Chances are that this has already been addressed, but I've noticed that this mod isn't quite working right for Illia. When i show her stats, is says that she is not unique, which, considering she is a named follower, and a follower you get from a quest at that, is somewhat unbelievable, to put it lightly. She is one of my favorite vanilla followers, and it makes me sad that this one is not able to get knocked up. Is there some way that i can fix this, or am I making a fruitless effort to see my companion swell with life?

Is it the Illia that comes from the Darklight tower?

If so, then she is not unique. Ask Bethzeda why. But she is one clone of one of the random wizards you run in to.

You can check in CK her id in CK is dunDarklightIllia.

http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Illia

If you want to change her you need to make one mod.

If Your Running USKP Or USLEEP She Will Be Unique As Both Of Those Patches Fixed That

Hi guys. I've been digging thru Being Female in CK desperately trying to re-enable menstrual blood. I've been bumbling around for a bit.. I'm pretty inept at this. Lol

Does anyone know how to go about fixing visual menstrual blood?

Anyone else experience how almost useless contraception is? My character keeps getting pregnant (2 that I allowed to go through, 3 more that I loaded an earlier save because of) despite being at 98% (the max) and taking it every 2 days. I even lowered how long sperm is viable for, and use the washout fluid every time. Yet she still gets pregnant if for some reason the washout fluid doesn't work (75% chance to remove) and I don't double check. I may not know much about real world statistics for pregnancy while on a contraception, but somehow I doubt it is that often...

ClothingCraft is one of my favortite mods.

I've edited the crafting recipe for sanitary napkins and tampons to use the materials and crafting stations from ClothingCraft.

attachicon.gif008_BeeingFemale - Crafting Recipe Edits.esp

It's more immersive than hunting for ancient linen cloth and using tanning racks or smiths :P

Since there's already a mod which adds BF potions to vendors I thought I'd do the same for napkins and tampons.

I haven't done anything related to vendors yet, I'm having trouble finding them.

Is there a convenient script you use for that?

Something like get a list of vendors or add item to vendors.

No idea at all about the script, but thanks for your small plugin.

Need to try it, can you make them and give them to your female followers to?

You also should consider to make one zip/rar file of it, so it is more easy to install in MO.

Well, they're equipable items, so I guess you can give them to followers.

I'm not sure but they probably work the same as well.

Although they may choose to wear another item, if they have something "better" for that biped slot.

Regarding the ZIP:

I've made loads of those plugins and sorted them with that naming scheme.

The name changed a bit to make it less confusing for other people, but the content is the same as before.

Hi @ All

I played Skyrim with BF for a while, and i decidet to let my PC and NPC´s give birth to the BF-Child-Armor-Items. It´s because i like it to wear my babys with me right after birth instead of heaving them walking around like 8 year old children.

But i found, it is not realy immersive, if i put them into some chests because i want no longer to cary them around after month.

So as long as Cribs are not avaylable, could someone make a mod, with we could give the babys away for adoption or for caretaking because we don´t want to get them hurt in the fights on our adventures or other reasons....

I am having trouble with the couple widget. It appears on load and doesn't fade completely, I've tried to edit the HUD profile files but it didn't help. Is there anything else I may try?

So i'm having a weird issue with pregnancy. My character is currently pregnant with their second child, and in both the first pregnancy and this one, once they reached the 3rd trimester, there were no "active effects" listed other than "Being female". The 1st and 2nd trimester's both had their active effects, both had "Pregnancy" and then several "1st/2nd Trimester" effects. Once my character reached the 3rd, there was no message, no "Pregnancy" effect and no "3rd Trimester" effects.

Beeing Female still indicates you are pregnant and the 3rd trimester runs it's course as expected, but with both pregnancies there has been no magic effects listed. If you save and reload, there is no message about "Pregnancy" or "3rd Trimester" at the start, unlike the 1st and 2nd which both would display a message about them being added at the start after loading.

I've checked the esm / addon esp and there definitely are spells for the 3rd trimester, they just never happen.

I also noticed that during the 1st and 2nd trimester (or maybe it is supposed to be 2nd and 3rd?) one of the effects is "Slowness" that I think is supposed to slow you down when pregnant (which makes sense) however it does not seem to have any effect. I've checked my character's SpeedMult stat both before and after getting that effect and it does not change.

