Okay, so there's probably no way i'm going to work on and voice 30 something male love interest quests.

 

But, if you had to choose three males in Skyrim who would they be? I don't view males as romantic targets in my daily life so I'm counting on you to select the Skyrim males.

For a long quest-Erandur.  

For a medium long quest-Faendal and Sven

For a short one off quest-Balgruuf in a secret tryst at the Bannered Mare 

 

 

edit: also a possible short quest for Breylana, when she tests her magic 'skills' on you. The possibilities of her mistakes...

I have few problems....

1st is that on Shadows And Scars quest when I need to pick letters and such, there's no dialogue option for it.... just the vanilla ones. I've hired her on Blabes and took as a follower after that... does that matter?

2nd on Adrianne's Indecent Proposal I have the very first dialogue and she answers it but it doesn't continue.

I do not know whether this is the right place rfor this, but i am having an issue with AA.  on the Anekette(?)  portion of the MArks of Dibella quest after the deed is done, I lose all ability to control my character.

I am using an XBox 360 controller and evrything is working right up to that point.  AfterwardsI can spin the camera around like normal, but all movement and button commands have been disabled.  I have to "Three-finger-salute" to exit the game.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Do you have automatic free cam active? Disable that and enable it with numpad 3 manually instead, even if it means reaching over to your keyboard.

That was it TYVM.  had something really funny happen about midway through.  A Blue Blob in the shape of a Unicorn spawned and we were on top of it.  Rather Hilarious.  unfortunately I did not get a SS of it.

As far as the male romance things go I'm straight so I can't say who you should pick based on taste. I'll +1 the Adoring Fan if only to troll the Nexus users and to put him into Skyrim. Maybe you could do something with Ulfric and Tullius based on the Civil War quest?

 

As far as more females go I can tell you I'd like Sapphire, either Ghorza or Borgakh, and Gabriella. I just want an Orc waifu plus I'd imagine the scenario could be hilarious.

Since you'll be rewriting Lydia's AA quest, I was wondering if I could just use console commands to restart her quest instead of restarting a new game.

It might be tough to only pick 3 but I'll give it a try.

Between Sven and Faendal,Sven might be the safer bet for wider appeal. plus he has a fairly common voice type,giving you lots more raw material to work with. At least one of those guys should have the option to get a significant upgrade from Camilla Valerius.

 

While there aren't any male leaders that would make as interesting paramours as Elisif (who don't also have unique voices,that is,so Ulfric,Tullius,or even Brynjolf  are most likely right out),but there should probably be one royal romance,right?

Jarl Siddgeir seems like the only thing he has going for him is youth and wealth, potentially making him a good choice for someone to take advantage of but Jarl Balgruuf has more of a personality even if he has three bratty children to avoid. Brunwulf Free-Winter would also be a fine choice,but one which would never materialize if one sides with the Stormcloaks.

I'd probably have to pick Balgruuf due to greater potential for drama with his children and widower status. 

Maybe someone else can make a case for one of the Stormcloak supporting Jarls?

 

For the last,I'd pick Onmund since there are already a decent amount of beautification mods on the Nexus for him even if another romance mod on Loverslab is being built around him.

For a possible substitute if you don't want to run into any incompatibility with said mod,there are Marcurio the mercenary mage or Halbarn Iron-Fur (who,like Onmund, are incidentally already marriage options which Amorous Adventures could help to flesh out).

 

I'd personally like to see one of the non-human race characters as a romance option (Be it J'Zargo,Derkeethus, or maybe Lleril Morvayn as a non-human royal romance),but most people are likely going to want a man with more traditionally attractive traits.

If you have already gone so far in your game that you have made Jenassa a Blade, then you have gone beyond having Jenassa as a Hireling.  Shadows and Scars looks for her Hireling status.  You've turned her into a Follower which is something else.

You appear to be using the CLEAN version.  Uninstall completely the Clean version and install the SexLab version.

 

Bring up the game.  Save the game.

 

Shut down the game.  Bring up the game.  Load the save you made.  Bang.

Cant play Skyrim without this mod! but would it be possible to re-create this mod without Dawnguard? I Don't really use DLC for Skyrim or other mods, nor do i ever get to the Dawnguard Quest to appreciate the Serana quest. maybe make a non Dawnguard version? it doesn't have to take the next new up dates, and if desired there is hundreds(exaggeration maybe) of mods for serana and velerica.(pardon my spelling, again I don't really play Dawnguard on Skyrim Pc)  I make this complaint/Idea, because this mod is the ONLY mod that i HAVE to use Dawnguard for lol.

 

No, there will not be a Non-Dawnguard version.  Sorry.

 

If you wish to do that, try taking the Mod and using TESVedit and stripping out all the Dawnguard related stuff from the Mod.

I hope to have an update out by the Weekend of Nov 7th.  These are the list of issues that will be addressed.

 

- Remove all Fade To Black in the SexLab version.  It's just too confusing to people, and it makes it unclear when they have switched versions.

