shah138 Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 That file seems to help out with the crushing issue, but the breasts still seem a bit smaller than they should be. I'm having a tough time figuring out how to make this sevenbase armor into CBBE http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/45533/? It would be fine normally except there is a blank area near the hips so it doesn't look good.
Lost Resolution Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Hi I know this going to sound like noob question is a armor figure or shape match to a body figure or shape manually or is there way to do it automatically on with the studio or any other program. For example matching the alyn shir which use cbbe regular body figure to Megalov body figure.

For example matching the alyn shir which use cbbe regular body figure to Megalov body figure. If the MegaLov body 'set' is in the drop down, it's just select and build. But remember, that's only building an approximation (ie. stretching CBBE to conform to look like MegaLov). If you want it to actually use the MegaLov body, you have to convert the outfit from CBBE to MegaLov in Outfit Studio. And that's a bit more work and we're still learning the quirks on how to do that. (And there is no conversion setup for MegaLov.) The developers of it have mentioned that CHSBC will be added shortly, which adds a lot of outfits to convert from one of the more popular sites. I'm going to have to make a super-compilation ESP with all the damn outfits. It will be glorious.
h38fh2mf Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 How to fix armor wrong position. When I load simply top UNP clothing in outfit studio it's in the wrong place. So I use the shape offset and it suggested some values there I used those and position is perfect. But when I save and build in game the offset is not changed. It's still in the wrong position. Also how to fix this:

Also how to fix this: don't use offset, use "move vertices". The offset "pretend" to move the mesh, but it' still in that position. For the texture thing... i don't know, but it doesn't look like something that you can mess up in Outfit Studio. (BTW, when you have to attach a snapshot, load it on the form, so it will have a thumbnail and it won't fuss with people with slow connection)
h38fh2mf Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Ok thanks. But the black spots problem is very bad, I can't have clothes like this. I converted the prisoner clothes again and now it's even worse almost fully covered in the black spots.

So nothing that Outfit Studio let you tweak around. Are you using some kind of mod that enhance Skyrim graphics? Does this problem happens to every armor? Only on some specific armor?
marmotte Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Hi, I'm starting conversions and all work fine. I ve got just a small problem when i edit scale of certain outfit ( i edit scale because some outfit have a really different scale than my body choice) . In outfit studio my conversion is good but in game the outfit is above the body. i think i just miss a special step before exporting. here is the pic in the game (this is the fancy dress unp converted for cbbe slim. Thank you for answer

Ah, the prisoner clothes. They also show black spots for me if I convert them. When I change the textures, the black spots remain. When I move my character (so that light comes from a different direction), they disappear or appear on a different spot. Maybe they are caused by messed up normals. It's only the prisoner clothes showing this behaviour so far. And no fancy graphic mod installed on my system.

Deathus Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 sorry guys i know its, probably somewhere in the forum but. im using MO and had to install "body slide" outside of it to work. my question is. is there a way to use Bodyslide outfit studio using MO and still get the textures, its hard to get anything done properly if all is gray . (sry for my bad english but its not my native(and im drunk)) Sure you can, you only need to add the bodyslide executable as described here. Outfit Studio is currently not fully compatible with MO, as MO does not hook or properly hook into OS. your options for a workaround are: 1. A combined mod inside MO. 2. Use OS outside MO and refrence your textures, etc in the *\ModOrganizer\mods\ directory.
h38fh2mf Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 I use ENB but this only happens on some clothes and only if I convert. Otherwise there are no black spots, prisoner clothes has the most so far.

I have installed outfit studio outside of the skyrim directory and outside the MO directory, and just added the bodyslide executable to MO. This way outfit studio seems to be fully compatible with MO. It can find all presets (which OS didn't find as long as it was installed inside skyrims directory) and it also finds all the textures.

Bodyslide is fully compatible with MO because its exe is launched directely from inside MO (MO can "hook" into it), OS isn't becuase it's a different process thread not launched by MO. you can use bodyslide normally without any trouble, it's OS that needs the workaround.
hryh23k9823u Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 I just installed the mod (bodyslide 2 with outfit studio) directly though MO, added bodyslide.exe as executable, and both (bo2 and os) works fine for me ;o

Unfortunately you can only remove the black spots with nifskope at the moment. Outfit studio has the option to recalculate the normals (in the main menu under "Edit"), but this only causes the black spots to appear at different places. May be a bug of outfit studio and may be fixed by a future release.
h38fh2mf Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Alright thanks, guess I'll have to learn how to use another program.
absoltekk Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Managed to make it work with custom body mods quite nicely. Converted the elven light armor by whiterabbit0 to CHSBHC V-3T. It's not exactly perfect but it shows just how useful outfit studio is! Download link
Deathus Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 I just installed the mod (bodyslide 2 with outfit studio) directly though MO, added bodyslide.exe as executable, and both (bo2 and os) works fine for me ;o Copy of a post I made on nexus: When using the outfit studio (bodyslide works fine) with MO, the outfit studio will only see the first applied mod for a given file. ex: Looking at slider presets only (*\CalienteTools\BodySlide\SliderPresets\). lets say there are 3 mods active, the 1st is BS & OS (preset A), the 2nd is preset B, and the 3rd is preset C. If the mod order is: preset A preset B preset C OS only sees preset A in the SliderPresets folder. If the mod order is: preset C preset A preset B OS only sees preset C in the SliderPresets folder. If you have mods that layer additions to folders OS will only see the first mod. This issue also applies to slider groups, slider sets, meshes, textures, etc.
Guest Jenova23 Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Is it possible to intensify the breast or butt weights in bodyslide 2 for that of a single mesh in order to increase jigglyness? It seems you can but I don't know how to set the weight evenly for both cheeks or breasts.
