If the cells are adjacent, the  other slaves should follow you there if you order them to follow. They need to be sufficiently trained for that.

Each cell is managed by a taskmistress.

Just so I am clear, I want to tell you what I've done.

When I went to the Lakeview Manor celar, I used my token and created a cell (a big steel cage) for the slaves and I assigned a taskmistress to it.

Then I used the box near the door to make another cell (not a steel cage this time) in a room nearby (no doors, so same "indoor cell").

The taskmisstress I assigned earlier to the first cell, now goes to the second cell when I tell her to make herself useful (the only way to get her to stop following me).

When I come with new slaves to be trained and I tell them to "stay here for a while" they always go to the first cell. The taskmisstress comes and puts them in the first cell.

 

By the way I noticed that if I come with more than one slaves, I have to wait for the taskmisstress to take them to their cell one by one or she will bug out.

Ok so you aren't placing new House Cell tokens, but placing additional Cell Markers. You can assign slaves to those markers by bringing them close to the right marker, then say "Attend me, slave" -> "You can choose any cell in the house": this deassigns them from the current cell. Then say "Attend me, slave" -> "Stay in this cell" or something similar. They should then use only that cell.

 

"Make yourself useful" lets the slaves sandbox around the House Marker, by the way. Use "Go to your cell" to send them to the assign cell marker

just for clarification. you are using ETR mod and also the PAHE lakeview manor cell add-on right?

 

I never used both of those together. but ETR's seems to be uninstall friendly. and also it uses the coffin space as an entrance. so that one should be ok. (did they fixed the green silhouettes issue in SSE yet? O_O )

 

and for the lakeview manor cell. I had that issue when I installed it after constructing the manor. and the only workaround I found was either disabling it (and giving up on it).

or going to the console and very carefully selecting the weapon racks and using the command "markfordelete"

 

IMPORTANT

ALWAYS make a full save before starting this process. since you could delete something you did not want. and could mess the cell completely.

so just in case...

 

1-FULL SAVE

2-enter the console by pressing ~

-select one rack

-type "markfordelete" (without the quotes) and exit the console

-press F5 for a quicksave

-then press F9 for a quickload (loading is needed so the delete takes place a lot of times)

-verify everything is all right

-repeat from step 2 until all are gone

 

EXTRA: if I recall correctly there are some invisible elements on those racks so you might need to delete 2 times for each rack. and those invisible bits are hard to select so do be careful.

 

now in case someone knows a decent way to do this, that could  not potentially F your basement let me know too XD

what does putting a slave in charge of extra cells (not the taskmistress) do?

 

umm... now that I think about it the other question if for AYGAS so... not for here.

 

then I guess just a couple of silly behaviors to report XD

-while training combat. sometimes Defeat (the mod) makes the slaves to rape the defeated character. which leads the trainer and trainee to hate their guts so they wont stop fighting.

and often they will be stuck in the "flee" phase and completely unresponsive. until they are healed.

recommendation: heal the slaves after each combat session. maybe use the taskmistress to check if the HP is low. and/or block defeat for training slaves.

 

-if you have Sleep Tight (the mod) and you go to an auction. the slaves in the cell will go to sleep unequiping their gear temporarily until they wake up.

and since auctions are at night they do that. and when the auction starts since they don't have the "auction amulet" equipped. the auction starts everyone gets seated, then immediately get up and leave, since "there are no slaves for the auction"

recommendation: do the same you did with the horse amulet, and check if the amulet is in the inventory instead of equipped.

Yes, I had both these mods installed prior to starting a NEW game, using LAL I chose to own the Falkreath property, so I immediately gained access to it. :D  From the beginning I had the issue. Yes, I do mean the PAHE Lakeview Manor addin. Probably the issue started because the manor was constructed at the start of the game due to LAL. 

You are right, you have to delete both, the weapon racks and their frames. I tried moving them using Jaxonz's Positioner, but I could only ever move the racks, not the frames. So I ended up deleting them also with Jaxonz's, I'm not sure if bringing them back is easy with Jaxonz, I've never tried, but I do have a save game to fall back to. 

 

Many thanks and good to know I'm not the only one. Ill tell @CliftonJD, so maybe a note can be put in the description of PAHE.