3rd thing with pregnancy is that you can set how long each stage should last, I have set each stage to 10 days (10 for 1st, 10 for 2nd, 10 for 3rd, and 10 for recovery), yet when it starts each stage the stage lasts 12 days (says so in the mcm information menu and in practice). Not sure why it would take 2 days more than what you set it at? I've had it set to 7 days before and it took 9 days for each stage, so again, 2 more days than what you set in the mcm. Along with the weirdness on time, if you go to the "Debugging / Cheating" tab in the mcm and use the "Update all woman" function, the time left for whatever stage you are in changes, usually by a day or 2. Refresh it again, and it changes again.

I've experienced the same issue (3rd trimester, slowness, time-frames) with other characters so it's not just this one. All other states are working as expected, so the menstrual cycle (follicular, ovulation, luteal and menstration), 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, labor / birth, and recovery all seem to work as expected, just the 3rd trimester does not add it's effects.

I also have the same problem....Does this problem have any solution?

This hasn't happened to me in a while, but for some reason BeeingFemale (2.8 fix 1) is telling me that sexlab is not compatible. I'm not entirely sure how that happened, but would resetting BF fix this?

Still not sure what caused this error, but after fast traveling to a new area this fixed itself.

I have one question after using this mod for so long....and its due to my time on e621.
.
is it possible to self impregnation? :P
or should i open console and
player.placeatme 14 1
.
so it places the ai clone of the player.

.

....oh i've answered my own question basically.
.
I have enjoyed my time with this mod.

Yes if you are playing Female you can make your self pregnant. Not hard at all.

Put the mod in advance mode, and change your status to pregnant.

Is there a way to delete child actors once they've spawned?

I've finally decided that I really prefer the baby items over the child actors, as the child actors are just so nonsensical:

* No ability to choose name directly

* Mandatory "Dovahkiir" last name (if you try renaming the actor with another mod, Dovahkiir will be appended automatically at some point!)

* Vanilla potato faces -- its own race rather than a node-scaled vanilla race

* Doesn't grow up

* Knows Aldmeris upon birth

* Throws himself into the middle of every armed confrontation without a moment's pause

* Player's children from NPC mothers don't follow their birth mothers (never tried as a female player character -- I've only ever tried with the baby items so far, this use of child actors was my first test)

* Player's children cannot be told to follow the other parent

* No relationship process nor need for caretaking

* No emotional impact or significant need to protect them

* No gameplay advantage or disadvantage -- neither rewarding successful pregnancy nor penalizing promiscuity

* etc.

In short, the child feature in BF is still too "early alpha" to use. I can just bury the little robot in some far corner of a dungeon and never think about it again, but I have a small moral objection to that (it is my character's simulated child) and would prefer to just pretend it never happened in the first place as I switch over to the baby items.

Given how many live references there are to your children in the MCM, I'm afraid to simply click-and-delete the actor since it doesn't seem like something the mod would expect or prepare for.  Has anyone else ever felt compelled to do this and have any tips before I bite the bullet and start hacking parts of my game off?

...I'm half-tempted to break my Skyrim modding moratorium and actually write a mod that permits infant caretaking and raising a child, where the baby item could be sourced arbitrarily from any mod and wouldn't even technically need BF (other than to make it in the first place, wink wink, nudge nudge), since this just bugged me so much. ;-)

Use one other mod? Or make one mod your self?

Very good idea!

Did you try the dialogue option that says "Leave me"? It should make the child run away and disappear. Although i never really tried that, so i'm not sure it actually works.. xD

If you are using rschildren, you can use the addon i made to fix the potato heads. http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3354-bfa-beeingfemale-addon-for-rschildren/

However it only does visual improvements and i must agree with most of the other points you made. The child system really could use some love / additional features. Somehow feels more like a dead end most of the time.

Yes, the children could be little better. They are dull, I did find out that you can use My Home Is Your Home on them. Works fine, but you need to have right settings in it.
And it would also be nice if you can call one of them instead of all.

What's the verdict on 2.8 fix1? Is it not stable / very buggy? The mod's nexus page also has a lot of entries in the bug section...

Also what happened to the feature for residual breast growth (increase that remains even after pregnancy)? Thought I remembered seeing that in older versions but not seeing it in the latest version when testing.
