The sad part is I don't remember but I'll try to help you out.
I just checked and this won't work on a new save so you need to "finish" the mod.
If you killed Enaron and quest Rubber Finale is completed then you could try this command: 
setstage tir_twr_boon01 0
If this won't work maybe this: 
setstage tir_twr_sleep01 0 - if you choose to redeem your bone to spend night with mistress (my choice - it was amazing)
setstage tir_twr_removesuit01 0 - not sure but it's propably to redeem your bone to get rid of rubber suit
If "stage" parameters as 0 doesn't work, you could try 1 or 10 or 100. I don't really know what quest stages author used.

I am in need of assistance please. 

-After the first pony race, when I return to the tower (The Mistress is NOT in the main room) I did some camming and she seems to be stuck down in the basement somewhere :/

Is there anyway to reset her to where she should be?

 I remember getting that issue too when I last played the mod. There wasn't a proper fix, but you can always use the console to "prid" the Mistress (her code is listed somewhere on the mod's download page IIRC) and then use "moveto player" to get her to your location (presumably the Tower's main hall). You can then speak to her as usual and when you're done, I seem to recall, she might wander off again to her basement location. A bit cumbersome but certainly well worth the trouble given the wholly amazing story this mod is telling!

Well with some bugs everything still works, these now to bypass without support of the creator is the question of how well you know yourself with it.

Well i tried it like 10 times downloading different files and using even the FullPatcher_1.6.353.0-1.5.97.0.exe-57618-2022-01-20-1642723179 to get to SE version 1.5.97 but in the end it gave me an error when running a new game with the message ""HDT High Heel wrong version or not running"" even though i downloaded pretty sure the right one -.-

SSE I do not know, LE works with errors already described above.

Tried it with the normal ones too already but when i select "New" the horses begin flying and everything gets messed up right on start.
I won't even go past the race selection because everything flies in the air =D

You first need a general installation for Mods! An ENB preset, Physics,... do you actually have SKSE installed? Sounds to me like that's missing when everything is flying around.

As I say before this mod is only for LE. SSE isnt compatible because of new Creation Kit.

Ok first i have to clear some things.

A mod by default is compatible between LE and SE. There are exceptions regarding SKSE Plugins.

Animations, Meshes, Textures can be converted very easily to SE if needed. Most of the time it works without any change. If needed Catheadrel is doing it 99% of the time very fine.

 

It has nothing to do with the Creation Kit.

Don't use hdtHighHeels or old Physics (HDPE) on SE. it's a no go (Even on Paper you could install it).

 

I was curiose. I have here a "SE Version" without hdtHeels Bindings. => doesn't change to much except ur char isn't getting higher with equiping these boots.

The Devious Boots doesn't work (don't know if they are mandatory). If they are mandatory than i just need to sit down and link them against the DD5.0 Boots. The rest looks somehow decent.

 

I recommend to manually overwritte the tir meshes with DD5.0 and your DD5.0 Bodyslide results. At least so far as i tried i has no clipping.

Quest starts. i just did the basic first quest (go to the tower and done) and it worked for me under SE.

 

But in general i would recommend you to first make a stable SE Setup.

A good Maintained SE should not crash (except Sexlab itself forces some weird crashes). Your goal should be depending on your hw ~100+ frames for heavy script modded Skyrims.

(which most of the DD modded Skyrims are because every god damn mod thinks to reinvent the weel and introduces Scans over Scans over Timer over Timers and everyone wants to access heavy fighted objects).

I followed the guide from Youtube step by step. Would pretty much say i tried my best before even posting anything here.

That sucks, I followed people here and replaced the meshes and used the updated one for SE posted a few posts up. Sadly my game crashes every time I get near the dock.

A mod by default is compatible between LE and SE. There are exceptions regarding SKSE Plugins.

I recommend to manually overwritte the tir meshes with DD5.0 and your DD5.0 Bodyslide results. At least so far as i tried i has no clipping.

Quest starts. i just did the basic first quest (go to the tower and done) and it worked for me under SE.

 

But in general i would recommend you to first make a stable SE Setup.

A good Maintained SE should not crash (except Sexlab itself forces some weird crashes). Your goal should be depending on your hw ~100+ frames for heavy script modded Skyrims.

(which most of the DD modded Skyrims are because every god damn mod thinks to reinvent the weel and introduces Scans over Scans over Timer over Timers and everyone wants to access heavy fighted objects).

Oh is that a link for a sse version? I didn't think it would work. That's cool.

Most of my frame drops probably come from using shaders. Take a good portion of my frames, but I would otherwise consider my game working well mod-wise.

?? You don't need GitHub for that. The Source is all available. Or do you mean something else?

 

@hellagain hm, maybe some landmark modifications collide. Not a good solution, but you could just COC to the island. Normally SE ⇾ LE Modifications don't bring up this kind of issues if parsed through Cathedral.
