Spectator Crowds Ultra Edition (for Skyrim LE, SE, and VR)

Hey guys, maybe someone can help me: I currently try to use SKVA to get the spectators to actually say their lines instead of just making subtitles appear, but in when I try to edit the response texts in the CK, I cannot attach the audio files, since the response texts are missing a voice type. This makes sense of course, since the voice type depends on the race of the individual spectator. Is there a way to fix this?

You would need to actually edit the mod scripts to add a voice type search to provide the voice type for each as they appear or create a patch doing the same thing. There may be another way that has not occurred to me but, this is above my pay grade. I sure would not want to try the job.

Huh, seems I might have been a bit too optimistic there. I don't have much experience with modding and thought it would be as easy as to attach the sound files to the responses, too bad :/

Hi about your mod Spectator Crowds Ultra Edition for Skyrim LE, SE, and VR 

is there a chance gender Male or Female will not be selected as spectators please? if tru sexuality still a female or male will join as a spectator, hope you can add gender option in your mod not just sexuality please ?

I will check the current version MCM menu. I think there is a way to do this in the settings. I do not remember. I have not seen the current caretaker of the mod for a long time.

Is this compatible with deviously cursed loot. I've had issues with other mods conflicting with the public indecency feature in DCL and I'm concerned the morality guards may not be compatible

Idk if mainfct or wpg97541 are you taking suggestions, but, i think it would be nice if there was a Line of sight check, so for an example when doing sexy stuff in a tavern behind a closed door, other people will not telepathically spot me and start spectating.

this is already in the mod - there's two distance sliders in the mcm, 1 for LoS aggro and one for non LoS aggro. drop the non LoS aggro slider all the way down to zero to make only visual aggro happen.

Creator of this mod was not online for a year now, so dont expect any updates.

 

Since I wanted to make some changes, I made a small adjustment for starters:

- Reducing the distance between sex scene and spectators by 50% (from 200 units to 100 units).

 

Installation: 

- Replace original ESP

 

Compatibility and Stuff:

- as the original mod, only 1 value in the ESP was changed.

 

If you like this I can make patches for different distances, too.

Report back to me how it works for you. 

 

WHY I DID THIS?
I think the original creator wanted the specators to not block the view on the sex scene or clip etc.

But for me that is not an issue. I want the spectators to be very close to increase the drama for non-consensual scenes and also make Gangbangs funnier to watch.

Now masturbating males will shoot their load on the scene (Cumshot mod required) because they are much closer and resemble more what you see in... erm... porn :P

BTW, if you're willing to add your own touch to the mod, would you consider adding a hotkey so that you can enable crowd pooling when pressed (AKA, Crowd on Demand :P)?

My reason is that in many cases, I sometimes role-play the characters having sex in a hidden spot within a crowded area and it gets super tiring to disable / enable crowds every time you want a certain scenario playing out. Just a thought ?

 

 I have so many crowd-related ideas and it was really sad to see this mod drop out of the production line.

If I recall correctly, Nymra ( and I ) requested such a thing from wpg ( the last caretaker ). I would bet Nymra is thinking of ways to do this. I am, but I do not expect much from me. Regardless, many agree with you.

I really like this mod, but I have a small issue I was hoping to find a fix for. Either I'm missing it in the thread, or it hasn't happened to anyone else, who has commented here. But when a spectator begins masturbating, specially males, they turn AWAY from the scene and end up looking at anything but the actors... I've mostly noticed it happening with males, but females seldom masturbate at the lewd gatherings for whatever the reason, so idk if its happening with them too.

 

Anyone have any ideas what's going on?

I didn't notice any major drop in FPS with this installed. It could be it or something else initializing--some mods take a while to get everything set up the first time. Did you install any other mods at the same time as this one?

 

I also don't leave this mod enabled all the time while I am just "playing the game normally" either. If you've fiddled with the settings about how many and how far it searches for potential spectators or if you have a PC just barely able to run the game, you could certainly have FPS issues with this mod running.

This mod had so much promise but holy shit is it broken when it comes to who it pulls into a scene. It will even revive dead corpses even when there is plenty of valid NPCs it could of picked from. Mod works but it could of been so much better.

I will come back to this mod one of these days, as I want to continue to improve it, but the past year has just been a bit crazy for me. I expect I will be able to pick this up again next summer (summer 2022).

 

In the meantime, if anybody has enhancements that they can easily share and that I can include as a minor update, please let me know via private message.

It works. You did okay. I won't argue that it is perfect or that you should not work on it but, it works mostly. Yes, it can get weird and I still would not mind an "off" key binding but, I still use this mod in about half of my games. It is certainly better than it was before you worked on it last. Do what you want.

The NPC's should be using head tracking AI to look at the action/PC but as soon as SexLab triggers the animation the NPC AI is suspended and strange things can happen to where the NPC is facing because of this "handoff" to SexLab. I am not sure what could be done that would work 100%. I see them facing correctly or close probably 50% or 60% of the time so I am making assumptions. As for the females not expressing themselves, check the settings in the MCM, I am at a loss as to why they would not respond unless they are not aroused enough or there is something turned off. Perhaps another mod is interfering? If this continues after you have experimented a bit with the settings you might want to run a log to look for errors.

I am trying to keep things set up so that they work in VR as well as for desktop - how about an on/off spell (or shout)?

My mod does a check before the NPC is added as a spectator to make sure they aren't dead, but perhaps if the papyrus load is very high and the NPC dies right beforehand it could unintentionally revive them. I can easily work around this particular issue by filtering dead NPCs from joining the quest, but the bigger issue is the overall load on the system.
