I have a problem: After i take her quest "Elisif's tribute", it will CTD if i 1) save, 2) wait, or 3) attempt to get out of the blue palace. Might anyone have a clue on whats going on here?

I had already completed the wolfskull cave AND Elisif tribute quest before i begin the amorous adventure quest with Elisif. But that proved to be no problem because simply, she told me to go to wolfskull cave, then i spoke to her again and turned in the quest. The problem begins after she gives me the Elisif tribute quest.

 

Also, i do have the latest version plus i dont have many mods that may conflict with this mod (i dont have many adult mods in general). So why i get the CTD?

Hi Foxfingers, sorry to bother you with this, but I've run into a consistent problem with Proving Honor and I can't find a solution to it (new games don't help either).

 

My game freezes up once Farkas switches back to nordrace from werwolfrace after killing those Silver-Hand guys early in the dungeon...

 

I've tried disabling all race- and werwolfmods I have installed, I tried reinstalling XPMSE, I even disabled your mod and it keeps happening. Right now I am at a loss on how to proceed through the companions-questline.

 

Please help

EDIT: I know that Proving Honor is by default notoriously buggy, but I've never run in consistent trouble concerning this quest...
EDIT 2: Wow, this time it worked, but only because he didn't even turn into a Werwolf. I had your mod enabled and must have had him disabled through the console right while the transformation script fired... when I enabled him again he simply killed the silver hand guys with his claymore and the quest worked... WTF?

De-installed. Game freezes and CTD way too much (not just with me but with oter users as well) plus not much help is provided in here.

Will wait until(and IF) they update with a more stable version. Good luck

Huh?  This mod already let's you have sexual adventures with potential wifey's like, Ysolda, Mjoll, and Aela.

I don't think FoxFingers wants to add the non-Dawnguard DLCs to the requirements without a good story reason.  Dawnguard only got added because Serana is interesting waifu material.

 

Also, Fox already has a backlog of stuff to be worked on in future if possible - there was a screenshot contest to decide on the next quest to be done plus a bunch of runners up with ideas.

Nah, Fox is pretty much retired.  He was or is still working on one last quest that involves Elisif.  But aside from that he or she is tired working on the mod.

Shame, honestly one of the best mods out here. Fox should give it to someone with the skill to continue, so much more could be done imo

Why?  On the off chance that someone had the skill in audio file manipulation and quest building *and* the time available to make quests like this, there is no reason they couldn't make their own separate mod.  All they would have to do to have it work perfectly with AA is concentrate on NPCs that haven't been given a quest yet.  Just call it "Further Amorous Adventures".

and has posted guides, directions and examples of how this mod was done, just for others to pick up and expand on the AA mod. The sheer amount of work required to do something like this is why there isn't another mod or three already done or in the works.

 

I haven't looked at the Bruma or other outside of Skyrim content, but do any of those other giant mods feature voice work with Skyrim original voices? I know some mods will use original voices for new, mod added characters and that is a work in itself, but not the same as re-writing vanilla voice.

Most super mods like that have completely original voicework (and often it is as good as or better quality than the original Skyrim cast - at least they are usually more interesting).  If you are going to spend thousands of man-hours working on a DLC-sized mod or larger that has unique characters, it certainly makes more sense to have real voice actors than trying to stitch together audio clips.

 

There are a few mods that do the same audio-splicing technique as AA.  The one that comes up of the top of my head as the best other example I can think of is The Erotic Adventures of Misty Skye (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/83060) - that mod does a really good job of making the original Skyrim voice actors say incredibly dirty and hilarious things.  That mod does the splicing extremely well, but it is understandably much smaller in scope than AA (and doesn't ever try to be serious about its dialogue).

This mod is huge in terms of just splicing audio files together.  Then giving the selected npc's additional dialogue that matches the audio you spliced, and making quest out of it.  I too was saddened when I heard Fox, was tired of working on the mod.  But then I looked at the initial release date of the mod, and am amazed he/she has worked on this for so long.  I've modded Skyrim and New Vegas and have worked on others mods doing audio, dialogue and quests.  And can tell you the amount of man hours it takes leaves you burnt out. 

 

So in closing.  To Fox I say thank you and may you have success in your future endeavors.

It may be worth mentioning that using any Follower Frameworks (like EFF, AFT, etc.) can cause issues when Amorous Adventures require some character to start following the player.

 

For example, i had problem with Annekke - i couldn't make her follow me to Sylgja after i did the "kill the bandit" quest.

Problem was caused by me having already 3 followers (using EFF) - Annekke had no dialog option to make her follow.

As a workaround, i dismissed all followers, which made Annekke's 'follow' dialogue option to appear, then i used her dialogue to make her follow, and then i "hired" again those 3 followers i dismissed before.

Now i have 4 working followers including Annekke, and everything seems to work for now.

(i think this should be mentioned in the FAQ, or in Compatibility section).

Is this supposed to have a sex scene or some sort? I've download amorous adventure and play it without sex lab. When finishing a quest for a girl there is an option in the conversation that suggest they are having sex and then the screen fade-to-black before giving an "Information" window. It feels weird for me so I decide to download sex lab and all of the requirements for it to make the sex scene works

 

Pretty sure this has been asked before, but I'll ask again. Why is nothing happened afterwards? now if I ask Camilla to "make love"... she just walk around and that's it. not even a fade-to-black.

Are you running the SexLab version?  You're most likely using the clean version.  The clean version has the fade to black and no sex scenes.

Is there a Skyrim SE version here? On Nexus there are one for SE but that is the one with "Fade to black" Censor and with no animations.

Yes, there is a SE version with sex scenes.  Go to the AA nexus page and look for the Flower Girls version.  You of course need Flower Girls to make it work.

I'm running both and they work fine.  The only difference between FG and SL is that FG is more about consensual sex, whereas SL has both consensual and fetishes.  To avoid any hiccups I'd only use FG when using AA.

Fox ran a contest where he was gonna do 3 more quest for the contest winners. I was number 3 so basically the last quest. I chose Sigrid. #1 was Elisif and i'm not sure who the #2 winner picked.

The problem is.  Is Fox still working on the mod.  He or she seemed burnt out, and that's something that happens to all modders who who have been working on a mod for years.  I personally have worked on mods that have taken years and absolutely began hating them.  In fact when they were finally released I never downloaded them.

 

So the thing is, did this happen to Fox?
