It sounds like the player slavery bit hasn't started properly. You could try going back to before finishing the Leon quest (or maybe trying to start the slavery before trying the quest even) and see if things works then.

 

 

Do you think you can tell me how I can get out of the restraints? I'm at a bind here, literally, not the cursed loot safeword or the removeitem command seems to be able to free me T_T

 

 

This might be a little late but here's how you can use the console to get out of the restraints:

 

- Type help "Leon's Master Key" 4 into the console.

 

- You should get a reference with an ID number to that item. Then type player.additem <ID number> 99

 

- Those keys should unlock the Obsidian restraints. A key is used every time you remove one so that why I set the add count to 99. I'm not sure if the keys will get rid of the collar or requires a special puzzle, but at least you'll get your mobility, sight and ability to fight/use items back.

 

- If you can't get the restraints out of your inventory once you've unequipped them go around asking female NPC what they think about restraints until one asked you to chain them up and dump the items on her. You can even trick female bandits/warlocks into wearing them by casting the Calm spell on them then speaking to them. That will despawn the items with the enemy NPC when the game decides to remove her.

so Kimy how will the new DDI system alter cursed loot events as they are now?

 

by that I mean quests like cursed collar and damsel in distress etc; will they function the same but with updated items or will you be using the opportunity to go back and tweak the quests at all. Are the quests as they stand now how you envisioned the quests as a whole or is there stuff you want to add or change that the new system allows you to do; or any plans to update some of the events anyway; something like cursed collar was made so long ago now and theres so many new toys to play with that wasn't available.

 

don't get me wrong I love the quests whether you update them or not. was just curious if the new systems/items would give you options you didn't have before

I just finished Leon's quest, but I can't get the Obsidian Corset off. I've tried going to different balcksmiths and made a ton of keys, but nothing is working. I've even tried unequipping through the console and dropping it.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Open the console
2. Select yourself, and press tab if the menu with all the stats doesn't show up (you may need to scroll with the wheel)
3. Hover the mouse over "equipment" and press shift to select it.
4. Go through all the items in the next menu without a name.
5. Until you find one with the corset .nif file
6. Use the "player.removeitem" command with the id listed.

So I had (another) idea to post and it started out as just a random room/area but then it occurred to me that it could actually fit perfectly into the devious world you've already put together. the point of the quest is a way to earn money and D.A.M.N boxes anyway

 

Service with a smile

 

It starts with talking to any barkeeper; they tell you that they need extra help catering a party with a rich client. The client is paying a huge amount of gold (2000? maybe 3?) to staff. the barkeep warns you the client can be eccentric but for that much gold your not too worried. (point where it stopped been a random party idea) after agreeing you get transported to Ustolf's manor; its his party.

 

His assistant (whose name escapes me) tells you that your not exactly serving drink and instead your to demonstrate some items for the party attendees (Ustolf may have is own devious business who knows; maybe he works with the dollmaker) He then asks you to leave your gear in the chest same as in leon quest and go to the party room.

 

You then talk to the npc's who give you a choice of what to try on. The main thing here is that you gain rewards in exchange for stricter bondage; the amount of npcs doesn't really matter, you can have each npc equip a single item or have less npcs equip 2 or 3 items per choice so it would even out whichever way you do it.

 

Each npc would give you 3 choices

 

1. don't try on; this would take an amount from your reward (500g?) they may also not take that for an answer and equip an item anyway

2. standard restraint; gives 1 d.a.m.n box and equips a normal restraint that can be opened easily.

3. heavy restraint; rewards 5! d.a.m.n boxes (maybe more?) but equips restraints that require multiple keys.

 

picking the 1st option would eventually negate any reward and so you wouldn't want to pick it often

option 2 would end up with you in Arm and leg cuffs, belt (plugs), bra, collar, normal gag, blindfold, ballet heels, maybe ankle chains.

option 3 would consist of restrictive boots and gloves, belt, bra, piercings, corset or harness, posture collar, panel gag, blindfold, hood. Each would require multiple keys per lock.

