I'm not asking for/expecting any help here as it's likely too vague of a situation. Just relaying what happened in my case. Seemed to start off well, but as soon as I zone into the Hidden Valley outside area from the tavern, the game freezes/goes unresponsive. So not a crash that I might have a log for. Tried several times in a couple different save files, and its always in the same spot. Texture/mesh issue possibly, but it's hard to know with which mod it might be conflicting. Was looking forward to it, but I guess I'll try again at some point in the future.

Dont know why, but when in the circle for the creature quest line the lesbian gangbang startes fine. I talk to the cap and he does his little speech. But no gangbang with the men is starting

One thing I noticed, was, how free you feel, while being enslaved. They where way to nice 😉

There should be a kind of (adjustable) quota how many clients have to be served until you can proceed with the quest.

Also the Customers should demand services from time to time, maybe based on there Arousal. If denied, one should be punished.

 

 

I do plan on adding more over time.

 

There are multiple endings already. There is the quick escape ending if you get the key without completing the quests. There is the ending after completing all the animal chapters and another ending if you avoid the animal action. I plan on adding two more that involve not killing the bandits and not setting the slaves free.

 

I was already planning on adding random force-greets at certain stages demanding action and if the player tries to refuse, they will be punished. I'll add SL Aroused eventually.

EDIT: Are you playing with a controller or mouse and keyboard? I have noticed that if I try to scroll down with my mouse, I cannot always see the last option in the list. If I press the down arrow key, I can see it.

Not really. Escape is the only thing my bandits would kill for and they already try to kill you when you try to escape.

It should start when he says "Alright men, you're up! Show this slave the time of it's life!"

 

After a few other comments Eleia will say "Hang in there, dear!" which will progress the quest to the next stage. Then the actor Arix should have dialogue that starts a second gangbang. Try talking to him. He should Force-Greet you after Eleia makes her comment and the first gangbang ends.

 

Do you have MMMF and MMMMF animations enabled?

 

You are playing as a female, right? I don't know if male PCs can play this part because I don't know of any MMMM or MMMMM animations.

 

Then again... sometimes Skyrim and SL just act weird and things don't go through. Might just need to try it more than once.

i assume that what happened to me happened to that guy as well,

basically there is a sort-of animation limit that skyrim seems to have. i've hit it once i've installed a bunch of non-SL animation mods. since then, SLAL will only manage to register a certain amount of animations, randomly skipping on some. this led to the lesbian one not triggering while the male gangbang did. i assume the other guy is having the same issue too, but with the MMMF/MMMMF animations having been skipped despite having installed everything else correctly

Yes to all. Everyone made their comments and I stood there in silence for a whole in game hour. I used "setstage BPQ03 120" to skip the gangbang part.

I had the CTD on starting new game problem with this mod. After uninstalling and reinstalling all 500+ mods I found that DF Spank SLAL mini-pack - 20210331-0.7z was causing the CTD and the Paradise Tavern is either where its happening or a red herring. Not sure if the other mods in Devious Followers also cause the crash since I don't use it, but I think this mod can just be replaced with Slap da Butt SE (wont know until I start my playthrough, but the DF Spank mod isn't that valuable anyways). 

If other people are having this issue but don't have that mod, idk good luck though.

I don't think I use any kinds of animation mods that are not SL-related. Must be why I don't have these kinds of problems.

Strange...? I use DF Spank SLAL mini-pack SE and everything works fine. Are you on LE and using that version? Maybe load order has something to do with it? I have Bandit Paradise very high up on my load order. Like in the top 40. Animation packs come later.

 

The only special things I use in Paradise Tavern are the ZaZ dancing tools. I've got zdfPoleDance, zdfDanceBelly, zdfDanceSexyDance and zdfDanceSnake. If certain people are having trouble with Paradise Tavern, that is most likely the cause.

 

I hear ZaZ and anything relating to Devious Devices often don't mix well together. That is why I only have ZaZ. I tried using DD a few years ago but I kept on getting crashes. So, I gave up on it and decided to just stick with ZaZ.

 

Then again... everyone has different setups. There could be so many different causes. You just need to experiment with your setups and try disabling mods like you did. Quite often all I need to do is adjust load orders. Try experimenting with those as well.

Everything ran very smoothly for me but (looking at the previous posts) I know I bypassed a lot of content - I didn't have even one creature scene. Apparently my playthrough was the "talk to the right people and get 'er done" path. I do have a few comments though. 

 

Maybe it shouldn't be so easy for us to bypass your content ;) 

 

Secondly, I ended up in Paradise after being tossed about by several captors. First Practical Defeat sent me into a Sanguine's Debauchery captivity at Silent Moon's Camp. Then (and I'm not sure how this happened) a new NPC showed up out of nowhere and defeated me. He sent me to Simple Slavery and from there I went to Paradise. Along the way my inventory got cleaned out so I so when I got to the chest behind the Captain's locked door it was empty. I'd suggest stocking it with some leveled gear for this kind of edge case.

