!!!REQUIREMENTS!!!

Tryout is a lore-friendly mod that puts contextual sex into Fallout: New Vegas. Named after the part of the game where the Legion slave Siri says to a female player character that Legionaries were talking about "trying you out," it has several hooks into the vanilla story, and expands on sexual ideas found in the base game and other Fallout titles - and adds some twists of its own.

 

 

Tryout is geared mainly towards situations involving female player characters, but there's also opportunities for male player characters to have sex with prostitutes and slaves. I'm a straight male, so there isn't much gay content - though I welcome anyone who wants to add it to make their own plugin.

 

WHAT EVERYTHING DOES

 

There are three parts to the mod. Each has a date after them to help you know what was updated and when. The SCR datapack is going to see the smallest amount of updating while the main package will see the most.

TryoutMain

 

This is the main mod, containing the ESM and ESP files you need for the basic functionality. They are SexoutTryout.esm and SexoutWorkingGirl.esp - the esp is set as a master file so people don't lose progress in the upgrade. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU'RE UPGRADING FROM A VERSION OF TRYOUT PRIOR TO 22-FEB-2015 THAT YOU UNINSTALL YOUR OLD VERSION VIA FOMM OR WHATEVER MOD MANAGER YOU USE. UPGRADING FROM A VERSION PRIOR TO 22-FEB-2015 WILL ERASE YOUR CURRENT PROGRESS.

 

The plugin SexoutTryout contains several quests, in addition to random approaches for solicitations of sex from various factions. If you don't want to be approached by a particular faction, set the approach rate to 0 in the MCM menu and that will turn the scanner off for them. This will not disable quest or other content, but will stop the approaches.

 

The factions covered by SexoutTryout.esm are the Legion, Powder Gangers, Khans, NCR, Kings and fiends. There is a summary of their content below.

 

LEGION

  • Legionaries demand sex from female characters if scanner is turned on.
  • Female characters can become enslaved at the Fort for refusing Legionaries' advances or mouthing off to Mistress Marissa. Stay in bondage until they deem you worthy of freedom, or fight your out.
  • Female characters can help Antony, Master of Hounds at the Fort, keep his dogs calm and disciplined.
  • Characters of both genders can pay Canyon Runner for access to the slave pen at Cottonwood Cove to abuse the Weathers family.
  • Male characters liked by the Legion can make use of their slave girls.
  • QUEST: Whore of Babylon. Female characters can talk to Adficio Animicus at Cottonwood Cove to get started.
POWDER GANGERS
  • Makes the fugitives in NCRCF, Vault 19 and Primm demand sex of female players if scanner is turned on.
  • Female characters can be enslaved at NCRCF and Vault 19. While you can fight, talk, or sneak your way out of these situations, sometimes patience is a virtue.
  • Chloroform Sunny and Trudy during the quest "Run Goodsprings, Run!" to keep them alive for other uses.
  • For female characters, there are now options in the "I Fought The Law" quest series to resolve most conflict with sex.
  • QUEST: Customer Satisfaction. Deliver a customer satisfaction survey from Harvey Zaz to Epstein in Vault 19.
  • QUEST: Walk of Shame. Escort Sunny Smiles to NCRCF.
  • QUEST: Let's Go To Prison. Talk to Sergeant McGee about infiltrating NCRCF.
  • QUEST: Have It Your Way. Help Francisco Flambe make Primm his kind of town for an alternate Vikki and Vance experience.
KHANS
  • Female character will be approached for sex if the scanner is on.
  • QUEST: Golden Whored. Get "fucked in" into the Khans.
KINGS
  • Kings are always looking to party with cute girls. Will approach you with such offers as long as the scanner is on.
  • QUEST: Whole Lotta Shakin'. Retrieve an important music collection for the King.
NCR
  • Talk to Major Dhatri at Camp McCarran to start your exciting stint as an NCR prostitute! Scanner must be turned on and you must be advertising for troopers to approach you; otherwise you can approach them.
  • Dhatri will be able to give you special assignments after banging 20 random troopers.
FIENDS
  • Female characters will be approached for sex so long as the scanner is above 0.
  • Female characters can become friendly with the fiends by giving in to Motor-Runner's demands.
  • Male characters can barter drugs for sex with fiends of both genders inside Vault 3.
  • Trade sex with Daniel for the Vault 3 jail key.
  • After making friends with the fiends, talk to Cook-Cook. Play his game.
  • After making friends with the fiends, talk to Violet. She will attempt to give you and your companions free puppies.
  • After making friends with the fiends, talk to Nephi.
OLD WORLD BLUES
  • Visit the mysterious X-69 Research Station and acquire the most technologically advanced dress in history, created by the Think Tank at BIG MOUNTAIN!
  • Gain the power (or curse!) to become irresistible to lobotomites!

