CliftonJD Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 I am having this issue where the Owner that used to be an enemy before they kicked my ass and were supposed to enslave me sheathes their weapon when I black out from the horrific ass beating and then starts attacking me again when I wake up a few seconds later. It seems like their aggression is still up, and so the AI still thinks my character is an enemy that needs to be attacked. If I start running from my Owner, then the script seems to kick in, and I get stripped down and bound. Is there any way to fix this? Maybe a setting to make the bleed out or blackout last longer? Maybe make the Owner have the Calm spell effect to remove their aggression so that they don't kill their new slave?  A second issue that I am having is that I cannot install any quest mods because they all seem to break SD+. This is a source of some disappointment, as I had hoped to play some of them alongside SD+. My guess is that the quest mods add new factions that SD+ doesn't recognize, which somehow causes the enslavement script to completely break. Any thoughts on this? I have tried Moon and Star, Moonpath to Elswyr, Quest: Into the Depths, and several others. seconds in realtime of blackout duration is adjustable thru death alt. as for other mods breaking sd, sounds like a weak rig or adjust graphics and close other programs to free momory and try loot for load order issues
Visdagon Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 There were 2 times that I killed the master and got the key from them. I was not able to remove all the gear I had locked on me (arms were free, thus i killed them). I think I also had whichever setting set to destroy keys on use, so I'm guessing I would have to turn that off to use the 1 key i get from them to remove 5 objects? I have not ran these mods separately so I don't know if scripts from one would overwrite such a setting. Can I make it so that the 1 key will remove all the stuff, or are there scripts in place that prevent their removal unless the Master removes them? I'd like a 'kill the master' option if there isn't one.

Restrict your movement else you can just pickpocket the key in a few seconds and escape.   Getting the owner to like you takes many, many hours... and he doesn't always remove the harness.... the harness and armbinder's have been a bane of my playing SD+ now.  I had to either console and remove them, (one does get tired of only being able to give blow-jobs) or spend the unrealistic time of going through hour after hour of playtime to even get him to take the armbinders off and STILL be stuck giving only blow jobs...  DD is the root of the problem for most people... It is too restrictive and even at some of the lower difficulty settings, still takes a lot of time to receive a modicum of reward for one's efforts.  I am also a bit biased because I am more of an immersive player.. the armbinders, hoods and harnesses detract from the immersive feel of being a slave to bandits, forsworn or even Orcs...  If there was at least an option to replace those horrible devices with cuffs, ropes or leather collars with a chain attached, that IMHO would be much preferred.... At least make it possible to have regular sex instead of the constant BJ animations that get pretty damn old after a few hours...

This means they will be on for a limited amount of time (your master will remove them after a while). The default slavery items will visually be rope or iron cuffs.  If you happen to escape while wearing them, you will have to find someone to remove them for you. Smiths will give you more options to remove everything depending of their skill.  Regarding master keys, they should remove everything except the collar. There is a small chance the key will break while opening the collar (not very realistic I know, but I wanted to add some challenge instead of clearing up everything).
Nepro Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014   I have been running SD+ and Defeat together, along with DA-YMOYL. When assaulted by multiple assailants my character would be frozen on the ground, I could look around but not move. Access inventory but no actions involving in mobility, and I would be stuck like that till I reloaded. Problem is, I do not know which of those 3 mods is causing it. I'm willing to bet a lot of the people that post problems also are running the same setup or one similar like SD+/DA/Submit, and don't know which mods are giving the problem. I am guess that now that SD+ requires DA that it no longer handles death and bleedout and leaves that to DA and takes over when its finished, so my particular issue would likely be with SD+ or Defeat. Or maybe they don't play nice together, which would be a shame. If there are conflicts that can arise from them being run together some integration options might be a good idea, I think a lot of people that use one will use the other. SD and Defeat both use DA's scenarios system. They both work well together, but you have to make sure Defeat is using DA's options (in Defeat menu). It also helps to adjust DA's own settings to make things go more smoothly (there are many posts about that in the last few pages of this thread).  Submit is still on its own, so it can be incompatible depending on your choice of options.  If you get stuck in place, try the surrender key (K) from SD. It is designed to get you unstuck regardless of the option you click on when the menu appears. Submit progression now has DA integration as well. One thing thats odd is that I asked Kharjo to 'help me get away from my master', he says "Lets go". What happens is that my master becomes hostile and Kharjo runs like a bitch. Thanks Kharjo.

Â

If it is displayed on your screen, make sure you have the latest version of the mod.  Other than that, yes - you need to visit Dreamworld once to have that DS event work as expected. For that, you need to have been enslaved once, released and then sleep.

Â I switched it to back slash " \ " as I kept getting the daymoyl menu when hitting k to change actor for positioning in sexlab anims. Â I don't seem to have any other mods using that key.