 

Finally, with the exception of the guards outside the fort's gates no one, including the Captain, aggroed without me attacking first. I suspect this was because I lied to them about enjoying my stay and that raised my relationships to ally or higher. The tavern occupants did aggro once I got one of them going but I had to search out and attack nearly all the guards in the courtyard before they fought back. A couple were still in bed.

 

All in all, a very more than better consequence mod. I look forward to replaying it as you flesh it out. Next time I won't play as the deceitful conquering hero so I will see more of the content.

This happened to me too.  The usual method to fix stalled scripting is to either wait or save and load.  Waiting an hour worked to get past the error, the men started talking like it was over and whatever was supposed to happen next did so.   Because that worked I didn't try save/load, which I should have to see if the scene would have played.  

 

I'm having a weird problem where the husky, horse, and boar scenes worked fine but when the bear (and troll) get a turn, I can't start any animations with them.  I have valid and registered animations (Billyy's set).  I'm pretty sure this is a problem with my setup though, just wanted to check here to see if it was a known issue (like the gangbang not starting.)  

 

Edit:  I may have fixed it by De-Installing Creatures in FNIS and then re-running it.  I was able to do the troll scene and request time with the bear and it worked too.

@Donuts4me Will there be any bad ending punishments and/or bad endings for the questline which can occur? Also anyway Pamatronic has made a pretty strong Modder's resource which adds interactive torture and execution equipment. Which can really add another level of immersion while reducing the work you need to do yourself.

While there issome pregnancy integration with the Fertility mode birth control, is it possible to add some content toward pregnancy and how babies are handled by the bandits. Whether some get gentler or crueler, if they make a spectacle out of it, if they take away the baby to sell or raise as a bandit ?

 

Since we're going into sexual slavery, maybe it could be at least touched upon how they deal with it.

If you see one creature scene, you will see them all. I give the player a choice to COMPLETELY avoid animal action because I know not everyone is into that kind of stuff. That is why Creature Framework is listed as a soft requirement. We all have our own tastes!

 

If you didn't see any, you must have talked to Maeva and told her you would never do it. If you want to see creature action, you need to tell Eleia you'll do it when she suggests it.

I was already thinking of putting some extra weapons and armor in there for those that might need it. I've done tons of tests with a new level 1 character and I always find myself wishing I had something better than an iron weapon. Especially since I always play on Legendary difficulty.

The guards outside the walls and near the bridge are regular bandits. They will always attack you on site.

 

You cannot raise your relationship with my bandits (unless you are using other mods like SLEN to become friends with them). The only time relationships ever change in my quest are when the slaves become your friends after freeing them.

 

The bandits should all turn hostile either when you head back downstairs (avoid jumping off the tower), if you enter the front gate after jumping off the tower, or drop down into the dungeon through the secret entrance.

 

I'm not sure what you did if they did not all go hostile? If you accessed the chest and left the captain's quarters, it should have happened. I even have things set so that if you use Become Ethereal (or something that makes you survive long falls) and jump off the front of the tower into the quart yard, it will advance the quest and make them all go hostile.

Those things are not my cup of tea. Sorry...

 

The only kinds of 'bad' endings I am thinking of making involve the player betraying the slaves which will free the player and put the rebellious slaves in the dungeon cells. I figure I will make the prison area bigger in the future and add more ZaZ torture tools. But definitely no brutal torture, brandings or executions.

In my story, the bandits don't want slaves getting pregnant. What you are proposing sounds like a lot of work. Also I know nothing about mixing Fertility Mode and quests.

 

If anyone else ever wants to make a patch that does something like that, they have my permission to do so. I myself have different plans.

I think he meant that he escaped without interacting with the creature.

As a patch, it would be fine, but not as part of a mod. Anyway, ZaZ 8.0+ has quite a lot of furniture for punishments, and even a gallows.

Personally, I would avoid putting children in such content, but as a reminder of what is happening to them, it would probably be okay.

I can't say for certain that I didn't use SLEN (if I did it was almost certainly only once and early), and I did jump off the tower and go in through the secret entrance. My load order is new and long so I'm still working out the kinks.

 

It's been a long time since I did any faction work, but a tickle in the back of my head says that raising your relationship with a single NPC can sometimes cascade through faction relationships. If that's a false memory then I wouldn't take this bug report seriously.

I'm getting an infinite load/black screen bug; haven't seen posts about that yet in this thread.  Attempting to enter the Tavern cell, I get a loading screen.  Then it ends, I hear the sound of the door closing, but the screen remains black and Skyrim has crashed.  I have to terminate the process.

