Harvesting chaurus egg sacs and creepy clusters trigger the Estrus tentacle or slime/ooze attacks, as a prelude to another parasite infection. The main quest I am working on will make heavy use of the direct/silent impregnation as well.

I'm also working on a mod introducing a range of risks/consequences to make life more interesting as a young inexperienced adventurer but as far as I'm concerned the more tentacles the better!

I made Oviposition() only fire for the Tentacle animations, made stage 9 slimes & oozes leave the player at 100 exposure & timerate, and had machine animations call dDlibs.ActorOrgasm during each of stages 4-8. I also wanted to add an MCM slider to control the parasite chance but MCM seemed like too much effort Was planning to have a separate chance for player vs. NPCs though.

I came across this using Deviously Cursed Loot first which hooks into EC+ and uses the Estrus animations. To cut a long story short when the Ooze or Slime animations fire it breaks RND. What happens is that afterwards if the pc eats or drinks nothing is registered although the item disappears from inventory. I thought initially it was a problem with DCL but I then tested with Deviously Enchanted Chests to fire the animations and got the same result. Now I do have a memory from a long time back (well over a year maybe two) that there was a similar issue with the Tentacle animations and I can't remember if it was you or Kimy that sorted it out. At the time of the fix DCL only used the Tentacles so the issue never arose then. The Dwemer animations never caused a problem iirc. I've tested with EC+ v4.20a, v4.21 and v4.22 but I'm guessing the issue may lie with the estrus resources rather than EC+, you would know better than me on that.

Swiftkill8 Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 Hello, i need some help and i'm hoping someone here can help me, I had estrus, estrus chaurus and the spider add on working about 6 months ago, since then i have added some mods, broken my game and had to remove all my mods and rebuild them again. The problem i have now is that my character will rag-doll everytime one of the estrus animations begins, and the animation will begin with my character at a really odd angle, then at the end of the animation my character will either be out of the map, be constantly running (still at a weird angle), or will be stuck in third person mode. I did upgrade my sex-lab framework to the newest revision and was wondering if anyone else has been having problems, and if it was worth going back to a previous update. As a side note, i am using deviously cursed loot and the same thing happens when it is initiated though collecting plants, and creatures will still continue to attack during the animation. update- after doing some trial and error, i can confirm that its only the chaurus that cause this, spiders work fine, but chaurus cause my game to think that my character has died, play the animation with the death noise and then lock up my game so that i have to close the game any help would be appreciated

You need to have the resources for it, but you can just un-check the .esp so you don't have the spells and everything showing in game.

I see people in this thread talk about having regular (non-Estrus) sex with chauruses, but I'm unable to do that because it looks like none of the usual animation packs have chaurus animations. Is there an additional pack I missed?

Is there an additional pack I missed? The base Sexlab Framework has some included. You may need to activate the creature animations option in it for them to show up.

Hehe I meant 'summoning' as kind of a rpg term in this case Yes it happens randomly and it is indeed most likely due to it being a 'masturbation' scene. So if I just turn off the .esp from the original mod the tentacle attacks can still happen (without having the unnecesary side effect of having ooze creatures and such attack you if you try to masturbate )?
xGunner1 Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 None of the animations work for me when the chaurus initiates it through the spit nor does it work when I look at the animation through Sexlab Matchmaker. I resetted and Sexlab animation registration and also activated all the animation through Estrus Charus+ MCM and still no luck. What else do I need to do to get this to work? Also I don't have Devious Devices mods installed, I'm not sure if that is a requirement or not but I saw it listed somewhere in the MCM for Estruc Chaurus
emiliano111 Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 someone can help me? i have a problen, basically the mod does nothing, I'm tired of trying things that dont work. the mod is istalled and show up in the mcm nenu bat But when I spawn the chaurus nothing happens he hit me by the split attack but nothing i set the tantacle cance to 100% but again nothing. pd: i have all required mods

Turns out I was missing this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33102/? Just the assets of it, no need to activate the esp. Hope this helps

It looks like I had an installation problem. I was able to have sex with pretty much any creature except a Chaurus - reinstalled SexLab, now everything works fine.
wolfboy1 Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 I have tried various things to get this to work but no dice and so now I am going to ask for help regarding this. My issue is two-fold. 1. When I press N to target a NPC (in this case a follower) and try to test the tentacle (or any animation from EC+) nothing happens. After that I cant play or another animation unless I re-register all of the animations again. When I just try to test it on myself without targeting anyone the animation plays just fine. 2. None of the animations play when I use the matchmaker spells. All I get is a fizzled out if I try to cast it on me or the target twice. IF I use the self spell and the target spell the animations do not play at all with the EX+ animations. ANY other animation however works just fine. Everything is updated regarding FNIS, SKSE, EC+, Sexlab and there are no errors in the FNIS log. So why cant any of the tentacle or slime animations play?