 

if you have each item individual thats around 45-50 d.a.m.n boxes for option 3 and around 8 for option 2. good incentive to go for the harder option.

Also I reckon red ebonite gear would be nice. most of the special quest stuff tends to be black so would be a change.

 

after you speak to every one Ustolf calls for you. He thanks you for been such a good sport and wants to pay you. He offers you a last choice before you leave though; take your earned pay and boxes or he'll double it (triple?) to try on an item for him.

 

If you leave he'll add on an armbinder and either a locking catsuit (like the event one that has multiple locks) or hobble dress (again multi lock); pay you then transport you home.

 

If you double down he'll lock you in a special straightjacket with legbinder (or dress version) it has a large amount of locks (10?). again he'll pay you your doubled fee and send you back home.

 

could walk (or hobble ) away with a ton of boxes but you may spend a long time tied up after the party.

 

the quest would be repeatable but only if you have no restraints equipped.

I don't know if this is the appropriate forum for this but here goes:

 

Is there an option to keep your current collar without the enslavement sequence replacing it with another collar - specifically the Slut Collar and the iron nipple rings collar? 

 

Also is there any way to keep bandits from using the posture collar when enslaving?  It's frankly immersion breaking in a place like Skyrim to see a posture collar instead of the usual metal/leather collar.

Well, I've gone through about a hundred pages of this forum looking for information on the Spriggan Quest, so I'll just give up and ask.  What are the actual steps to complete the quest?  I've gotten to a point where I believe that the quest should be over but nothing happened except I lost the armor and the gag when I reached the cave.  I still have the power to "unintentionally bewitch every living thing into raping me" (which has to be the most inconvenient superpower of all time) and no new updates to the quest log are happening.

 

I'm trying to find out if the quest is bugged.  Hopefully not.  I'd have to start a new campaign because the spriggan superpower can break NPC AI's (I once had two of my followers go crazy when infected and kill every person in Solitude, which was pretty funny but not something that I can really put up with over time) and I want to get rid of it eventually.  The "safe word" function doesn't seem to affect the Spriggan restraints either.

 

So in conclusion, what the hell is supposed to happen in the Moss Mother Cavern?

I've found another small exploit with Leon/Leah. Once you start building up high disposition with them you can use them to instantly get out of most devious loot.

 

Example: after being cursed into a pair of bondage mittens by a trapped treasure chest Leah's "Do you think I've earned the privilege to remove my restraints" dialog option became available. Using it she immediately removed the mittens despite not being part of the obsidian bondage items.

 

I guess one could roleplay that as an experienced slaver Leon/Leah know their way around devious devices, but still does take away some of the danger of devious loot traps despite having to deal with the demands of a dom companion as the trade off.

Well, that's basically by design. Given that wearing non-approved restraints may interfere with Leon/Leah applying or removing Obsidian restraints, I inserted a check for them and activated the "remove" flag for one cycle. This should cause the dialog option you mentioned to become available for a short time after a rule check when wearing non-Leon/Leah restraints. It should not be an "instant" out though, you have to wait until Leon/Leah says he/she is pleased you are obeying the rules.

 

Keep in mind, of course, that you've given over all of your keys, so it would be easy for Leon/Leah to unlock you. Clearly they both only approve of their own custom restraints, and consider anything else to be insecure and/or inappropriate (ugly, non-matching, whatever). This also occurs after a sex-with-Master scene if you are gagged and/or belted with non-Obsidian device(s). They will be replaced with Obsidian equivalents.

 

This tweak was also a part of the Leon Slavery Quest changes that I submitted to Kimy and were incorporated a few versions ago.

Gotcha. Yeah I guess there's only so much that can be done to prevent conflicts with the Obsidian gear and that was probably the best, cleanest solution. I've gotten to witness first hand how much of a buggy pain in the ass Leah becomes if the restraints check glitches out. I was finally able to program in a failsafe for CloneLeah/Leon to let you get back into the rules check dialog if it gets cutoff for some reason (normally a game breaker as I'm sure you know).

After removing ankle chains, I have seen that the sneaking block they cause will something get stuck on. Equipping and removing them again usually fixes the problem.
