Brommer Posted May 29, 2017 Posted May 29, 2017 I'm getting lots of CTD in combat, usually when being hit. The last line in the papyrus log is always "[DCUR] - OnHit not in cooldown, proceed". I'm not aware of any feature of cursed loot that involves getting hit. What is the mod trying to do when this line appears in the log that causes my game to crash? That's for the combat surrender. This feature has a cooldown to prevent engine clogging and by itself should not really cause any trouble, but if you run a really script heavy load order, try disabling the feature in MCM and see if that helps. I have combat surrender switched off to prevent overlap with defeat, strange that the mod still checks if I get hit. I just have "combat surrender" unchecked on the "rape" page in MCM. Should I change some othe options further down on that page as well?

NPCs wearing armbinders are walking around with free arms that have been amputated just below the elbow, which is a little disconcerting. Doubtless I've screwed up animations, but haven't gone back to fix that yet. I got confused on the slut collar thinking I was supposed to have sex X amount of times to get out when that's a completely different collar. So I was wandering around and as soon as I talk to anybody they're ready to bang me. The extra funny one was the street preacher by the Talos shrine in Whiterun who continued to preach the entire time he's going at it, screaming "I...love you!"

Upped it to four to cover the (usually) three bound girls wandering the market. It worked! Thanks!
mangalo Posted May 30, 2017 Posted May 30, 2017 The DAMN boxes are nice but their rewards are kind of "meh", I got Golden college boots and was disappointed to see they "only" give a 30% regen boost, which is not great for a mage (moreover, the boots are considered as light armor which can be a drawback when you use light clothes for mods such as Ordinator).

The drops are level dependent, and pretty closely match the stats of comparable existing Skyrim armor. The intent of these items was not to provide uber powerful gear, but give the character kinky things to wear without having to compromise on the stats.

I have plans to add such items, too! Hopefully any gear that's excessively powerful also asks the player to pay a proportional price of one sort or another. Off the top of my head, an enchanted belt that makes a player practically undetectable while sneaking... if it weren't also making them moan. But pair it with a gag, and you're good to go!

This is definitely a more fun way of doing *imbalanced* power gains. I really had fun being a magic god while running the bound queen quest, with the obvious detriments of permanent chastity gear. Made it almost a disappointment to go back to regular magic power levels on finishing the quest and deciding to be item free again.

Some people report odd crashes upon teleporting to Ustolf's house, but that's Skyrim being Skyrim. Usually, trying again seems to help. Other than that, I can't see a reason why this quest shouldn't be playable?

Other than that, I can't see a reason why this quest shouldn't be playable? I was one of the people getting CTDs when scripts were moving me to Ustolf's. My workaround was to talk to the servant that teleports you there as normal, but immediately on exiting dialogue bring up the console and use the coc command to go there yourself before the game can do it for you. No crashes that way.

If I load a saved point from many days ago it starts triggering traps again. (I was wondering why it had become so quiet.) I really really don't want to have to play that Solsteim part again. It was hard enough the first time. Am I doomed? I apologize for my noobness.

I think some cursed loot quests will stop normal traps from triggering while running, like Bound Queen. If neither work, you should probably post a papyrus log of trying to loot containers with maxed trap chance.

I tried searching the tread and saw some posts about devious extras not being counted to the threshold, yet I been experiencing devious traps events (that apply additional restrains) even while setting the threshold to one item and wearing numerous basic items, such as regular padded chastity belt and bra, when the arousal is high enough. Any ideas for what could cause this? Tried new games with DCL 6.1 twice and all mod dependencies are up to date.

I can't move at all. I can hop up and down in place but that's it. Is there a special kind of way that one can move that I'm missing maybe? THanks! -C

I'm moderately confident that I'm putting this post in the wrong place, but I don't know where the right place is and I figured people here might at least know where I need to look! So, apologies in advance... I installed Deviously Cursed Loot ages ago, and recently decided to update to the newest version. I also updated most of the required mods while I was at it. Most things still seem to work fine, but my character just got stuck in a rubber suit which appears to be missing textures. I had a bit of a poke around in bodyslide, and I did notice that the preview for "DCL - CBBE - MXW_Catsuit" doesn't seem to display any textures (it just has "no image" plastered all over it). Now I'll admit that I'm not very experienced with Skyrim modding, so I may be missing something very simple and/or obvious. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful! Thanks in advance
