magnusx Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 As for Estrus Chaurus, I've been having trouble getting it to work, but it has nothing to do with SD+ For whatever reason, although the Chaurus will spit at me, and then stop attacking, the tentacle animations never start. This was true even when I didn't have SD+ running. It started after I updated my SexLab Framework and FNIS to the newest versions. In the latest EC, the tentacle attack doesn't happen all the time. It is a random chance. They can also happen with biting from the critters. I had to try several times before getting it to work last time I tried (a week or two ago). For the teleport during a killmove, I think i know where this is happening. I will check out the code. I believe SD checks if the aggressor is in a killmove in order to know you are dying. I think it doesn't always makes a distinction about which end of the killmove you are in (giving or receiving). Alright so I have a problem where if I get punished the action either happens, or does not, but either way I am frozen in place and cannot move no matter what. I've waited, and I've even tried the stopquest command but nothing happens so I am left stuck there until I reload. Are you using 1.08a? On the subject of death-moves... I've noticed that when an enemy does a death move on ME and it's strong enough to drop me straight past weakened and directly to dead, when I load into Sanguine's Realm I CTD. As I'm loading into Sanguine's realm, my body contorts as if I'm still in the throes of the death move before the crash. Looks like I have more work to do about killmoves then. I was thinking in install a mod that disables killmoves from npcs, u think that it makes a mess with sanguine?
doncabezahueca Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 ok I am having an issue with the book for the flowering spriggan quest. I got to the book and read it and I get the quest that says travel to spriggan grove in [...] to complete the life cycle It's not pointing to any where. I did some research and found something similar to my current issue but I don't know which option will tell the book where it needs to point to next. Thank you Start Creation Kit. From the top menu select File -> Data In the Data window under "Plugin/Master Files" select "sanguinesDebauchery.esp" and then click "Set as Active File" Click "OK". If you haven't selected an active file then you'll get a warning and asking you if you want to continue. If you get this, click "No" ( you do not want to continue ) and select "sanguinesDebauchery.esp" and then click "Set as Active File" You'll get a lot of warnings. Select "Yes to all" to disable the warning spam. In the CK Object Window type in "_SD_of_s" in Filter above the Context Menu and then select "*All" all the way at the bottom. Right-click on "_SD_of_spriggans" and select "Use Info" to open up the Use Report window. There should be 1 entry under "Used in these Cells:" Double-click on that entry to open/update the Cell View & Render Window. Rather than trying to manipulate the render window and risking a dirty cell edit ( e.g. moving a static object like a table so that it floats above the floor ), in the Cell View Window right-click on "_SD_of_spriggans" and then select "Edit". In the Reference window, unckeck "Initially Disabled" and select "OK" From the menu select File -> Save
boppo Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 You are supposed to be stripped naked right? My character is not being stripped naked. I'm allowed to keep my clothes. When a sex scene is triggered my character is stripped but at the end the clothes are returned. Is there a setting I'm missing?

That let me keep my Dark Brotherhood armor. A small suggestion by the way: Currently, in order for the player to get demerits, they need to be stupid. By which I mean they need to actively insult their owner. It would seem more natural if the owner occasionally initiated dialogue with them, and during THAT dialogue they were given the option of passive/aggressive responses. This might even make scripting easier, since the animations prefaced by dialogue have always seemed to work better than the other ones. This could be implemented now by just opening the dialogue to the same options that occur after the PC selects "Master?" from the possibilities. Tabbing out of the dialogue is cheating . And a question: Is it a feature or a bug that I have to wait at least an in-game hour before I can select the "Master?" dialogue option again once I have already used it?

Verstort Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Odd behavior in 1.08a Happens on a new character and on old main both. New character -> install -> begin -> uninstall, as uninstall progresses character is teleported to sanguine's dream world, clothing is exchanged then I get the expiring scripts message in top left corner. Can't wait in the dream realm, so I explored around: sanguine wouldn't talk to me, redguard slave is moving around but still on her table, the shackled slave is free and the shackles are open, clicking on them stops the character from moving for a few seconds, no animation, then returns control to character. Using the chain teleports me out, but leaves me with the camera filter used in the dream cell, doesn't disappear after waiting 2 hours. TIM changes nothing. Sounds like the game is killing me, triggering it's own kill detection script, and getting the player stuck in the dream world mid-uninstall. You said you've been fixing killmoves so this was likely fixed, but I was raiding a dungeon with a follower, follower used a killmove on an enemy, and it teleported me to the dream world. I was stealthed but near the enemy, but was not the target of the killmove. I don't remember, but in the event it doesn't currently work, it would be cool if your followers could follow you to the dream cell. It would be even cooler if one of the generic slaves were replaced with the follower, such that the follower was already in the cage or the shackles or something when you walk in, or just add a extra bondage item in the corner that is reserved for the follower?

