Sacremas Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Ran into a permanent game stop with Sybille's quest during Elisif's chain, which of course stops me as well. My character is already a vampire (via Sacrosanct Vampires of Skyrim) and when starting the sex scene with her and she bites me I die instantly, every time, despite having maxed defenses and some 800 health on level 172 (a LOT of legendary resets, 10 in lockpicking alone). I'm already decently far into Serana's questline and her bites do not kill me, making me think it's the infection part causing the issue. I've noticed that even a werewolf that's 100 % immune to disease will get the vampire infection from that scene, so my guess there's a direct conflict there. I also have an ability via Sacrosanct that allows me to drain other vampires to dust (my body seemed to be going to dust before auto reload, and I don't use any vampire to dust during death mods) so the conflict could be that it's my own perk killing me. If Sybille's bite could be changed to be identical to those of Serana that would however take care of this issue entirely (and also stop it from ignoring disease immunity with the sanguinaris vampiris). For now I'm going to have to ignore that questline, and hope I find a solution that doesn't involve getting Fallion to cure my vampirism first before elisif's capstone quest is available. Turns out the true cause for my death by sultry vampire was not because I was a vampire myself... but because I was a Restoration Archmage with Ordinator, which amped my Restoration magnitude to the heavens. After I was still dying even after having cured my vampirism I tried stripping all of my gear, and at that point I just barely survived (I got so low % health my contingency was firing non-stop during the sex scene and until I could cure it). Turns out at that point Sanguinaris Vampiris was doing 450 damage on me instead of the regular 25, and that was after I had already stripped off most of my Restoration Magnitude boosting gear, which probably amped that up closer to 1000. Just a warning is all in case anyone runs into something similar, as unlikely as that seems...
Militus Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 I seem to recall I used to have one for Lydia, and Arria..something aswell, the blacksmith.I just had to revive the blacksmith as I found she died somehow, but the normal way wasn't working entirely- I went to 'limbo', saw her body, resurrected her, puppeted her using Puppet Master, coc'd to Whiterun, summoned her with a spell, released her- seems to work.. Yet she had no dialogue. How come?I may be using an outdated version of Amorous adventures, am I safe to just oversave a new one over the old one, or would I have to start all over again? Thanks.(I did manage to do the companions thus far. I utterly LOVE this mod. <3 )

I utterly LOVE this mod. <3 ) Depends on how outdated your version is, if it is older than 3.0.0 you can't overwrite with the new version, you'd have to uninstall and save clean. That would reset your progress.

Azzhat Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Okay I seem to be having a problem with Erikur. A big problem. After leaving the Winking Skeever to talk to him about Lisette, he disappeared. His marker indicates he's inside the city and not in any buildings. I tried moveto player but that did nothing, I toggled off collision to find him and I found him under the windmill inside the rocks outside of the city. What do I do? I've never had this problem before. Could You move him to you with "moveto player" console As I stated previously I tried moveto player and it did nothing. However loading a previous save(and losing about 3 hours of progress) fixed it.

Players generally experience it trying to do that Dainty Sload quest for the Thieves Guild. I do not do the Thieves Guild, but had it happen to me in connection with this mod. I could not move him to me either with the console, but eventually moved myself to him. Fortunately, he was not underwater but was in some tower like entrance to Solitude accessed from near the East Empire Company bridge and I was able to talk to him and finish that quest.

Yes, you should be able to just install the new version and then keep playing with no issues in this case, it's quite a few versions back that you had to start a new game and/or use console commands to fix it. This bug should be fixed by the Unofficial patch, are you using that? It's basically an issue with his daily routine package placing him somewhere he's really not supposed to be.
Thenryb Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Maybe the Erikur bug is supposed to be fixed by the unofficial patch which I use but I still had it happen to one of my characters. I have not checked to see whether this mod overwrites changes made by the unofficial patch. According to a thread in the afk forum I do not think Erikur's daily activities package was ever fixed. An Arthmoor post from 2012 said it was too random to fix, and a post from 2016 said it was a game bug which could not be fixed other than by Bethesda (we know that will not happen).

Not to necessarily speak for Foxfingers, but based on recent posts it sounds like Rikke will likely get some content sooner rather than later because the planned Elisif content will require the civil war quest be completed. Which apparently means Rikke gets her time in the sun because Fox wasn't going to play through that slog of a quest line without doing something for her.

We went and did the quest where you have to kill the necromancer who's upset 'cos she couldn't resurrect her dead husband, got back to Markarth, went to see Senna, Serana gets jiggy with Serana and then... CTD. Anybody got any suggestions what the problem might be, or how to fix it? Everything else related to Sexlab seems to be working okay so I don't think the problem is related to animations. The scene with Senna seems to play through to the end (?) and then the game crashes so I'd guess it's a quest error rather than an animation error or something similar. If it'll be the simplest solution, can I just use setstage to skip past this part and move to the next bit? Or, is this the "finale" of Serana's Amorous quest? Thing is, I've really been enjoying Amorous Adventures because it's provided a heap of new (to me, at least) content so I don't want to spoil it by spending a lot of time googling it or watching YT video's. If Serana's amorous quest carries on after this I'll just skip to the next stage but if this is the "finale" I'd like to see how it turns out.

I was wondering if there is a huge difference between using the Osex addition and Sexlabs? Due to the nature of Osex I imagine that would be much more immersive, but does it handle kiss scenes? I really wish the version that incorporated both was up to date (I understand that it was probably a lot of work) But using Osex for things like 1 on 1 time feels really immersive and sexlabs covers the stuff that isn't in Osex instead of fade to black. Would appreciate any feed back from people that have tried both or either, thanks!

I have run into trouble this run with the Widow too soon quest. Ellisf will not retire to her room and the quest marker is out of the Blue Palace and quest remains unfinished with Return to the Blue Palace or some such. How do I complete this? Have i been lucky in my last play through(s) to not have this bug before? Can I just enter in a console command to have it say completed. I placed Tyorg's horn, spoke to him, return to the Blue Palace and the quest marker is outside to the right of the Palace some where. I guess I have a conflict this run.

I've no idea if they conflict at all (no xp with Osex) or if you can use both. backup your save and try i guess?

I guess I have a conflict this run. try setsatge or completequest on the quests(s) in question? start with the warhorn one, esp if its not completing properly.
