Animobjects are easy enough to explain, saying to stay away from them if they don't know what they are just results in them still not knowing what they are, it solves nothing.

 

Animation objects are meshes that are pretty much purely used in animations. People sweeping with brooms, the hook when you pull logs down to be sawed, the stuff in the aforementioned Leito animations (plus the chairs and such from the previous Leito set that's already in this pack), those are all examples of animobjects. Since they're still meshes like any other, you can modify them, replace them, and so forth, just remember the animation's likely done with the original object in mind and there might be clipping/gaps with a replacement, unless it does happen to fit right :P.

Guys, I'm taking a break. I've lost interest in playing Skyrim and my passion for modding. I load up CK kit and I don't have the fire to create content. I will work on NSAP in the background with the people helping me to improve NSAP but this is tiring and hard work. I spent four hours, after work into the early hours working on updating that last update, to make it work, to write the PDF to explain things but it's not good enough to some.

 

I'm tired. I'm stressed. And right now, this is no longer fun. It's becoming more like a chore or a job. I need a time out.

I know exactly how you feel.  You work so hard and want to share but then everyone complains until you hate it.

Thanks. I know a lot of people appreciate it and it's not that I don't recognise that. I'm just tired, busy and stressed. I appreciate people who kindly step up and support users when they can on my behalf.

Please udnerstand that I was at work, on a dinner break in a very busy and stressful envoirement. I had spent four hours writing out information and unfortunately even though I made it really clear it was optional to have them I got the question "do I need to install them?" which I admit frustrated me. I appreciate you explaining to magicrealm what they are but saying the above statement has upset me when I was very busy. Thanks.

Thanks for your work Rydin, and I'm sure I can speak for all of us at LL that your contributions have filled what would have been a huge void and

have broaden our Skyrim experience. And for gods sake, take a break. Skyrim is supposed to relieve stress, not cause it! We'll be here till whenever.

BTW: your directions on objects worked on my first try, and I'm an idiot.

Version 2.3b is up!

  • changes made to the handling and filenaming on animobjects
Some of you might have noticed that there is a PDF file and another zip file inside the download folder. The PDF is basically a guide on what to do if you want to use another object in the furniture/object animations such as Leito;s Dildo and Sex Toy animations. The zip file is just the recommended objects that Leito has positioned to work with his animations. Basically instead of using CK to make desired changes to the animobjects, you can simply overwrite any current object in the folder by putting the desired NIF in the correct folder with the correct file name.

 

As the guide says, I will offer no support to anyone trying to use any other objects apart from the ones in the NSAPAnimObjects.zip file. I need to make it clear it;s entirely optional and I cannot guarantee how the results will come out. It is purely optional. I will also not offer support to those whole fail to read the information that I have just spent three hours working on. Heh.

 

Basically, unless you have a good idea what you are doing you should really leave making amendments to modders and eperienced users. But that is only my recommendation.

That's your problem right there. Trying to cater to other people. Mod for yourself, problem solved.

 

As a mod author, your initial release is often what you wanted, everything after that is what someone else wanted. It takes guts to share your work here.

 

Thanks Rydin for your efforts, get some rest and enjoy yourself for a few days. Or take a few weeks off so everyone will be really, really pleased to see you return. The game won't go away in that time and you will feel better about it.

I understand, i wasn't trying to upset you or anything, i apologize for that. I'm just saying, bear in mind i'm in no way privy to your situation, what you're doing and where your mind's at when you make a post. All i can do is take what you say at face value and respond thusly.

Waxen is right, you need to take a good long break and recuperate. You've done the whole community a great service by sharing and updating NSAP, but it's not your duty or obligation to keep updating the mod in order to meet the wants and needs of others. If you find that Skyrim's appeal is gone, then why not move on and find your own balance again?

 

Thanks for all the hard work Rydin, hopefully we'll see you around but remember to live for yourself and come back only because you want to, no one on LL has a right to ask you to keep on updating NSAP because it's your service that you're providing for free to the community.

Making adult animations as a resource for modders.  The animations don't have a purpose until someone savvy with the Creation Kit/scripting makes use of them.  If you want to try your luck implementing the animations into SexLab, you can try this tutorial by ~magic~.

 

The animations are aligned to Schlongs of Skyrim and Body By Leito 2.0.

 

Use FootIK OFF to have the feet placed as they were meant for the animations.  If you don't, the feet will clip the ground during some animations.  Sexlab is suppose to do this automatically but it didn't kick in when I was testing.

All I can say then is, thank you for what you've done. I only recently installed NSAP, and its got some good stuff in there I would otherwise have missed out on.

 

Thank you for caring so much about user opinions, but I'm also sorry it's led you to the point of burnout. Take all the time you need away from the Skyrim modding scene, and take care.

Is there anyway to add a animation to this mod from animations by Leito The Stripping Nonconsensual?

No. These animations don't fit with how NSAP currently functions.
