qotsafan Posted September 13, 2016 Author Posted September 13, 2016 Sorry, I guess I forgot to mention that... The scanner isn't doing anything. Every SLIF value is stuck at 1.00 and even if I try to make it different by either adjusting the slider or setting a value for everything, it never changes... All my mods' scales keep reverting to default, it sounds like the same problem as dragonmodgod. If I do anything to grow any bit of my character, she just twitches between the inflated and default sizes. This issue seems to have popped up somewhere between the last two updates, as I missed 1.0 and went straight to 1.0a. Depends, most mods won't let you set different values at the moment, that would require to change their calculation system, which I have done partly, but not with all. If you want to change sizes for testing, try setting "auto register slif" to on and registering the player, you can set it to off afterwards. Here is a short video of what I mean:
dragongodmod117 Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 Ok... so I think I figured out what's been going on... The "maximum" values under the "values and sliders" tab, for each mod, needs to be set to 100. If not, none of the mods values will go above 1.00, as they are set to start there.

Well yeah, that's intended, but why was the maximum at 1.0?

Maybe there's something I didn't update correctly. I don't know. I'm just glad it's been figured out.

Same issue still, but I don't see a Maximum value under Values and Sliders. Edit: Found it, I had to select SLIF as the mod being edited and changed the modus to Maximum. They're all 100. Edit #2: Further testing shows that "use bodymorph for the belly" is the problem. Shame, too, considering I liked the shape of that one versus the regular setting. Now to debate whether to use the old version of SLIF for the bodymorph setting...

What's the problem with the bodymorph? The problem with the bodymorph toggle is that it would do that previously mentioned glitch where the stomach would bounce between the default size and the correctly inflated size. This issue popped up when I jumped from the latest 0.9 version to the 1.0a. No idea if the issue exists with the normal 1.0, though.

Yes, I just tried it out, there seems to be something wrong, I hope I can find it.
qotsafan Posted September 14, 2016 Author Posted September 14, 2016 Update 1.0.0c: - fixed bodymorphs jumping sizes - finally fixed converting keys/nodes results in empty strings or nodes being converted to keys and keys to nodes, resulting in errors - fixed DoQueue being called multiple times, even though only one time is necessary Edit: removed some debug messages I added for testing and reuploaded version 1.0.0c with the same name
hexenhaus Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 After upgrading from 1.0.0b to 1.0.0c, SLIF does not update the nodes anymore. Do i have to perform some kind of reset? If yes, how do i do that The MCM options provided are not that self explanatory.

And what do you mean with update or rather, what's different?

In detail i used the scaling with arousal functions of DCUR and after the replacement of version b with c the nodes did net get updated anymore. I also use WeightMorphs and its update did still work.

I also use WeightMorphs and its update did still work. Still not quite sure, what you mean, but here is a new update, that may fix stuff: Update 1.0.0d: - the inflation type for new added mods will now default to the value that is set for all mods - the default inflation type is now instant - left and right nodes now synchronize - improved performance on updating an actor - the queue is now processed for each actor for each node (trying to find a way to process them all parallel, but not really there yet) - the scanner now has a scan npcs on save load function - the scanner now does not initialize itself anymore (removed event OnInit)

Centrophy Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 As far as I can tell this does nothing on my setup. Are the mods supposed to show up in the mods list? Right now, only All Mods and SL Inflation Framework show up in the mods list. This is despite the scripts for Hormones, BeeingFemale, PSQ, and MME installed. The sliders also don't seem to change at all even with the scanner on.

The scanner is not supposed to do something on it's own, it just updates existing scales. Normally hormones is the first one to do something, you can try updating hormones via it's mcm menu. Update: - updated Devious Devices Integration patch for version 3.2 (not included in the installer)

Update: - updated Devious Devices Integration patch for version 3.2 (not included in the installer) Updated everything and moved the framework to the bottom of the bottom of the Mod Organizer left pane (scripts were being overwritten). It just crashes as SLIF loads an existing 20 hour save. It works on a new game and mods get registered automatically (correctly) in the mods list. However, it crashes in less than 30 seconds after loading that new save. It also crashes immediately upon trying to reset the character or make any changes to the PC through the SLIF MCM (I wanted to change it because for some reason the butt and belly nodes were huge without anything changing them). Upon disabling the SLIF plugin and loading the new save, the game works as normal (and butt and belly nodes are returned to normal). A shame since this seems incredibly useful.

dweezer Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Welp, I'm getting major NPC animations issues now with SLIF enbaled, even if a secondary mod isn't doing anything. NPC hands/forearms are glitching and or constantly resizing when a NPC does the following in a tavern: sit at chair/bench with arms on legs, sit down or stand up with drink in hand (somehow interposing back and forth with bread), and when NPCs raise their arms to clap for the bard (arms left twitching in the lowered position). I have included info from a new game start with a minimal load order, and I know that these play fine when just SLIF is not enabled, so I have no clue what's going on or why, as SLIF shouldn't be doing anything when only the player is registered and the scanner isn't active. Any help would be great. SLIF log files.zip

Thanks @ffabris

I fixed the crashes and narrowed down the crashes caused by this plugin to something in the MCM. Leaving the MCM to mostly default works fine. Oddly, even though I don't get crashes and it controls the player size perfectly I encountered something really weird: NPC's can't eat or drink, their hands are stuck twitching when attempting to eat. It almost looks like their hands are changing size multiple times per second. If I disable the plugin then they can eat as normal. Also tied in to that odd bug is what happens in Captured Dreams, the display models keep switching poses every second. Again, if the SLIF plugin is disabled then all functions as normal. Here is the papyrus log and the Slif debug. It really is strange. Papyrus.0.log slif_debug.0.log
anolbee Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 I installed the latest version. Yeah, belly with vanilla clothes was working.. But belly didn't be grown with custom outfit... the name of mod is 'Remodeled Armor for CBBE Bodyslide HDT' , supported by bodyslide. I uninstalled SLIF, then suddenly belly was grown with those armors. Why it prevents custom things? Can you tell me how can I fix it? I have all required mods with correct versions, and cbbe body.

Are you using the bodymorph for the belly? Most outfits sadly don't support the pregnancy belly, but I'm no expert in that field.
anolbee Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 The mod doesn't have the pregnancy belly option in bodyslide, but if I toggle racemenu morphs in the bottom, the belly is grown. If I install SLIF, the belly does nothing. I can only see pregnant belly when being naked or wearing vanilla clothes I toggled bodymorphs in SLIF MCM, but nothing changed. Edit: Hmm, not all vanilla clothes seem to be worked, actually I had replaced some meshes from some mods. Maybe SLIF only works with naked body or very few mod clothes, if it's true, too sad to myself...
