Vigilants, she gets captured and dragged off to a vampire lair.  She can then later be found in said lair as a thrall, so you end up fighting her, killing her, enslaving her... and if I can figure out how... maybe you can even break the charm making her a thrall and free her and she becomes a follower (still brainstorming on how to do that part).  Not sure when I'll be able to get that in, since I'm still figuring out what I want to do and how to do it, but its being worked on.

I am trying to include some options for some of these gals to become followers since not everyone who uses my mod uses PAHE, so I want to make sure to include some extra goodies for the non-PAHE users (course as followers you could drag em off to @fishburger67 Mia's Lair and turn them in to Sex Slaves ??).

Something that occured to me, but might not be workable - make her essential like the Dawnguard DLC moth priest Dexion and when she goes to one knee (script) toggle her AI and factions?

I'm still working on Bujold, Hilund, Herkja, Niyya, Ildari Sarothril, Merilar Rendas.   Mirri and Tilisu Severin will also be included.

In addition I'll be making Salma, Anska, Eisa Blackthorn and Fjola available as followers or hirelings after their quest content is completed.

Then it will be on to v1.2 and... maybe the first official SE conversion, more on that later.

Looked into this further and found out is IS a problem, though why its happening I'm not sure and have not been able to find out.

I have removed KS Hair as a master but this also causes a problem.  It will mainly affect people who use PAHE to enslave the random NPCs (non-unique).  From about 1/2 to 2/3 of them may disappear when I update to the next version, v1.1.  There is a simple way to find out in game if a particular slave is affected, open console > select the slave / NPC and in the lower right corner of your screen if it says last change: KS Hair, it's one of the ones that will go poof next upgrade.  Best to sell them off or something for some gold.

If the last change was not KS Hair, then that NPC will be fine.  So far, none of the unique named NPCs are affected, so you can collect them without fear.

Apologies in an advance for any inconvenience this will cause, I had no idea adding KS Hair as a master would cause this and I'm still not sure why it does.

In other news:

I'm hoping to have the next version out in about a month.  That will add more unique named NPCs with facegen done in Racemenu and KS Hair.  It will also update Salma, Fjola, Eisa Blackthorn and Anska so they can be picked up as followers after the quest content is done.

The new uniques will include:  Laelette, Alva, Liesl, Bujold, Hilund, Herkja, Merilar Rendas, Ildari Sarothil, Niyya, Mirri Severin and Tilisu Severin, and the Frightened Woman (who will get a name).  That will bring the total of unique NPCs up to 34.

I'm also experimenting with adding dremora into some of the encounters.  So far its working but I've a few snags to work out.  In the next version you will be able to see Dremora warriors, archers and warlocks battling Vigilants or encountered with some witches.  If killed you get daedric hearts, they can be enslaved with PAHE but have no voiced dialog.

Posted

Continuing to work on PB for the next update.  As I mentioned I'm adding dremora to some encounters.  For now they are all male dremora skilled as either mages, archers or warriors (2H).  These were already in the game.  I added them to the Wilderness encounters of Vigilants of Stendarr or Witchs encountered fighting an atronach.  There is now a 25% chance it will be a leveled random dremora instead.

I am planning to work on the dremora and give them nicer hair (KS hair) and maybe clean up their faces a bit.

First question:  Is there a desire to see female dremora, winged twilights, dark seducer types?

In working on this I discovered another issue.  Witches are in the HagravenFaction, they don't have a faction of their own.  Dremora, as a race (meaning this is added in their racefile) are allies of the hagraven faction which means a witch encountered with a dremora instead of an atronach will not be hostile to each other (they ARE both hostile to the player).

Second Question:  Does this matter?  Are you fine with a witch encountered with a dremora who is friendly to her but hostile to you and they both attack you rather than the usual scene of a witch fighting the dremora (like they would an atronach)?

So as it stands v1.1 will include some more variety for witches and will add some kinds of dremora / daedra to wilderness encounters with Witches and Vigilants.

fight wise no, but lore wise yes, as I don't think of witches reaching into Obvlivion.  Then again I might be wrong on that.

Two way fights I think rarely happen but two on one fights are not so rare. Having some variety would be nice, though that's half the point, right?