No idea yet what is causing the issue, but I'll figure it out eventually.

Ok, I have determined that the NPC Flint, ACHR 07391f56 causes the crash.  If I prid his reference and disable him, I can load into the tavern cell with no issues.

Whatever the issue is, it is intrinsic to his NPC base.  I suspect the hair is the issue, because it's the only 07_ formID that could be the culprit.  Let's try creating a patch that modifies the NPC_ to use a different hair.

Yeah, that fixes it.  Swapped his NPC_ record to point to the Leo hair, now I can load into the cell just fine.  Given that no one else has reported a similar problem (as far as I can tell) that likely means that the archive I downloaded was corrupted in transit, and something about the .nif, .dds, or .tri files is causing an infinite loop in the engine somewhere.

Was just going to say Simple Slavery isn't handing it over properly before I realized somehow I have 1.1.0 and not 1.1.1. OOPS. Started it the usual way anyway. 

 

I know this is a work in progress, my only  first 🤣 suggestion so far: make more use of Solstheim assets and terrain to make it look more like Morrowind. A nice ash field out there would be good. Maybe slap in Red Mountain on the horizon for extra visual goodness. Some craters. Maybe throw in a few ash hoppers (could work for other critters for Certain Scenes™ too), maybe some big mushrooms, etc. Most importantly: grab some of the sounds. That eerie Morrowind ambient sound would really add to the atmosphere. An Imperial fort is fine but it still looks and sounds too much like Skyrim.

 

EDIT: Oops, forgot to mention the rest. I had absolutely no trouble with anything not firing, excellent work there!

 

Other suggestions:

  • Some gear in that chest that is better than iron. I didn't have anything in there either. (Yes, already suggested above!)
  • Alternate way to get past the lockpicking. I use a mod called Apprentice and hadn't learned how to lockpick yet in my test. Minor thing, but would be a nice touch. Another way: a lockpicking trainer or book. Could steal gold to learn, etc. 
  • Alternate way to deal with the guards during the first combat. I use extreme combat mods along with Gyno (makes female characters worse on melee and better on certain magic) so melee is a difficult proposition even with good gear.

It's not really a work in progress anymore. I'd say it is done. I'll just be adding a few extra scenes or activities every now and then as I think of them.

 

I'm not going to use anything from Solstheim because the only link to this valley goes back to Skyrim. Not to mention other locations on the other side of the mountains like Giant's Grove or Fort Dawnguard do not use those kinds of terrains or creatures.

 

The only terrain editing I am thinking of doing is making pathways look better and maybe throwing in some dirt spots here and there outside the walls.

 

I have no idea how to make Red Mountain appear in the distance. Even if I did, I think it is way too far off north. My valley is nowhere near it.

I've already added racks and shelves with some steel weapons and armor with decent enchantments that should help those that came unprepared.

You can already pickpocket the captain instead of lockpicking. Do you not know how to do that either? I know nothing about Apprentice. Would any vanilla book work? I just put one book for lockpicking and another for pickpocketing in the captain's quarters.

You're talking when you first enter the dungeon on your own after jumping? My advice is get the attention of the guards and lead them back to the cave where the creatures are. They will take care of those guards for you!

Erm... yeah couldn't do that either. 🥴 A skill book for each from vanilla is just fine. That opens up the ability. I of course just cheated it on. 😂

That's... exactly what I did. Yes. 😂😂 No way can my character face up directly at that level. (Or most levels honestly. 😂)

I'm not going to use anything from Solstheim because the only link to this valley goes back to Skyrim. Not to mention other locations on the other side of the mountains like Giant's Grove or Fort Dawnguard do not use those kinds of terrains or creatures.

 

Yeah it's probably because of all the mods I have that populate the in-between section with Morrowind zones.

SS++ would be the culprit. There's a setting to remove all your gear (and put in in a chest near the auctioner) - so when you ticked that option, you end up w/o gear. Maybe HexBolt and Donuts4me can find a workaround.

(I never tick that option, because with a SLUTS cart in tow you have some difficulties getting your stuff back in time)

 

About Bandits not getting aggro in the end battle: I used TDF Prostitution to raise the relationship rank with some of them. They didn't fight and are still there, doing their duty inside the fort and dungeon.

 

Went back to the Fort after ~2 weeks of adventuring and got a nasty surprise at the bridge: The three Bandits had respawned and attacked me. 

Also the locks reset, which shouldn't happen on a Player Home.

 

Great mod, I loved the story. As a Level 1 character I couldn't do much else that comply and conspire, felt really helpless most of the time.

Only two scenes nedded to be nudged along with setstage, but that just happens sometimes with all those sex scenes.

My char really loves that Aeris still offers to punish her if she asks nicely.