Vith Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I can't believe I'm still not able to get coveted to work, lol. And they won't say a thing when I'm REALLY naked at all now.I updated, and made a new game, enabled SD, enabled coveted. Enslavement, escaping and sleeping. Sanguine wasn't interessted, and neither was Embry of Riverwood. (He's drunk and set to any crime). I spend 30 minutes in front of him, clothed - no comment. I spend another 30 minutes naked in front of him - no comment.Disabled Conveted, enabled it again, and repeat.Naww, I liked that feature, I dunno. My guess would be, that my PC somehow does not want to enable that particular part of the scripts. It can't be the patch itself, since everyone else has it working. And I deinstalled skyrim, reinstalled and put no mod in, that alters the behaviour of the npc's (I only got few mods not, mostly playerhouses and clothing. But I had all of them since the beginning, and they worked fine with sd+ before.)Last things I want to try - is there a way to see if coveted is running? Also, is there a way to enable coveted via console, instead of mcm menu? And last: can I just try to manually push sanguines blessing via "Set _sd_sanguine_blessing to 100"? (or the given maximum) - incase I just pick the wrong npc's.I know that I can just let my toon get killed a lot, but this tends to enable the "Sanguine teleports you back to.. sanguines realm!" bug. Hrm. Maybe this is what caused that somehow. I might test that when I'm doing another fresh install of skyrim. (I allready had that bug with my newest installation) Otherwise:Sanguines Realm works as intendet (exept the teleport bug) - I get teleported to it when I die, and after my first escape."Please?" option works quite well for me! (Altough I just had sex, no punishments yet. Is this related to how good you are with your master?)Whipping scenes also a-ok!

Uninstall procedure from MCM is incomplete at the moment. In the old SD, uninstalling could kill you instantly. A side effect of the dreamworld is that you get teleported while the scripts keep unistalling. The NPCs and Sanguine are not talking at the moment because of quest conditions. I fixed that but I would expect them to not work since their quest should be shutting down as part of the uninstall process. I have to fix the rest of the procedure and find a clever way to send you back in that scenario. Sounds like the game is killing me, triggering it's own kill detection script, and getting the player stuck in the dream world mid-uninstall. In the latest version, I sent Coveted to start quest on game start, so it should be enabled by default and trigger only if the conditions are right. I have to double check what really happens when you check 'Coveted' now, but one of the main conditions is that the Sanguine Artifact option should be enabled as well. Is that checked for you?
Vith Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Yes, Sanguines Artifact is checked.I've noticed that coveted was enabled upon start opening the mcm for the first time on that char. (That confused me, lol, and I disabled it, then enabled it again - to be sure. )
webb71 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Great fucking job so far. Really reinvigorated SD. Just a quick question, is it possible to simplify the process of choosing custom slave clothing? Maybe some sort of mcm option?
Storms of Superior Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 So my hired thug owner started glitching when we passed Helgen. I think I may have done the sex thing too many times. Now he is stuck in Riverwood. He won't move away from the dappled horse that I tried to steal. It looks like the sex scenes that timed out are actually lagging behind and are catching up slowly now.
Riley Serrano Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Well like I said, I'd love to enjoy this mod, but unfortunately all that happens right now is I become enslaved, and everything works properly for a little while. But then I do something to get punished, and the scene doesn't play, or it does but regardless, after it's over my character is stuck in place, unable to move. The Owner continues to walk around and talk as normal, but my character is stuck, unable to move or interact with anything. =\ I wish there was some way to fix it, but this happens every time no matter what I do.