I would rather see no dremora than male ones. So yes, there is a desire to see female ones instead.

Witches are essentially female magic-users that worship a Daedric Prince with or without a coven.

Here's an off topic thing for EtR: I have two Keeper Carcettes in the Hall of the Vigilants. And I don't like the new Imp Cpt. The blush makes her look like a skank. But that's just me.

Sorry, but LL is loading really slowly atm, and it'd take ten minutes to switch over to PB forum or maybe even timeout. So feel free to delete this if it's aggravating to your sensibilities.

The Carcette problem has been fixed, I need to post the updated esp.  Been so busy lately I keep forgetting, so keep reminding me!

I'm also removing the KS Hair as a master since that has caused a LOT of issues.

I can try adjusting the captain's facegen, I'm still getting the knack for it so people who speak up and request changes are more likely to get their wishes.  Then again, maybe she IS a barracks whore. ?

On the witches with dremora.  There will be male dremora since that was specifically asked for, but I'll see if I can come up with some female stuff.  Give you a hint, I helped Blackbird make those mazken for SBC ?  There is one problem I've run into with trying to get witches fighting the dremora (which is what I originally intended and would still like).  Bethesda made the hagraven faction (of which witches are a member) allied with the dremora race in the race file and I don't want to edit that.  What I could do is remove the witches from the hagraven faction, and put them in a witches faction allied with hagravens but NOT dremora.  That would get the witches and dremora fightings.  But there's a catch, if any mod was depending on the witches being in the hagraven faction, it could break things.  So its a significant change, and before I make that change, think it over and offer some feedback on it.

Meanwhile I'm working on the facegen of some more unique NPCs to add in and will take a look at retouching some of the current ones.

Of the current uniques, any favorites or feedback?  Which ones do you think I got really right... that'll help guide me in the future.

I'm also curious what people think of Lu'ah al-Skaven.  I wanted to do something different with her, not just another youngish suppermodel type.  Best I could piece together from lore, Lu'ah is about 55 to 60 years old, so I wanted her to be more of an aging beauty, but a bit unkempt because she's NUTS!   How'd I do?

My personal favorites are Eisa, Fjola, Valana, Trystan, Anska, and Enyra.

Will post the update soonish, need to double check some things.

Regarding the witches, some NPC types have a special "road" faction for encounters. I think the Thalmor are one such.  Possibly you could create a WEWitchesFightDremora faction, set it aligned to hags and whatever else, but enemy of dremoras and the just use it in a witch leveled npc that uses the other witches as a template?

Possibly, I'll look at the quest involved (its just one and I have to update it anyway) and see if that would work.  Good idea!

Nope, adding a faction to the witch and dremora via the alias refs to make them enemies doesn't work, the racial alliance seems to take priority.  So I'm back to the original problem that the only way to make them enemies is to remove witches from the hagraven faction.

Removing witches from the hagraven faction and putting them in their own allied faction doesn't seem likely to cause problems as there doesn't appear to be much in game that even uses it.  I've done a little testing this morning, it does work to make the witches fight the dremora (as they already do with the atronachs) and this was what I had originally intended.  So the only question now is will it break anything else.  When I built the new PB_WitchesFaction I was careful to make sure it was friends and allies with all the same factions the hagravens are, EXCEPT for dremora, so the witches should still be friendly with skeevers, trolls, etc.

I'll continue testing to see if it produces any problems or odd results.

@rcy68 Okay, here's an adjusted tintmask for the Imperial Captain at Helgen.  Less blush, better?

(just unzip it an let it overwrite the existing file)

Holyshit, dude. I was just throwing that out there on the off chance others didn't like her new look as well. Maybe prompting a change in the next update. You didn't have to do THIS. You're a busy man, after all. One whiner should not expect to be rewarded, after all.lol

Thanks, Oh kind and benevolent one!

So is two Keeper Carcettes just a "me" thing, as I suspect? I haven't been to SBC yet, so if you replied there, I'm about to go see it. I hope I didn't annoy Blackbird. Annoying ANY modder is the last thing I want to do. I generally just throw things out there and see what sticks. I have ZERO problems being ignored.
