i found that in EC+ you need to make sure that the animations are registered in sexlab. if you dont, no animations will be played

 

Well, i gave it another shot yesterday. Installed Chaurus (not activated), installed EC+ (activated), everything ingame checks out (menus and so on). Animations in the EC+ MCM show as registered. I reset all animations in Sexlab MCM and re-registered from the EC+ menu. Set the plant trigger chance to 100% and EC attack to 100. This time the following happened:

- If I didn't disable all other possibilities, the game would select another event like gas trap for example.

- After I found and disabled all the other possibilities, nothing would happen, not even the message about the ground shaking.

 

Papyrus log said:

- plant triggered

- chance 100%

- after that nothing until the next event.

 

On screen log said:

- plant triggered

- Chance 100%

- Selecting harvesting event

- Selecting event failed

 

Any ideas what is wrong? I really don't want Chaurus activated in my savegame...

 

EDIT:

I got it - finally. For anyone who is just as stupid, here's how it works:

In NMM, you have to install and activate Estrus for Skyrim AND EC+. Then run LOOT, FNIS etc. Then go back in NMM and under "Plugins", uncheck the Estrus esp (zzestrus.exp) so it won't get loaded into your save. Works fine for me now...

Just a small little bug report that you may already be aware of but here goes anyway.

 

I'm not sure from which end it would be easier to patch up so I'm posting this bug report here as well as the Angrim's Apprentice forum. 

 

The "sex attacks" feature that gives a chance to strip chastity belts will strip off the chastity belt that Angrim puts on the PC. As I understand the Angrim's Apprentice mod, Angrim would be equipping a chastity belt that doesn't use standard keys, although a standard chastity key will open his belt. That's why, imho, the ideal fix for this break in immersion would be for stobor to fix it from his/her end and make the belt Angrim uses a unique item.

 

But then I think that it might be real easy for you to include a check for Angrim's belt. IOW- I'm clueless as to the easiest fix.

 

Regardless, it's a very minor thing. Nothing game or mod breaking.

 

Keep up the great work Kimy. Love your mod.

Klimy, just wanted to say thanks.  I've been running the current version of DCL for a bit and am simply impressed how wide ranging and customizable your mod happens to be.

 

I really like the addition of plants that spray spores (or something) that cause the character to get hyper aroused.  I hope you do more with this in the future, expand this a bit.  Not with loot but with actions/addictions.  While Skooma Whore is a complex and well done mod I always wished some of the effects were more sex themed.

How can I solve that ? I've try replacing the meshe by the one from TS_hood but nothing changes.

I have not managed to trigger that item yet but in DCLs files are textures for black, golden and pink suit variants.

 

Also you can tell that it's an actual texture by the fact that the collar has little white dots. If the texture was missing it would be uniform colour.

 

That said yah it looks a little similar at first glance. Personally I think a less vibrant, more pastely pink would stand out less.

My apologies if this has been requested before: Would it be possible to offer an option to restrict events and attacks to only male or only female NPCs? Basically just ignore all females or ignore all males. This could provide a more tailored experience for players who would rather avoid some content and still enjoy the mod.

I think a devious quest might be more appropriate. A quest where you are forced to act as a waitress. And I just thought of one:

 

Let's say that (only) mining might trigger this event. And to get rid of the bunny outfit, you have to bring ale to a couple of mining sites. Like five random ale and five random wine to 3 to 7 sites. Which site you visit down not matter. Given the amount of ale and wine required, you might have to visit a couple of inns as well.

When you are finished, you might get a bonus, like a +1 percent change to get the double amount of ore (or gems) when mining.

Or perhaps this outfit could be part of the devious quest for a (permanent) bonus.

 

When you trigger a cursed loot event, you might be given a devious coin or a devious gem. With these gems you can trigger a devious quest for a bonus. Gather the different types of coins (or gems) for the different types of quest and visit a devious shrine to start the quest. And on completing the quest, you receive a permanent bonus. The amount of coins required to start the same quest again will increase over time. And the amount of effort required to finish the quest will increase over time as well, although not as fast.

 

Quests I have thought of so far:

• "Patriarch of the miners"

  Bringing ale and wine to the mines in a bunny suit. Afterwards you get a +1 percent change to get the double amount of ore (or gems) when mining.

