Does it maybe have something to do with the 'base?' How exactly are we supposed to set that up?

I use Mod Organizer, and if I set any body replacer in that it overrides anything I create with Bodyslide 2. Or am I just doing it wrong? Maybe someone who is smarter on this can give a basic step-by-step tutorial on how to do this basic task correctly? Does using ECE or RaceMenu impact this at all?

Here is what I have been doing:

1. No body replacer set in MO. Just a skin that is compatible with the base body I select in Bodyslide 2 (So something like SG or Mature Skin)

2. Create new body in Bodyslide 2, save preset, create bodies. Example, CB Advanced TBBP Outfit/Body, custom or standard preset.

3. Start new game in MO

4. New female PC is using body created in Bodyslide 2 (but typically run into ankle gap problem).

Here's how I installed mine:

1. FNIS

2. Schlongs of Skyrim

3. Dual Sheath Redux

4. CBBE 3.2.3 (Curvy, with curvy textures)

5. My Texture of choice: Mature Skin for CBBE, face/body normal maps, then texture files.

6. The TBBP animation of Dragonfly with butt bounce (Overwrite everything if asked)

7. Immersive Animations, (Checked the options I need. Did not overwrite TBBP animation files when asked)

8. XP32 1-92 (overwrite everything)

9. Made my custom body from Bodyslide using CBBE Advance TBBP

Hey guys, I've been having some texture issues since the original bodyslide. Whenever I create a body, no matter which set of CBBE textures I use I end up with misplaced nipples, gaps in the thighs, and overall badness. Any idea how I could fix this?

You're either using CBBE textures on a UNP body or UNP textures on a CBBE body. Both doesn't work. :)

Working with MO is a little tricky.

1) You have to launch BodySlide from inside MO.

2) When you "create bodies" MO will look through your installed mods and overwrite the last active existing armor.

3) If it can't find the armor in any of the active mods it will put them in the override directory.

I recommend installing any armor mesh you intend to change twice. That way MO won't replace the original.

Thanks! I actually just tried this and it seems to be working better. Only oddity is that it seems like MO is running the old Bodyslide and old Bodyslide options. I can't select the CBBE Advanced, advanced sliders, etc. Weird.

But I was able to get a body working in game without the ankle issue.

If anyone has trouble with the ankle thing, maybe I can help, but I am doing trial by error.

Hi to all

First..sorry for my english language. :s

I wish convert some stockings nif files, but unfortunately I didn't have necessary
knowledge for outfit studio (anyway thank you very much to Caliente stuff)
I'm not able  do it by myself, maybe I'm stupid. When I use  brush to adjust
the mesh on one of the legs, this also deforms the next leg and deforms the line of the legs
Maybe it takes a touch of hand that I did not.
Someone experienced would be kind enough to give me a help?

I think  ideal for not 3D genius like me , would be an automatic mesh overlay to be introduced in the next versions of outfits studio (perhaps,I think this maybe too much to ask)
Thanks to all, very nice blog.

This is a daft question I'm sure and probably already asked, but what's the point in having a 'Bombshell High > Natural Low' slider set? I'm sure I'm not getting my head straight here, but don't we use the 7b (bombshell default?) high>low and low>high sliders specifically to get a nif 1 and 0 that conform to a single overall shape but at the gamut of weights?

I want to stick with the natural body and do a bunch of piercing conversions for it but I just can't figure out how to go about it. I'm feeling very slow witted lol.

edit: okay my slow wits might be quickening, I can smell burning. I can convert a high bombshell referenced body to a low natural and export that as my 0 nif, likewise bombshell high to natural high for the  1 nif....I think.

edit edit: Or I could just do this since trying it the conversion slider way ends causing all sorts of shenanigans:

Not sure if it will help anyone or not but in reference to converting from say bombshell to cleavage you could just use the outfit studio to convert to bombshell first then after its tweaked to that load your cleavage body as reference and use the brushes to manually fix the remaining clipping issues. this is how i have been converting outfits for the tbbp version of sevenbase.