 

- Remove Irileth Force Greet.  It causes her to chase the player around if the player is not interested.  Not really good Mod behavior.

 

- Option to bail out of Valerica's "healing process" during Serana's romance.  For those not interested.

 

- Unhook the Companions combined Quest Start-ups

 

- Allow a Bail Out on every Quest Start up.  It is up to the player to select this, or not, but on something like Solitude it will kill the entire quest chain and void out all Solitude lovers.

 

- RE-DO Lydias Quest.  I don't know how far I'm going to go with this.  I'd like to retain some of the flavor but just make the Player a little less of an SOB with the beginning dialogue.  Probably something other than having to buy Breezehome as well.

 

- Add Leito's kiss for the Clean version.  Everybody just loves, loves, loves the kissyface animation.

 

 

Most of these fixes are trivial.  Adding Animation is new to me, I have to learn it.  Laying down new voice tracks for Lydia will take awhile.

Thanks for this one.  There are several quests I've done multiple times and would like to bypass them on subsequent playthroughs (Camilla Valerius).

Don't mind the current Lydia quest dialog that much (I've been angling towards playing more of an SOB type character anyway, so it fit).  But taking the Breezehome requirement away would be appreciated.  I play some characters that don't buy the vanilla homes (outdoor type), so I was using a mod to make breezehome free just so I could get Lydia's unconditional love (then abandoning her at the empty Breezehome - told you I was playing an SOB ).

 

Looking forward to the new update.  Thank you for your hard work on this.  It is greatly appreciated by a great many gamers here.

but one male npc I can't stop thinking will be greatly suited for AA is.... (suspence) MASTER NELOTH! (link down below)

He's an old grumpy and powerful mage, living inside a huge mushroom house in Solstheim.

He's got a superiority complex and it's really condescending on everybody, dragonborn included. He sends the Dragonborn on a lot of side quests, starting with the mystery of a disappeared servant. In one occasion Neloth will escort you to explore a dungeon during the Solstheim main quest.

So you deal quite a lot with him... but the vanilla story feels unfinished.

I can picture him caught quite off guard if approached romantically, a bit like Vilkas.

And would fit nicely with some familiar themes:

A condescending attitude being the cover of inner fragility.

A powerful and wise man totally inept when it comes down to social relationship.

The personal redemption story of a solitary man opening up to other people and to love.

At first I was thinking "Seriously? Can we escape Riverwood already? We're already boinking at least three of the denizens, there. Skyrim's a wide wondrous world beyond the starting village."

 

But then, I thought, it'd be interesting to have it as a secondary option for those straight gals (and gay guys) who aren't interested in Camilla at all.

 

You could only get the one you didn't favour in that quest (which may include both if you choose to tell Camilla first) and when you next approach them, and they are understandably pissed you could reveal it was because you wanted them, love at first sight style.

 

Whether that's enough for them all depends on how far Fox would want to take it (maybe you have to prove it through some sort of quest much like the Golden Claw) but the end result is you get one (or both) as a lover.

 

Of course that would be two of the three males Fox is willing to write but it'd be an interesting expansion on that quest (not to mention if both of them found out you were playing both of them along with Camilla )

 

None of this is serious, btw. I'd still rather not dwell overlong in Riverwood. Pretty soon you'd start getting a reputation XD

Now that you put it like that,I'd like to see Master Neloth as a romance option,as well.

 

Neloth seems to be into all manner of experimentations so he really would be ideal for the more adventurous types.

Glad to see that it will be possible to ignore Irlileth soon. It is the main reason I don't install this mod till after I finish that quest in new games. Always felt weird that its like oh hey killed a dragon lets have sex in the middle of this field next to a burning tower, its corpse and all the guards.

 

I do realize it was a holdover from the original mod where you had killing dragons increasing your arousal however. Which is why I never requested a change and just installed after that quest.

 

So very happy that I can install it at the start of all my new games from now on.

Getting two characters to kiss turns out to be extraordinarily difficult.  Kissing in the clean version could very well be beyond me.  I certainly underestimated the challenges.  Making the characters just use Leito's kissing animation in sync with one another is tough.

 

Anyways, point is, if you've never really thought about the magic that is SexLab Framework let me tell you it's a fairly unbelievable work of genius.  The things it does is remarkable.

So, we're talking about male romances a bit lately.

 

I have 30 something females in the mod a player can get to know better. And, when Serana's final quest is released there will be three (3) long requested new female lovers a player gets in that quest.

 

And in the Lydia re-do there could easily be a second female involved. Maybe Ahlam (Nazeem's long suffering spouse) or someone else.

Considering you made us play all the way through dawnguard for serana how about a male romance tied to the civil war quest line as both the leaders happen to be male and while i'm not a fan of the general the jarl of windhelm does sound pretty cool with all his speeches

 

Edit: Other idea if you wanted to do an older male npc would be something tied to the Kynes sacred trials questline you get at froki's shack http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Kyne's_Sacred_Trials
