Only because I've been there a number of times somewhat by accident lately.   Sky Temple Ruins is what Atlas map markers call it.  Not sure if that's a vanilla name or not.

Not sure if that's easy enough because I've been in it enough or because I've looked at places in the CK.  Recognizing the orange markers for the Thieves Guild stealing quest targets ( the reason I was there last) probably also helps.