 

 

SexoutWorkingGirl.esp

Prostitution part of the mod. Ask the Gomorrah receptionist if they're looking for talent, tell James Garrett he needs more girls, or talk to the Vikki and Vance floor manager if you completed "Have It Your Way" and the rest should explain itself. When you're done whoring, talk to the NPC again to exit whore mode and receive your payment for the shift.

 

You can freelance inside of casinos, but it's frowned upon and will see you kicked out on a first offense and attacked if you try it again. You can also offer your services to the Bright Brotherhood and Jacobstown, in addition to random gamblers outside of casinos.

 

This mod also allows you to approach Gomorrah prostitutes for sex, regardless of your or their gender, and also get whores for your companions. When hiring prostitutes, the sexual orientation of the your companions is respected (you can't make Arcade bang a chick, or Veronica a man) and the player is free to have sex with prostitutes of either gender.

 

TryoutAudio, Textures and Meshes

 

These packs contain all the audio, mesh and texture resources used in Tryout. Download this or you'll get a bunch of red triangles and glitchy textures on the mod's outfits. Doesn't get updated every time the main mod does.

 

TryoutSunnyCompanion

 

This is the Improved Sunny Smiles companion specifically tailored for Sexout. If you're used any version of the Sunny Smiles Companion from the Nexus, overwrite it with this. This currently supports Sunny as a normal companion, and also gives you the option to take her as a slave if you help the Powder Gangers during Run, Goodsprings, Run!

 

KNOWN ISSUES

  • If you re-engage in dialog with Motor-Runner after the very first time he has his way with you, you'll need to repeat the sex sequence. This won't harm any of the stuff you have in the locker; my recommendation for the first time he does you is grab your stuff, leave and come back the next day if you want more.

 

 

CHANGE LOG

 

06-02-2017

 

Changes:

- Honest Hearts is now a requirement as a side effect of work being done for a future update.

- After ending enslavement by Nephi, affected companions now get a playable version of their slave harnesses. These outfits can be gotten for Cass, Veronica and Sunny via a dialog tree with Scrotes ("Any chance I can have the harnesses you used on us?") so you don't have to run through the enslavement again. I'd go so far as recommending removing the harnesses from the girls inventories to trigger the dialog even if you get them from triggering the end of enslavement - Scrotes is full of knowledge you don't want.

- Cass gets a special outfit (the Western Milking Outfit) based on her slave outfit, but with a degrading skirt instead of a chastity belt, per a special dramatic request from Potato_Skill.

 

Bug fixes:

- You can no longer talk to Nephi about Betsy when she isn't present.

- Fixed several Cass dialog topics that were not flagged with "goodbye".

- Ensure milker is removed from Cass properly at the end of enslavement.

- "I Hurt Again" should automatically progress (give it about 30 seconds) if you've already completed "I Don't Hurt Anymore" when Nephi gives you the mission to enslave Betsy.

- Harvey Zaz will now only give you reparations once instead of the dialog being repeatable. (reported by Potato_Skill)

- You should no longer be able to chloroform Sunny and Trudy before getting the quest objective to do so, breaking the quest. (reported by fred200)

- Slave collars should now be added and removed properly for all Legion enslavement/freedom combinations. (reported by Crasses123)

- A dark horse out of nowhere, wydiwyg has vastly improved the milkers! The changes are as follows:

The milkers function properly now and produce milk depending on time, the mode (overdrive or not), pregnancy (if installed) and some luck.

Several new milk types, some for companions and some others for particular circumstances (e.g. Bender-Infused milk if under the effects of bender at the right time, which satisfies the addiction, radioactive milk if in a radioactive area...)

Bottling milk requires an empty bottle of any type - otherwise the girl who produced is forced by the milker to drink her own product on the spot.

