It gives a reasonable justification for the PC power and invincibility. But there is a dark twist. Is not a blessing. It's a curse! But still can be streamlined a lot. Like Sanguine sending you back to the same place where you die (maybe you can ask him for this... ). Or a Sanguine Realm... FAST TRACK system. If this is to become a functional Death mod, maybe you don't want to spent always a lot of time in the Realm (think of a difficult dungeon where you die a lot of time). Maybe if he sees you too often... Sanguine is bored and send you back as soon as you die.

The best I can think of would be yet another magic effect that would kick in at certain distances and modify your screen to give you a sense of urgency, like a throbbing or changing colors. Or maybe a way to change the color of your collar for something less intrusive. The legend of Spyro gave me an idea. You could use some sort of magic "path" effect similar to the Clairvoyance spell that points between you and your owner the same way the spell points to the path of your current goal. I'm not sure if it would be possible, but the way I picture it would be that till a certain distance from him, there's no effect. When you get far enough, you start seeing a faint effect, that gets more visible the further you are. It could even change colors, from bluish white under the proper distance, to red when you're about to reach the "escape distance". In any case, I don't think that triggering a "Clairvoyance spell" between slave and owner should be too difficult. [EDIT] Lol I just realized that I'm quoting a post made a month ago. I hate when I click on the "last page" link in the thread list and it throws me to a random page. In any case, there is it, lol.
vandana.ghost Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 As an addendum to my addendum, I forgot to mention in my initial bug report: When I'd get "caught by my master" trying to free myself, I'd get a "whipping start" debug line, and I'd be kneeling helpless as if a scene was starting, but no scene would ever start. I would have to force-quit the scene to continue playing. I forgot to mention it because it wasn't a game-stopper like the bloom effect and unremovable sanguine shackles (although apparently you can remove them by getting re-enslaved... should have thought of that myself...)

Well, once you're enslaved and managed to free yourself, you can then go to Sanguine's Realm Try to raise the health threshold for the surrender to ~20/25% don't forget to set yourself as essential in the MCM menu and to turn off any other death proof options in other mods like Submit. Also, try pushing "k" while in combat before starting it if you want to try being enslaved, normally your PC should surrender by itself. I've had problems tho, with other bandits still attacking me after being enslaved, best way to get a somewhat stable experience right now would be to kill every bandit and to let the last one get you

Earlier it was spazzing out with graphical artifacts.... but now everything has a stark blue gleam. As if the normal maps have silver snow glistening across it. Perhaps adding lash tattoes onto the char, as opposed to decals would be both technically sparing and aestheticaly more attractive? Thanks

If the PC escape,then he can catch by everyone and sell back to the old Master. A new Master can overwrite the Tatoo.
DeepBlueFrog Posted January 13, 2014 Author Posted January 13, 2014 Version 1.08 is out, hopefully with fixes to issues introduced last night: - Removed dragons from lust attacks - Added distance requirement for enslavement for spell and direct hits :: Master needs to be close enough for enslavement (twice further for arrows) - Changed visual effect for dreamworld collar - Removed bindings after teleporting back from Dreamworld (and kept collar and gag for visual effect - both are just cosmetic and removable). - Added chance of either sex or punishment to the new 'Please?' dialogue - More tweaks to punishment scenes - Made sex and punishment scenes independant of slavery quest - Added devices detection to sex scenes (Coveted and punishments/sex)

There's obviously a huge amount which could be done (that tattoo idea is great), but the more that is added to the mod, the more technically difficult it becomes to manage, and the more likely it is that one of the additions won't be to someone's liking. Once the mod is stabilized, maybe we could compile a list of all internal variables/dialogues used, create some "template" quests (owner sells PC to NPC ___, owner demands PC find ___ or kill ____, owner demands ____ amount of gold, former owner places bounty of ____ on PC, making NPCs of ____ type __% likely to attack), and get a small "SD plugin how-to" guide. The plugins could be posted here, and Skyrimll could modify the MCM menu to include toggle options for the ones he thinks are good enough.That way we can all customize the game to incorporate our own particular fantasies and lessen skyrimll's workload, while still giving him control over major updates and the general direction of the project. Sort of a slavery framework.