Fenderstat Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 bug report. Payback's a bitch. Thugs were there, inventory stolen form me was not. Any suggestions. On a positive note regular enslavement is works great with punishments and is the smoothest I've seen it. Do the gags and beads kick in? If so what hatred level?
xboronx Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I hope not SD has been originally quite unstable for me... which is what motivated me to learn CK editor and Papyrus. Overall when i tried original SD a couple of months ago with SL 1.15 it was not too unstable and i loved it. You are taking it to a whole new level, like with some games were a planned expansion becomes a standalone expansion then which is even much better (Age of Wonders 2 vs. Age of Wonders 2 Shadow Magic would be such an example in my memories, both where great but AOW2 SM was almost an AOW3). Today i messed up with my mods, so no bugs to report because they likely origin from my own mistakes with wrong mods... . But at least during todays play i got an idea for a lorefriendly small quest for the merchant master personality: There is the spell transmute which can only be found in two locations http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Transmute#Transmute . Transforming iron into gold should be every greedy merchant's wet dream, so if you are enslaved by a merchant once you gained his trust he would ask you as quest to regain your freedom to find this spell for him. As easteregg Sanguine could mock you a bit then next time you enter his dreamworld and order you to steal the spell from your merchant master because he should be a bit offended that the merchant master just used you for getting endless riches instead of properly abusing you in a sanguine pleasing way. While sanguine is associated with greed, i think that only greed for pleasures is meant and not greed for riches in an uncle scrooge way.
vandana.ghost Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I've been having trouble with vampires. They attack me with that ranged blood-drain attack they have and it doesn't matter how many times I hit the surrender key, they never start the Enslaved quest. They just drain / attack me until I die. At first I thought this was a problem with mixed NPC / Creature fights, where the vampire or necromancer would get confused as their draugr / skeleton lackeys would get the "overcome by lust" thing while they were trying to enslave me, but I fought just a single "blooded vampire" and she also straight-up refused to enslave me. In general I have no trouble with bandits and the like, but necromancers / vampires / undead really don't like taking slaves I guess...

I added a safety range for magic attacks. They will enslave you only if your attacker is next to you.

Guest Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 After playing a little bit today I got to thinking theres nothing really to motivate you to want to give into your master and do what they want. My idea is a sort of personality type mod that would alter your perspective from resistant to giving in, for example lets say your player resists completely, after a while dependent on whether your master is good or evil they would either force themselves on you constantly or (if devious devices are supported or added) they would put edging plugs or something similar in and lock the belt and after awhile you would beg to be released, and then dependent on your master type good or evil they would either take it off and leave it at that or use a different set of plugs that would force you to orgasm for a while until a stat such as mental resistance would hit zero which would in asort break your mind being almost a bad end (ergo not wanting to leave your master), of course the personality addon could go even further by adding a different nature to the player such as being prude and dominant to being submissive and being a nympho and everywhere in between sorry for rambling and its just an idea (maybe for SD2 as a addon). I suggested something similar a few pages back. My proposed mechanic is something like this. "Willpower" = Magicka - days_enslaved - 2*sex_since_enslaved - 5* zaz_punishments_since_enslaved I think Magicka is a good, easy to use, lore friendly gauge of a character's force of will. Obviously the scalars attached to those variables can be adjusted, and other factors can be considered as well. There are then two possible mechanics: 1.) Gradual mechanic. Whenever a dialogue with Owner occurs, Willpower functions as a percentage chance that the non-passive option will be available, including the ability to select anything other than "I want to continue serving you" when the Owner gives you the option to join. Once it reaches 0 you're obviously doomed. At that point you need some other mechanic, such as the ability for NPCs to rescue the PC or the ability for owners to sell off their slaves in order for the story to progress anywhere. That is, assuming you have exhausted all other means of escape such as picking up nearby weapons by the time you've gotten to this point. In the absence of a new mechanic, Sanguine could just rescue the PC at this point. That is presumably why he's doing this at all, after all- to make the Dragonborn his toy, by breaking their will over and over. 2.) "Sudden" mechanic. After certain events, such receiving a punishment or maybe just sex with owner, there's a Willpower% chance that you get a "broken" state lasting a certain number of game days. (Probably randomly chosen, falling in a certain range). During this time, the PC is completely passive, always dances upon request, and generally of good behavior. Maybe it can be implemented that escape is impossible during this time. You could also do the following things to make it more interesting: 1. Owners don't like to sell obedient slaves. This obviously doesn't mesh well with the current mechanic, where owners ONLY release obedient slaves. To me, it makes sense that a slave who is more trouble than they're worth is worth less than a slave who does what they're told. So, a slave with high demerits needs to bring their master less gold to earn their freedom, or particularly disobedient slaves might just be bound and left for dead in the forest somewhere. That way, the character has to be very careful- if they're too obedient, their owner will value them too much to get rid of them. If they're too disobedient, they'll end up being punished so often that they're broken. 