Bottled milk can be sold to Scrotes for a decent amount of caps or Dr. Usanagi for far less caps but some additional karma - they can also be bartered with.

Addiction to milking (or rather..the sensation afterwards) is a thing now, which can be troublesome because..

Milking can hurt, especially the overdrive. It increases the sleep dep. level, damages the chest (this heals after it's finished) and the overdrive then reduces actor HP if the chest is at 0 condition.

Negative effects can be tempered by a perk gained through enduring milking.

New sounds and visuals. Actors in the process of being milked moan on occasion (can be toggled where dialogue allows it), they limp for a short while afterwards to simulate exhaustion and can be knocked down if it was really rough

Scrotes now has an actual remote for the milkers in his inventory which can be stolen from him (or taken from his dead body). Makes it much easier and cheaper to toggle between idle, standard mode and overdrive. It's a weapon and can be used on companions as well

wydiwyg made it as easy as possible to add new milkers and milk types so that players with self-made or basically unknown companions can get their milk without much hassle

Breast scaling shouldn't interfere with other mods anymore.

- Tryout now requires Old World Blues! Travel to Big Mountain and take part in the experiment at the X-69 Research Station for a reward you don't want to miss!

- Once the X-69 experiment is done, lobotomites will come at you with Tryout approaches - you may need to adjust the approach rate in the MCM settings as it will sometimes start out at 0.

- Various bug fixes.

02-19-2017

- Changed Bender to have a duration of one ingame week... instead of one real life week.

- Changed when Carnahan gives you the Bender anitdote to make it clear your addiction is cleared.

- Disabled the door to the Cazador cave in Red Rock Canyon until Nephi tasks you with going there.

- Milkers now work on every female you slap them on.

- When you get enslaved by the Legion, you can choose what outfits your friends wear.

- When engaged in sex via the Tryout scanner, you can now pick which friend gets fucked.

- Once Betsy is enslaved by Nephi, you can talk to Nephi about recruiting her as a companion.

 

03-02-2016

- Fixed a script for new gangbang sequence in NCRCF causing it to fail if you have one companion. Having multiple or no companions allowed it to proceed just fine.

- This update adds a new quest to kidnap virtually every major female NCR soldier called "Gotta Catch 'Em All". Keep in mind, every time they get enslaved, their associated quests fails like they got killed. Only go all the way down this path if you don't plan on getting the NCR ending. You get it from Adficio Animicus - you must complete "Whore of Babylon" first if you're a female character, or you can jump right in if you're a male character. Adficio is missing some spoken lines for the male path.

- Fixed a bug not getting paid for blowjobs when you're in Nephi's bondage harness.

- New Driver Nephi content. After becoming friendly with the fiends, he wants to play a game with you, which rolls into perpetual blackmail.

- Sunny, Cass and Veronica have unique interactions during the time when you're enslaved by Nephi.

- While enslaved by Nephi, you options are... limited.

- There are two blackmail scenarios - a pay off and a mission. I will add more variety in the future. The payoff is recurring.

- You can work with Doctor Carnahan at the New Vegas medical clinic to get free of Nephi's blackmail.

- New milking harnesses allow Sunny, Cass, Veronica and the player to be milked. I'm still working on a universal system.

- If you use Bodymorph, which is optional, the breasts of girls getting milked will swell and deflate to normal as the milker cycles.

- You can gain a special perk for Cass if you bring her along for the Nephi enslavement.

- Sunny has a new "slave mode" if you side with the Powder Gangers in Goodsprings. You can control her outfit down to individual pieces, whether or not she's allowed to be armed, and use her sexually. This is available to both genders of player.

- The Prospector Saloon is turned into a brothel by the Powder Gangers if they take over the town.

- If you've previously completed Run, Goodsprings, Run! and don't want to start a new game to see these things, talk to Sunny when she's your companion and choose the dialog line "[upgrade Sunny and the Prospector Saloon to slave mode.]"

- Virtually all of Sunny's new dialog is voiced. See her react in disgust and shame as you order her in and out of her clothes and make her do sex stuff.

- Since you're all so obsessed with escaping, the NCRCF shock collar now works. Try to walk out the door or climb those guard towers you love to scavenge for ammo in and jump off of and see how it turns out.