Regarding updates - since many people reported issues with the uninstall option from MCM, my recommendation for updating the files is to make sure you are not enslaved or wearing the spriggan host and just copy the files over. If that creates issues, go back to your save before the upgrade and try the uninstallation option in MCM (also making sure you are not enslaved in any way). Either way, given the current state of the scripts, I am still not recommending SD+ for any serious, 100+ hours save games... or you may be sorry later. Keep it for casual gameplay on test games or new characters.

I thought I would spend more time today working on problems with the mod instead of answering forum comments Now that this update is out, back to some comments: Hi there are some problem of V1.07 in my game. 1. i cant update the Coveted option in MCM. After i click on it and close MCM, it shows SD has some update. But then i open mcm again it still not be selected. Not sure what is happening here. I can select Coveted here even after Sanguine has been installed and started. 2. I have dangerous night, sometimes i am enslaved, after sleep game just ctd. There isn't much I can do with that sort of conflict. Until mods like Dangerous Nights add ways to turn them on or off when other mods need it, or some other way to detect conflicts, that kind of issue will remain. Right now the only solution would be to remove the sleep event in case someone is using Dangerous Night... not very practical. 3. In V1.07, i got a message shows on left top "[sdqs_snp] Update-Starting scene:5". I think it means the whip scene will start, but no animation there. I remember it worked well in 1.06 version. I spent more time on the whipping and punishment scenes. I am hopeful they are more stable now but I am still looking for feedback. They are working well in my tests. 4. Sometimes after i chose angry option and talk to master again, i can see new dialogue "please" But nothing happen after chose this option. 'Please' was a placeholder. I added some action to it now so that it wouldn't be confusing. 5. About the punishment, i only got Whipping ,having sex and being equip an anus plug. What about gag and blinder? are they viable in this version? Gags and blinders were causing issues with the scene. I disabled them for now. They will return later after I get a chance to rewrite a better way to add these punishments. 6. In V1.06 i saw a message like "skip scene:7" I guess thats dance animation. But no animation start on my PC. What's the problem? I havent test it in version1.07. I added missing animation files in 1.06 I think. Make sure you run FNIS for users ( Danguine Debauchery needs to be listed as one of the mods with behavior files updated in order for dances to work). 7. I enter sam's dreamword with gag from Alternate Start - Live a Deviant Life. It didnt be removed automaticly. It should be removed in 1.08. 8. If i escape with full restrant items, and start next enslavement, new master just remove them and dont use new things one me. Then i can stand near master and ever attack on master. I thought that issue with re-enslavement was fixed. I will have to check that again. 9. I didnt get any items after sent back from sam's world. That should work better in 1.08 sorry for poor english

Everything looks blue, but I think that's intended? :] Joking aside... after the frustrations of dealing with Papyrus and CK editor, running away from bandits and wolves, with arm binders and a chastity belt feels like a refreshing walk in the park.

Some are too bright, some too dark, or blurred. I wanted to use Peyrite's dream visuals, but it was too confusing inside Sanguine's world. I chose something visually different and still quiet for people with low end video cards. The point was to let you walk away with the collar if you wanted to have that bloody effect on your character when you want Eventually, maybe NPCs will react to you when you appear covered in blood in from of them.

I suspect it has to do with the NPC still wearing active chains or devious devices, which interfere with the animation. I will have to come up with a sure way to unequip what the PC is wearing temporarily and put it back afterwards. The original SD had such a clean up, but it broke down when I added detection of Devious Devices and permanent shackles to slow you down. If you find yourself stuck without any command at the end of a punishment, wait a little bit and type this in the console: stopquest _sd_snp This will abort the scene that is getting you stuck.