Funny thing, I totally forgot about the PAHE Lakeview Manor addon, I don't even have it installed... Damn!

No I don't have that issue, however I created the cellar and used the token before creating any furniture in the cellar. Don't know if it makes a difference but that's what I did.

Is there a way to make all slaves to go wherever they want through an "assembly" or do I have to tell them one by one?

Been using the mod now for almost a couple of months and am enjoying it greatly. Thanks Musje for all the work you've put into it.

 

Got a few comments/questions if I may:

 

1) Often when I tell some slaves to "practice their sensual arts with the others", I notice that the sex rating fluctuates. For example, at one point a slave's sex rating was 96 then a short while later I checked and it went down to 84. I hadn't left the area nor interfered with them in any way. Should this be happening?

 

2) Not sure if this is normal or not, but whenever I transfer a slave from PAHE to HSH, they lose their voice and I only see subtitles.

 

3) More of a comment/request than a question. The response of the slave when you tell them to stick around, "Like I have a choice", makes sense of it's a new slave or a poorly trained one, but to see this response from a slave with 100 submission and respect, plus a disposition of +4 (checked using console cmd) is somewhat jarring and, quite honestly, deserving of punishment! ;) It would be nice to see a different response from highly submissive slaves, and/or with high disposition towards the PC.

 

4) Is there any advantage to using multiple house markers? I'm pretty clear on the cell, wall and bedroom markers, but not too sure what functionality additional house markers would bring. Could it be used to extend the slave's sandboxing area in large homes, such as Castle Valdmire?

Older versions had that issue, but it shouldn't be happening anymore!

That's correct, HSH is not a voiced mod!

Bah, more work :) There's more dialogue that needs expanding but I don't know if I ever get around to it.

It lets you set multiple sandboxing areas in a big house, and divide the slaves across them.

If it was fixed before 1.20 then it would appear I am the bearer of bad tidings as that was the first version I ever installed.

does home sweet home differentiate gender in the sex training its assigning to the slaves as that would cause some discrepancies if it doesn't. think of those values as how the slave is trained to use its own body to satisfy its partner to understand why a male can't have vaginal training. by the same reasoning i should then be giving a value to the male for his cock tho so at this point, i'm thinking we need to re-evaluate who's gender training values are wrong as it may be that pahe has been looking at this wrong all along and home sweet home's sex values might self-correct if we were both assessing the values the same way.

 

don't ask me why the system isn't already designed to assess based on how well the slave performs that type of act rather than the body part used to perform it...maybe its the anal training that's not given to men, now that i think about it further. that would explain better why the men only have 2 body parts that can be trained as opposed to the women.

 

iirc its the slave script that assigns the sex training as the combination of those other values divided by 3 for women or divided by 2 for men...lmk if you need me to dig up the specifics on it

That sounds great. The training system in HSH for men is broken, because they get the exact same dialogues and sex training like female slaves. So you always see a female slave trainer using a strap-on on male slaves. Sex Training like the female player does in PAHE with male slaves (licking, cowgirl, anal) would be better in HSH too.

HSH doesn't differentiate. :) Yeah I am lazy like that.

Hmm... Men can be trained anal in principle, even if there aren't many animations for it. As for vaginal training, I always assumed for men it meant penile training.

Ran into an interesting bug (feature?).

 

First some background. I've moved my primary slave den from Heljarchen Hall to the castle mod Valdmire since it is a large enough dwelling with only one load door to a separate armory cell. As an aside, I had tried buildable Skyfall Estate but that caused all subsequent saves to crash once I started building anything. Anyway, two slaves were being trained, one all around with relatively low stats and another with all stats to 100 except combat. Since the latest version of HSH now sets slaves to essential I felt this was a safe enough thing to do.

 

Went out questing with another slave while periodically checking on the status of slaves in training. At one point the slave being trained in combat disappeared from the list while the trainer was still showing up. I didn't think much of it since in a prior version I'd had to rebuild the slave list a couple of times (though due to duplicate names not missing ones). Putting it off, I finished up my quest objectives and returned to Castle Valdmire. Not only was the trainee missing but the trainer as well, both under the MCM house slave list and physically (searched through the castle high and low). Previously, the only time I ever had a slave disappear was when using a permanent outdoor slave camp, something I've since avoided doing, so I was a bit disconcerted at having missing slaves from an indoor cell.