1.a. People are more likely to assault, merchants charge higher prices to, or thugs/bandits are more likely to attack, people with a reputation for submitting. That way the character still has to be strategic- too submissive and their reputation is ruined, too aggressive and they'll be broken (and as a result their reputation will be ruined). 2. Owners tattoo slaves when they're "broken". IMO it makes the tattoos/racemenu changes more meaningful. They symbolize a more meaningful defeat than defeat in combat. This works really well with the new Slavetat mod that was just released. Can be combined with 1a above, so that the presence of tattoos substantially drops reputation. Lowlifes are more likely to assault a character with "public property" tattooed on their belly, and merchants don't want you in their store in the first place. 3. Being broken has permanent consequences. Possibilities include: i. willpower decreasing more rapidly in the future, ii. some stat being permanently debuffed, iii. more easily enslaved in the future (implemented by higher health threshold for weakened state)... really there's a lot of stuff you could do. 1/1.a above serve the purpose of making the enslaved state still a game in some meaningful sense. You're not just RPing, you're trying to find a strategy to buy yourself enough time to escape. Without a mechanic like this, it always makes sense to be passive, because it doesn't decrease your willpower as quickly as being aggressive does. So mechanic 1 makes the enslavement itself a game. In 1.a being passive is still the best choice to prevent being broken, but you have to balance that concern with other lasting concerns that submission will cause. Although honestly, the desire not to give a blowjob to the person who's chained you up and stolen your stuff is a damn good RP reason to not want to choose the passive option, so I think the willpower mechanic is still really workable without it. 2. Is just flavor. I still think it's a cool idea. 3. Works to give a non-RP reason to want to avoid being broken, just like 1/1.a give non-RP reasons to avoid submission. Mechanic would still be quite workable without it. However I think it makes sense that SD, as a death replacement mod, at some point gives you a mechanical penalty for dying a lot. And it allows for a real, non-reloadable game over. Get broken often enough, and the accumulating penalties make the game unplayable- the Dragonborn just isn't suited for a life outside slavery anymore. It happens gradually enough that it's hard to notice, but eventually the player needs to concede defeat and try again. If you aren't into the idea of breaking the game, you can implement an "out" for the Dragonborn- they can have their will restored, but at the cost of performing some dreadful quest for Sanguine/another Daedra. Kill 10 innocent people in Whiterun, annihilate all priests of Akatosh at a certain location, or maybe even give Sanguine one of your followers as a slave in order to buy your soul back. At this point I'm just rambling so I'll stop. But basically, I really like the general idea of this mechanic. It is my kind of thing, and eventually my desire for it is going to overcome my desire to succeed in other areas in my life and I'll just spend a lot of time implementing it in some way. Although note that you can do a lot of the above in SD+ right now, you just have to RP it. If you like the mechanical aspect, track your stats with pen and paper, or with a mod that gives you an in-game diary.
AwfulArchdemon Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 skyrimll: Whuzuuuup! I'll be able to actually test this bad-boy out tomorrow (at least I'd f***ing better get to). I'm home for a day, and I saw a new version, so I'll be on that 1st thing in the morning . Glad to see you're still kickin' ass.
DeepBlueFrog Posted January 15, 2014 Author Posted January 15, 2014 Version 1.09 is out. The big item in this version is that I finally figured out what was wrong with the random selection of destinations. I am introducing the feature gradually, so read the note below to know what to expect --- - Small atmospheric changes to dreamworld - Changed visual effect of dreamworld collar - Added gender restrictions and devious devices checks to sex scenes with Sanguine - Added gender restrictions and devious devices checks to sex scenes with Sanguine - Added 'sorry' effect to 'Please' dialogue :: Using this option will grat you temporary 'passive' option if you are deep in the red and want to change your way back - Fixed: Random selection of destinations from sanguine world :: Sanguine will send you back where you come from for awhile, then will send you back to a safe place, then a random place :: After 10 trips, Sanguine will be bored with that game and ask you where you want to go - Fixed: potential cause of log spam and crash in dreamworld - Fixed: added dialogues to Sanguine if PC gets to Dreamworld before being enslaved and released a first time
Zydar Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Wow a new update! That aside, would I need to turn on limited removal if I were to use Devious Device?
DeepBlueFrog Posted January 15, 2014 Author Posted January 15, 2014 Wow a new update! That aside, would I need to turn on limited removal if I were to use Devious Device? Nope... it's a separate check for devices only. Wait before updating,,, I forgot something.. I need to reupload it.
