SexoutNG - Stable Release '97

I've been rather curious as to how the male body swapping is handled by Sexout, any idea where

the Sexout body is located, and what is being swapped? (mesh, texture, etc.)

Seems like checking the folders might help NicoleDragoness too.

there is an added body to the character files. erectupperbodymale if memory serves me correctly. Swapping bodies is like swapping clothes or even changing clothes. If I understand it correctly. It is just scripted.

This is the file that I mentioned. I hope Pride don't mind me uploading it here for diagnosis. After extracting it with 7zip drop it into the same folder that holds SexoutNG.esm. If you removed all the old Breezes you should fix any problems you have with the body.

Your issue is just the fact you are missing the body uppererect texture. If you used FOMM to extract the BSA you can then see the structure of the files used for Sexout, animated prostitution (I believe).

I don't currently have FOMM installed or any mods to be able to show you or accurately go further into the folder structure.

So this is some type of an adult Framework?  Do we still need Animated Prostitution?  I hope not because when I had AP in before, I was getting one bug, after the next, after the next, to the point I just had to get rid of it all together.  Forcing me to do a Rated R play through.

Yes. It's a framework. The other Sexout FONV mods here use it. It doesn't directly conflict with AP but running both at once is not advisable.

Ok, simple question: Where is the mod that has the one Sexout.esm in it at? I see everything else everywhere including in the Framework and all else except that one. Can't run anything until I get that mod. Any help, anyone?

I don't know what you are asking for the "one Sexout.esm" mod. There are two Fomods which have a link to the downloads page. Click on the "download" button on that page and install BOTH fomods. Inside you will have Sexout... AND the other files that you will need to run "everything else".

Just a quick question from a rather noobish mod user. Is there a way to have the camera remain in first person during sex acts? I'm asking because, with much thanks to Pino5, I was recently introduced to the "Enhanced Camera" mod ( http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55334/? ) and dearly wish to take full advantage of it. ;)

(If this question was already answered, I apologise. I searched the forum but didn't find anything on the subject.)

Wasn't sexout build on to force player to 3rd person view from script when sexact start?? if so no there is no way to be in 1st person after sexacts starts. So the scripts needs to be adjusted to be able to move from 1st person to 3rd person.

The only mod i remember that allow both 1st and 3rd person was sexus. not Sexout.

Right now that is simply not possible.

If it's really in 1st person (and not simply 'faking it' by being in a very zoomed-in 3rd person), sexout will not work, because you must be in 3rd person for pickidle to work on the player. When I am finally done switching sexout to PlayIdle, it should work, but that's a ways off.

Ninja edit: Doc may be along any second to tell me I'm remembering this wrong, again. I keep forgetting everything he told me about pickidle/playidle, cameras, etc.

I just did some tries. the problem was tfc: unchecking it, for me, on mcm didn't work. If I manually tfc by console, then I'm free to switch in 1st person and the enhanced camera works fine. only downside is then tfc will be triggered again at the end, if not in a tfc mode this often screwed my player and I needed to reload.

ok Not sure if I am posting this in the right place, but everything was working great, now my aniimations have stopped working even with new games, since I got rid of a few armor mods I just wasn't using.  I never used FOMM until today, everything worked fine through Nexus Mod manager.  I now have FOMM but I am unsure how to use the add FOMOD option and I am attempting to do this.

I am using pretty much only sexout mods, besides some body and face enhancements.  They get naked but no animations, I am trying to fix this but looks like I could use a hand.  I have all the required mods for everything to work.

1) Not Sexout mods. NVSEextender might not install properly with Nexus Mod Manager. There might be issues with scripts in mods not unpacking correctly using NMM depending on how the script has been written. (Very basic mods - Texture, Mesh, esp/esm might work fine. FMODS not so much as many could have complex scripts). I would strongly advise you to use the experimental LL version of FOMM for your Sexout mod installations.

2) How to install mods in FOMM.

  1. Open FOMM
  2. click on Package manager on the right side a new panel will open
  3. click on "Add FOMod" button. Navagate to the mod you want to use
  4. Select the mod and follow that mods prompts.
  5. Mod will show up in the main panel if it has esp or esm

ok so I made a folder for my mods that I want to use, however when I open the folder with the add Fomod option, There is nothing in the folder even though I loaded it up with the mods I wanted. I am so confused with this fomod thing right now.

everything was working fine till today when I got rid of 3 armor mods that I wasn't even using that were from the nexus site.

If you are using fomm package manager to add the mods and directing it to a folder those mods should be packaged in a form that FOMM can understand. zip, 7zip, FOMod etc. Open folders, esp/esms etc won't be seen.

checked the current version of FOMM on this site and it works when I direct it to any folder I have mods in.

That's what I thought , They are all in the form they need to be in.  I am just going to delete them all and redownload them all I guess. I don't know what else to do. I got it to work for one file but cant seem to get it to work for any others right now. I deleted the NVSE extender and redownloaded and installed it using FOMM.  But for some reason it doesn't want to find anything else.

If it worked for the extender in FOMM than it should work for everything else properly packaged. Don't know what your problem is with FOMM. Yesterday as a test for someone else (as I wasn't ready to install a full mod yet) I loaded SexoutNG, ZAZ Tryouts and each one worked just fine. All new copies freshly downloaded from here.

Well I got all animations working now, I figured out FOMM, however using FOMM to use nude body type doesn't seem to be working. Also the male body is going invisible now. and my pc female has a black crotch and butt area. I have no clue what is causing these issues.  I had a invisible body quick fix installed in NMM but I forget where I got it on Loverslab.

@Nogurnot

1) The nude body works just fine as well. It is stable and fully functional. The only time it ever has issues with the base game is when someone decides to add a nude body to the game. Sexout nude body gets overwritten and at that point is basically useless. Choose either to use your own body, or Sexout's body at least until you learn more about the files and mods and how they work. (messing around with "armor fixes" also can cause you great troubles as well).

2) At this level of your experience you really shouldn't be fooling around with NMM and FOMM. They don't like each other and step on each others toes causing problems to many individuals in the past. FOMM has most of the tools you need to manage mods. FOMM is also the only supported mod manager for Sexout.
