I'm having trouble with the house tokens in my game; each time i place the house cell token the cage appears fine and I place it down where I want. However when i click to interact with the chest a second time to move/change the cell markers nothing happens when a menu should pop up?

 

I really don't know this is an incompatibility with another mod somewhere I have tried a whole bunch of stuff but to no avail.

 

I have PAHE, ZAZ animations, Fus-Ro-Dah, UI extensions and DD Assets, Integrations and Expansions, could any of these be preventing the menu from popping up as I have no idea what to try to fix the issue? Any advice/pointers would be very much appreciated :)

Not an interaction with any of those. When you say "click to interact" are you clicking it with your mouse or are you using the "E" key like you do when you open a container?

I press A (on controller) on the chest to Activate House Slave Functions after I have placed the cage down and nothing happens when the Marker menu should appear? I don't know if this is an incompatibility with another mod or a missing dependency but I just can't get the marker chest to work. Any Ideas?

Sorry, not used to a controller. Is that the same way that you would open a chest, look in a barrel, etc.?

Yes, So If I were using the keyboard it would be the E key to open doors, chests, look in barrels etc. When i try to bring up the menu by opening the little chest outside the cage, nothing appears

Once again, I don't know what you can do with a console. If you can, download your papyrus log and hope that Musje is watching because I am drawing a blank.

No, Im not making myself very clear; I'm playing the original 32-bit version of skyrim on PC (just with an xbox controller instead of mouse and keyboard as that is what I'm used to). I use Mod Organiser v1.3.11 to manage all my mods; including FNIS, bodyslide etc. I'm a bit of novice really aside from installing and uninstalling, how do I access my papyrus Logs as this is the first time I have ran into an issue like this? Here is what I mean, I came across this while testing to see if my game ran okay with the mods installed. I placed the cage using a house cell token, which was fine. Then when I try to change the Cell markers by activating the little chest by the door, nothing happens for some reason. Annoyingly I did have this mod working when it tried it several months ago, though granted several other mods I use are more up-to-date and may be causing a conflict somewhere? I'm honestly stumped though as to what is causing it?

Most of your load order is mods that I use so I feel comfortable in saying that those aren't your problem. What about the two positioner mods that you have? Have you tried turning them off? One or the other of them may be interfering (I don't use them so I can't be sure).

As far as papyrus log is concerned. Go to /Documents/MyGames/Skyrim/Logs/Scripts. There should be a listing of your papyrus logs there. Download one that includes your attempts at using the House Cell Functions. If there are no papyrus logs there don't panic. It is probably turned off in your skyrim.ini. Open that and look for this:

[Papyrus]
bEnableLogging=1
bEnableTrace=1

If you had no papyrus logs then it is likely that one or the other or both of these settings are set to 0. Simply change them to 1 and save the new skyrim.ini file. Play your game again and you should be able to find the logs this time.

Psalam you had cracked it straight away!; It was the JaxonZ positioner mod which is preventing the dialogue box from appearing; I didn't even need to look at the Papyrus log in the end.

 

Thank-you very much for helping me crack the problem :) ; I am gutted though as that mod allowed me to reposition ZAZ furniture around the house as to how i liked them :/. I have included my Papyrus log, I don't know if this will shed some light as to what inside the positioner mod is conflicting with PAH HSH? I'm going to have to have a rethink on the positioner...

Honestly I don't really know. My best guess is that your positioner mod was interested in moving it as furniture and not letting it function as intended. Regardless, I'm glad that I could help. When Musje gets back on I'm sure that she will be able to explain it.

I use this mod as well as Jaxonz Positioner  and have no issues. While I don't doubt that speedingbullet is having an issue, the two mods will play together just fine.

These are the versions I am using at the moment. I realize that I'm a little out of date on HSH. I hope this provides (some) insight as to what may be going wrong.

I think it might be just that an update in one of my mods made it conflict somewhere; anyways I have found an alternative called Cobb Positioner which does practically the same thing (if all be it a bid more fiddly to use).

You must either complete the quests, or set the quests as optional in the MCM menuy and ask Pardo if you can keep your slaves at the Restless Hunter.

Thank you for your swift reply Musje.  I have previously had HSH working fine but after an unfortunate reinstall, it no longer functions as before.  I have completed the quests but cannot get tokens etc or open the cellar door even with the slave medallion.  The MCM menu is now set to quests  optional, but still no joy.  In the MCM menu, only the info page shows anything, all the others are blank.  I have version 1.19 together with PAH and you get a slave .54 and PAH enhanced, 7.2.4, so maybe its the combination some how?

Musje, this and AYGAS have changed my entire role play and I'm having a blast.  Thanks for all your hard work! 

 

I have no major issues just a general question for anyone that might have insight.  I'm looking for a mod that would spawn hot female npcs... 

 

Been using Immersive Wenches for my slaves but every once in awhile they don't fare well with the capture system and I get a CTD.  No biggie as it's probably 1 in 6. But having another option would be nice.

I don't have that problem in SE, I'm using Immersive wenches, Deadly wenches and moar deadly wenches. Problems only came up with using the other expansions of IW.

I have a little problem with my Slave in combination with the Underground Bathhouse. I set up a Housecamp in the Bathhouse and as I tried to move some Slave into it, The inhabitants turned hostile and killed the slaves. While having the slaves with me as Pahe Slaves nothing happened. Any Ideas how I can prevent them from killing each other? I wanted to set up a nice little Brothel in there,because there are enough beds for slaves,...

I also have Hateful Wenches installed. It's probably my load order or ineptitude honestly...

Something simple I'd like to see with the next update. Rather than waiting to become thane could the quest, and therefore the house cell tokens, become available earlier. Perhaps when you talk to the Jarl of Falkreath for the first time (since Hearthfire delivers a letter to see him anyway rather than having to do the four quests associated with becoming a thane of a minor hold (3 favors and the Jarl's quest).