I have a bug report for bodyslide. Keep in mind I did not change the slider preset once during the following.

When I click batch build then go in game and wear wench outfit hands, head, feet are all misaligned.

So I exit game.

I build wench outfit again and only wench outfit and didn't change Anything!

Enter game all is fixed no misalignment.

So I exit game and build all outfits one by one thinking it's a problem with batch build.

Enter game and wench outfit is misaligned again.

So I exit game and build only wench outfit again.

Enter game and wench outfit is fixed.

So I exit game and build only few outfits, some are custom and even have different amount of sliders than wench outfit and I build wench outfit last.

Enter game and wench outfit is fixed.

So I exit game and build wench outfit first, then some other random outfits.

Enter game and wench outfit is misaligned.

This is inconvenient! I want to build more than one outfit not just the last one.

Yes, the method you described above is correct. The shenanigans are fixed for the next version already, see Nexus to-do sticky list. :)

What operating system are you on? Are you using Mod Organizer?

So, I can pull up my outfit in the main bodyslide window. Now what do I do to make it compatible with the body I created in bodyslide and see it in game?

You will have to use the Outfit Studio part of the program for that. Can't just load up an outfit and expect it work just like that. ;)

Take a look at the tutorials @Nexus. You will have to make a BodySlide conversion first, and when done, apply your preset in the BodySlide part of the program.

Windows 7, and no. I also started bodyslide in admin mode each time.

Gonna add it to our bug-list for further investigation when Cali's 100% back from her christmas modding break. :)

I've edited the shape of the armor (I did a bra) so that it fits around the CBBE Advanced body and saved it as a new outfit. I can open it in bodyslide now. Do I just edit the sliders on it so that it matches the current body I'm using? How do I make it usable in the game?

Yes, if you correctly conformed all sliders in Outfit Studio before saving, you can now use BodySlide to adjust the sliders to your liking and then click "Create Bodies". :) If you want to use your previously created preset.xml's, you will have to create a new group.xml file in "BodySlide/SliderGroups" that adds your conversion to the "CBAdvanced" and "CB++" group.

any chance for a chsbhc v3-t body preset? or something close?

What do you mean with a CHSBHC preset? A CBBE body that looks like CHSBHC? Conversion references for Outfit Studio? The references will be in the next version.

EDIT: Not for v3-t, though.

This tool really is awesome. I just managed to convert a Dream Girl nif to 7B Bombshell shape. The only problem is the nipples are now GIGANTIC! I'm guessing I'd need to go to Blender to solve that, but it goes to show what fun stuff you can get up to with this.

Hey cell, been using Outfit Studio and was wondering if you had any info on the following bugs, or if I'm just doing something wrong:

Sometimes after finishing adjusting meshes using pencil it asks me to save my changes and if I click yes it changes the base shape of the mesh to that of the slider one but the reference body reverts back.

Also, I can load up a previous slider set I made just fine but I cannot use 'Save' but instead must go through 'Save as' again. Is there anyway so that i can just edit previous made slider sets and hit save?

Haha thanks for the link, good to see what changes are being made, thanks for quick response also!

Just another quick question ans sorry if it was answered somewhere before (tried a google search couldn't find any info)

Is there any HDT support for armors made using bodyslide? I tried attaching HDT to an armor i made in bodyslide and all it ends up doing is crashing the game...

for anyone interested here's some unpb tbbp things made with the outfitstudio:

1. UNPB TBBP body with heavy butt weighting. I use hdt physics to get butt jiggle. link

2. 'pulled down' barkeep & wench clothes

screen1  screen2

barkeep textures: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47376/?

3. sleek steel

original needed: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24065/?

4. ChaPi clothing

needs original for textures, google 'chapi clothing'. 80% of outfits converted, some altered

also, attached is the skeleton with breast bone offsets I used in calientetools\bodyslide\res to counter the crushed breasts. credit to previous poster for first making this fix.

I was thinking of finally installing this new BodySlide. Should i just completely remove the old BodySlide folders or is it needed?

btw has anyone converted HDT skirts or NorthGirl armor for CBBE?
