Two questions on importing 2 actors into a scene for animating.

Im using 3ds max, is the correct way to make new scene and import both rigs then animate, OR open rigs seperate but make an XREF scene then merge there?

 

Second when animating, is there a limit for the lenght of the animation? like 0-60? 0-100? 0-200? Is there some limits to this?

 

I have read the guide but length was not mentioned, and 2 actor import is not very explained.

Tried search but all info on this is "archived" and removed...

So I've got things working better now, I just have one small problem. And it might not be 0Sex or SAM's fault. I just don't want to fuck them up by messing with things blindly since it's at least pretending to be stable atm.

 

My Problem is that the SAM body on males isn't there. I think it's the damn Nude Suit that Sexlab applies. I'm not getting rid of that cause it's necessary to enable my myriad other perversions. So, does anyone happen to have any suggestions about how I need to arrange 0Sex, SAM, and Sexlab so that Sexlab will stop Fricken Using The Damn Nude Suit (which, btw, It's been Told Not to do!) without crashing everything into the dirt? xD ^__^; Many many thanks in advance if anyone's got some solid advice on this. Meanwhile I'm going to stare at it Really Hard in the hopes I can magic some way to make it fix itself. (also probably ask Google a few more times in different ways >.< ;; )

 

Edit: It was None of them. It was only the males replaced by Males of Skyrim which makes several males throughout Skyrim cuter* I thought it only replaced the faces/hair, but no. It replaces Everything. *unhappy sigh*

But I'm looking for things that OSex isn't compatible with as I just ran my modded skyrim with all my mods installed just fine and then when I installed Osex and the 1.6 patch at the bottom of the page and tried to load the game it CTD'd while trying to load my save game.

 

If I uninstall it... game goes back to working fine.

 

Should I not overwrite other mods when it asks (sexlab and papyrus) or should I? Or does OSex not work with Sexlab?

 

Any help would be awesome! Thanks and sorry for being a noob at modding. =/

 

Make sure you installed all req´s- Booted Fnis and updated everything related to Osex

Hey, i got a problem, The Ui doesn't show up, yet starting the 2 partner tango still works, as well as the arrow keys and animations. I've tried turning all mods but osex off, but it still won't show it. I have not idea what is conflicting with it. All the req such as skyui, fnis are all installed yet i can't get the damn ui to show up. Any help would be great!

As has been stated numerous times by now ... the UI is not available in 1.06 but was part of 1.08beta which is currently not available, so you'll have to wait for the next released version or use the old controls (which you can easily find and I won't post here).

I assume this keeps coming up because the both the OP and the Nexus page both feature tons of info and screenshots of 1.08 and the new UI without explaining that you can only download 1.06.

 

In general I think the OP and the Nexus page are both kind of disorganized and awkward to navigate. There's tons of giant GIFs and picture links to niche tutorials, but the important stuff - download link, changelog, mod requirements etc -  gets kind of buried under all the pretty pictures. Most people aren't going to go searching through a 200+ page thread looking for relevant information, ideally everything you need to find the mod and get it running should to be right at the top of the OP.

Osex and sexlab are two separate frameworks so they don't collide and yes you should overwrite.

if you crash a lot, try a different save.

 

 

This worked! I tried it last night after uninstalling and reinstalling like 5 times hoping for different results like an idiot! haha

Make sure you installed all req´s- Booted Fnis and updated everything related to Osex

 

 

I had all the pre-req's that's why I was baffled and hoping there was something to explain it. Turns out, using a different save worked. Thanks!

True, but this question gets asked pretty much on every single page of this thread, so reading back even 1 or 2 pages would answer your question ;) I agree with you that information regarding requirements, download links etc. is a bit confusing and hard to find at times, but then again CEO is basically doing this massive project all by himself (with the help of some great guys here on the forums) so a bit of messyness is to be expected, especially since 1.08beta was available at some point (hence the screenshots of it) but due to some personal decisions by CEO got removed for the time being (the project was about to be cancelled altogether). So while it may be a bit confusing, bear with it and if you can't find the answer on the last few (lets say 3-4) pages, feel free to ask here :).

Seem UI will come up around 1.08 on nexus version seem have key binding already i guess they working on it

 

Key bindings for next version will be done in UI (its very easy to bind them).

There wont be MCM menu. All of this is done with new menu that is part of OSA interface and can be accessed if scene is not started. This new menu has a lot of setup options and some major ones are starting NPC on NPC scenes and then controlling them if you want.

 

In other words if you thought 1.06 was great and 1.081 was amazing, you would not be wrong, but whats comming next is even better :)

I added all the nessary mod for this SkyUI, Netlmmerse Override, fores new idles in skyrim-FNIS, SKSE, and 0sex. But somehow i look at the mod Configuration in the game and i am missing the 0sex config. Am I missing something? I am using SKMO.

Would someone be able to give me the tip on how to have hdt vag work on 1.81beta that was available on nexus ? I'm making a gallery with it and I don't know what does the 1.81 break in hdt vag. Maybe it has something to with the rescaling of the cock.

 

I'm confident some people already discussed it but I'm a bit tired so I don't feel like reading the last 50 pages right now ~~

 

 

edit : ok I get it. it seems to come from the unequipall button of the menu.

For the one billionth time, there is NO MCM MENU ... and going back only 1 or 2 pages would have given you the answer, sorry if I might sound a little rude, but this question and where the menu seen in the screenshots is (it is not available in 1.06 and only was in 1.081 which is currently hidden) are asked about once every damn page of this thread and it is getting tiresome.

It might be unequipping your vag or your Havok object. If this is the case you'll have to see what equipment slots either of those are going into and then add them to the esg.xml <exclude> section for female.

Just tested and worked flawlessly. Only one question: there isn't a way to align the actors in the middle of the scene like SL? Amazing work btw, gonna love it.

No, because it isn't needed as 0Sex does the alignment itself flawlessly and manual adjustment isn't necessary.

That's right. What OSex takes into account is Race scale and NPC scale as defined in the CK, and a custom factor applied via Papyrus' SetScale() function. RaceMenu does a different thing when you change an actor's size, it rescales the actor's root bone (and thus all child bones), basically changing the skeleton. Now OSex could check for the root bone as well (maybe it already does that in the dev version, dunno). But what if the user deformed the skeleton in RaceMenu by just making the legs longer? Or enlarging the torso? There are endless possibilities, and there will always be some cases where perfect alignment just isn't possible.

What you're saying about the XPMSE.esp plugin allowing RaceMenu to alter just certain bone sizes is true, and it can indeed screw up alignment, if someone was to do that.

 

Previous versions of OSA scaled with the root bone.  The next version of OSA does not.  However, the result is the same.  Both methods result in scaling the entire actor.  It's just that the old way is not native, requires an interim t-pose and does it with a lot more code than the new way.

 

The problem depicted in the screenshot is a result of the scaling simply not being correct.  The female was scaled too small.  This is a known bug in previous versions of OSA, but it is inconsistent.  CEO is working on it.