OPTIONAL MODS

  • Populated Casinos: Adds numerous patrons to casinos. In addition to helping with immersion, it gives you several more clients in the Gomorrah and Atomic Wrangler.
  • Playable Companion Clothes: Makes the companion armors playable so you can dress them, or undress them, however you like. This spot used to recommend KDC's mod that did the same thing, but it looks like he removed it from Nexus. This is a from-scratch remake by me.
  • Bodymorph: An awesome mod by AJ and Prideslayer. Allows breasts to change size during milking if you install it.

Hey, I have the mod installed. Everything is on the current version, however when I advance to Cottonwood Cove the slave girls there have the red triangles. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Even used archive invalidation, and still nothing.

It's almost like you didn't read the instructions and only downloaded the plugin files.

So I've got everything working 100% as intended, but I've got a question about compatibility. I use New Vegas Redesigned 3 and I've become accustomed to that version of Sunny. Thing is for the follower esp to work it has to be below NVR3 which results in me getting vanilla Sunny. I was wondering if it was possible to get these two mods to play nice with one another or not. Perhaps through a merged patch or some other means?

No, it doesn't seem to be working. I'll try re-downloading it and see if that works. Maybe it's an issue with my load order too IDK. I figured since it didn't work but everything else seemed to be working fine that Sunny just wasn't covered by it.

if you're familiar wit hnvedit it's actually fairly easy to create a patch that'll keep her appearance from whichever esp you choose. If you're not that familiar with it I can probably whip one up for you later tonight.

That's a good point - the game tracks the information, but I never set it up to actually display. I'll experiment with showing it via challenges.

That's a good point - the game tracks the information, but I never set it up to actually display. I'll experiment with showing it via challenges.

 

 

Thanks. I was just curious if there is already a way to see how far my character has come. But if it may be added in a future update than it also good.  :D

Is there a "don't take away my stuff" version?

It's kind of annoying since I already murder all NPCs in game who demand to take my gun

That would be as likely as a no sex version. How can factions that enslave people expect them to follow orders if those people can easily fight back?

Having a problem (or maybe two separate problems) with Driver Nephi interaction; also a question about milkers.

 

Problem:  My character never gets addicted to Bender, and because of this (I think) can never advance past the second dose of Bender since the only dialogue option I get with Driver Nephi after that is "I refuse to debase myself for you." 

Specifics:  As the first dose of Bender gets administered at the end of the "earn 2000 caps" segment, a quick console note "Bender Withdrawal Added" flashes by.  Eventually the dose wears off, but my PC isn't in Bender withdrawal - nothing about Bender under Stats/Status/EFF, where previously it noted "On Bender".  PC can get one more dose from Nephi for 2000 caps and ass, but when that wears off still no withdrawal, my character can no longer say anything to Nephi beyond "I refuse to debase myself", Nephi refers to my nonexistent debilitating withdrawal and that's it.

I've tried this three times now; once restarting from a save before the first dose of Bender, once from a save before first talking to Nephi, and once I restarted the whole Fiends plotline (getting Motorhead to let me be "friends" with all the Fiends).  Each time I get exactly the result I just described.

Separate question about milkers:  Does Milker Withdrawal ever wear off, or is there some way of curing it?  My PC has had it for something like 8 game weeks now.  Is this meant to be a permanent condition once it happens?

Hey, I have the mod installed. Everything is on the current version, however when I advance to Cottonwood Cove the slave girls there have the red triangles. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Even used archive invalidation, and still nothing. 

 

 

It's almost like you didn't read the instructions and only downloaded the plugin files.

 

Eh, I solved the issue. It was the Legion slave collars. I went in and removed them through the console.

... which were missing meshes because you didn't read the instructions and download the models for them.

Hey Loogie, I may have a potential bug, or something. I suspect this mod is causing my game to have a C++ runtime error after having sex under a specific set of circumstances.

 

On occasion after having sex in freeside, as my character is standing back up, my game will get a C++ crash. I can have sex everywhere else and not experience the crash. I suspect this mod being the culprit, or perhaps other mods not playing nice with it; because I've pulled all my other sexout plugins to no change in outcome; and this one is the only one to my knowledge that enables sex with the Kings and residents of Freeside.

Uninstalling the runtime library and installing a fresh new version is the only thing I could advise you to do. Maybe you try disabling some mods? Loading too many mods at once could cause this problem because the game engine is quite old now.
