On the one hand, I do feel that plenty of games sexualize their female characters unnecesarily and restort to (what I consider) "cheap" tactics to add extra appeal and get more people to buy the game instead of, y'know, actually making interesting female characters. Aka "add boobs for the sake of boobs 'cause that sells". Not to say that female characters can't be attractive or hot or whatever (quite the opposite, I obviously prefer attractive characters and that applies to both males and females), but that fact shouldn't be the only reason for them to exist in the game at all unless it's the actual point of the game (like in porn games or dating sims or whatever). Which would be very bad. Just as an example, the Tera or Bless armor pack ports for Skyrim are particulary bad at this. I know I should have expected it from Asian MMOs, but still, each and every single female armor set from there has high heels. All of them. "Armors" with foot-long high heels. Seriously?

No, I did not misspell that. The flipside of that is nobody wants to be buried under idiotic questions for the rest of their lives by people that can't be assed to do basic day-one research.

A plan on the assets and what will be done. Who will have it, what can and cannot be done with their works. I remember that when our team parted ways leaving me as confused nestling behind with the project, I quite correctly concluded that maintaining the whole was miles above my head and left the project in the D/L section and never touched it again. Your idea to give them the finger on site would merely add one to the roughly one million users that are silenced for banned members. That's no great accomplishment, I'd say.

I cannot agree more, my dude. Especially when you try to uninstall it afterwards but it fucked with the internals and you didn't know you had to back up the original for a MOD. That annoys me.

Sorry, the same rules apply (In theory since it hasn't been proven) the things that are "created" that is new content is owned by the creator. It is considered property by law in most places. Reason for the debate and concern about Bethesda's EULA and what is a mod authors and what is Bethesda's and what they can do and would do. Business or not...has no part in this. An artist that creates something is an owner even if it is never charged for or intended to be a money maker. it isn't about Business it is about ownership. The authors have to transfer their ownership in a way that others coudl use. they can however; Quote They could have just let it be available for download with very clear "Use at your own risk" label attached and simply move on. That is still ownership by the authors and permissions given with a disclaimer on it's fitness for use.