• "Spanked bottom"

  When talking to people, they might decide to spank you. Afterwards you get a +1 to your armor.

• "Obedience training"

  People will ask you to lick their boots. This obedience training helps you to stay focussed thus your learning gets a +1 boost when you are highly aroused.

• "The aphordisiac addict"

  You get injected with an aphrodisiac that keeps increasing your arousal. Your hands will wander all the time as well. Due to the heat inside of you, you will strip on a regular basis without being able to stop yourself. You have to drink a couple of "honey wine". Each bar will only have one in stock. Afterwards you get a +1 percent resistance bonus against poison.

• "Intemate lightning"

  You receive a non-removable plug that will shock you from time to time. Afterwards you get a +1 to shock resistance.

After talking to leon I started the bondage party quest. Worked fine until the task to find and equip latex gloves, boots and piercings for nipples/clit. I leave and search for them but the only Item that appears anywhere reliably were the nipple piercings. I retried the quest 3 times and once I found all 4 items but both the boots and gloves did not register for the quest. On that try I also found some other bondage gear but playing with save/load did not result in any combination where I could continue the quest.

 

tl;dr

from 3 times playing the bondage party quest I could never find all 4 required items to continue. Only properly working item were the nipple piercings

 

what can I do so that I can continue the quest?

The problem with furniture bondage is how darn restrictive it is. If you chain someone to a pole, that's it for them. They can't really do anything except standing still and be chained to a pole. So in terms of gameplay mechanics it's really difficult to incorporate bondage furniture in a way that's not completely boring for the player. For that reason it's most often used for cutscenes, but these are in turn really hard and time consuming to make. That's in short the reason why Cursed Loot doesn't make much use of ZAP furniture yet, despite its awesomeness. I will think of something, though.

I haven't seen the set before you mentioned it, but the set looks fun and fairly perfect for a DD quest! The creator of the set already gave me permission to use it, so yes, it will be!!!

for the zaz furnitures. something like a trap in towns where you're bounded, and people come and could fuck you as they wish, or spank you, or even add some more restraints ?

I had a few ideas for bondage furniture if you wanted to hear it out. For instance for the users that use needs, you can have some furniture that when your tied up you can talk to your master and have him feed you when your tied up, or maybe use it for punishments when you displease em. Or some furniture you can be strapped to and forcibly washed down. [i do so much like cleanliness] Pretty much anything theres a need for, you can use a piece of furniture to tie into immersive gameplay. Maybe like a horse or table or something to strap someone into for some sexing before leaving them there to go to bed.

 

Otherwise, I know the prison overhaul mod uses some of the furniture when your arrested, so in that way its completely optional to use since you could always load up before that point and theres configurable options. So Im sure there could be some punishments when being caught from stealing from people where they take you out of their store and put people on display to be mocked or punished by the random passerbys. Maybe it lowers your standing with them and others. Maybe they take all your gold. Maybe they strip you and take your stuff after and you have to do a quest to find it. Maybe people just sex you, maybe they hit you or throw stones. Maybe they leave ya there and let ya starve and get cold for awhile. Just give some configurable options and raise the set timescale faster and maybe give all the NPCs a walking speed boost to simulate time passing by faster.

 

And, maybe more importantly, maybe theres a mini game tied to one of your skills or something that can let you escape. So youd have to escape, and hide or getaway without anyone noticing you. Maybe you have to wait for a day or something [configurable] before coming back to avoid getting in further trouble.

I've noticed a problem with the Leon quest inventory confiscation sequence, or possibly when the items are returned.

 

It seems that everything you get back gets reverted to its base state. So tempered/enchanted/named items lose their temper, enchantment and name. Furthermore, dynamically generated text in certain scrolls/letters/books is lost, reverting that item to a basic template (things like the hired thugs contract or letters of inheritance).

 

Those lost text example aren't really serious, but can be for certain other mods (like Real Estate). In that case, the Landlord's Ledger is rendered inoperative entirely.

 

Has anyone else seen this? (I didn't see any posts about it, but maybe they got lost with the forum revert.)

Having one issue with this mod. It seems that the sleep attacks always use consensual animations even though the slider on the left side is set at 0% (at sex attacks page). The other sex attacks correctly use aggressive animations. Or is it intentional?

 

Great mod, so much different functions. It's been fun seeing it grow to what it is.