 

Getting the missing slaves' refID numbers from an earlier save, I used the console 'player.moveto' command to see where they were at. Imagine my surprise at ending up in the castle's armory cell and finding both of them there, having fully expected to end up in some utility cell with dead bodies at my feet. The trainee was in a respectful pose and soon after the combat resumed. The trainee ran out through the door to the main Valdmire cell with the trainer chasing after her, also going through the load door.

 

Everything I've read about HSH so far has told me that slaves do not go through load doors and will always stay in the same cell when on their own. So is this an unusual bug or a new feature? :)

 

Edit: I should add that once they went back to the main castle cell, their names reappeared in the MCM list.

I've had much the same thing happen to me on rare occasion but I can honestly say that it appeared to occur when the slaves were trying to follow me and then followed me right out of the cell.

I have had similar issues happening, it depends on the slave I think. Some followers manage to run their own package even when elslaved, and they wander around. You may see a message from time to time "xxx out of camp, attempting teleport", this is HSH trying to get that slave back into the cell. But for some reasons it loses track of the slave sometimes... as you noted, in this case you can move the slave back yourself to fix them.

 

It's one of those hard to fix bugs...

No worries, I understand what those can be like having done a fair amount of coding in the (distant) past. Since it seems they can be found and coaxed back I don't see this as a major problem.

 

As for the teleport message, yeah, when I ran a permanent outdoor camp I used to see this quite a bit. With regard to my previous comment about losing slaves, to be fair I never lost a highly trained slave, only a pair of (then) recently captured Khajiits. So until I setup Valdmire, I would keep slaves in training inside Heljarchen and move fully trained slaves outside (I had setup the permanent camp at the rear of the building).

 

One positive consequence of this is that after being away for some time, I was approaching Heljarchen only to be greeted by a veritable fireworks display. Seems some foolish bandits had tried to conduct a raid only to have their butts kicked by my loyal slaves - had about 8 or 10 of them out there at the time. Didn't even get a chance to dismount and draw my sword before they were all chopped smoking pieces of meat, figuratively speaking of course. :D

Question:  Is there a way to make a slave a follower?  I've tried it with follower mods (like Nether's Follower Framework that I currently using) but slaves that I've added to that framework still have their "slave" dialog.  This happens if they are from HSH or PAH.  The one I'd like to convert to a follower is a non-unique NPC (I'm using the "Wenches" series of mods and have a vampire slave that I've trained up and I would like to convert her to a follower if I can as she has special talents on the fighting side).

 

Any help, or a point in the right direction, is appreciated!

It might help if you could share what "unique talents" she has, but overall I am unaware of anything that would help.

Well it's an interesting thought. Maybe something to add when you release a slave with very high submission, that they stick around for a bit and let you ask them to become a follower.

You know I was afraid that this would happen. After posting a request for more house cell tokens I've run across even more places to use them. I am currently trying to do my first complete playthrough in months and therefore am running across things I'd forgotten. Anyway, the short version is that I've found two more places that would be nice to have house cell tokens (or at least to try them out): Sky Haven Temple (especially if I can figure out how to improve the lighting) and Fort Dawnguard.

If you want to hit 100 level on everything for you slave, you have to have them fight for you and the progress can be slow.  They end up being much like a follower and, well like followers, you can get attached to them!

 

I doubt that the a non-unique slave can become just like a custom follower (I use the Beeing Female mod and non-unique slaves and NPCs in Skyrim don't register in that mod, for example) but other mods start to recognize them (such as Eager NPCs) and the slave dialog and dialog from other mods don't fit together.

 

Being able to make them followers would be great - thanks for considering.

 

Either way, your efforts with this mod are appreciated!

And then there are three possible sites in Castle Volkihar. The main entrance area would be the best. Valerica's study wouldn't be bad but the Soul Cairn portal uses up most of the space. Valerica's Garden would also work. Now, I know it is supposed to be outside but, since you can not fast travel from it I expect it will act as an indoor location that way (I'll find out soon since Castle Volkihar is my next stop). The biggest problem with the garden would be that getting to it is difficult unless you play as a vampire and get the passage from the main hall to the garden cleaned out.
