PietPaulusma Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 Hey Vel, So i started the slavery start and the bandits stole my delivery (those rascals) and i get the punishment of sleeping in the cage for a couple of days near markarth/rorikstead. I make my way back to the shop and all is fine. Save quit, come back next day and the game crashes, after some time i found out its whenever i get near the grounds of the shop. There are no mods that modify the terrain. After trying a while i find one save where the shop grounds work (for some reason the walls and carpets inside of the shop were completely black). I managed to fix that by reloading (this time no black) however the master never enters the shop, shes always stuck near the table in the manor. Keep notice that i have 4.05 installed (i had the problem of the ctd near the shop in earlier versions too, so i did a complete re-install). I really need help with this. maybe resetting master will do the trick, but i'd rather fix the ctd's too. PLEASE HELP VEL, YOURE MY LAST HOPE For the slavery start I am guessing you took the debt route not the full slave route. For the crashing, what textures did you install? If you installed the 2k versions I would suggest using the original versions supplied in the zip file as it sounds like you are running out of VRAM and dropping textures / crashing (black walls and such point to that). Use the Skyrim Performance Monitor to check the usage of VRAM and GPU, I tend to try to limit myself to about 85% of max in case there is a spike it can be handled. Master's AI can be reset or you can resurrect her (I resurrect her all the time to change her outfits) so long as it isn't during a scene. Are you able to speak with her or does she not respond at all? Hey Vel thanks for the fast response, Master does interact, but performs tasks really slowly (havent been able to test it well since it crashes often) Ive tried to measure using the skyrim perforcmance monitor, im not familiar with this stuff but it looks fine to me? correct me if im wrong. the ingame screenshot was taken inside the HalfMoonMill, when i leave and im in the loading screen the memory and vram go up to about 2000 and 1100 respectively, then after loading in it will CTD in 1-3sec I am using the 2k textures, but already tried using the original ones to no avail -edit: resurrecting the master does not cause her to leave the manor after waiting 24 hours while testing every hour 3rd pic is the usage on the grounds itself (this is the only save that allows me to enter them)

I'm not positive how I managed to derp it, though, but I'm hoping the fix is easy. I'm not sure if anything else is out of place yet or not, but there does not seem to be anything else wrong. I tried resetting the framework in MCM, but that did nothing for the tents. I'd 'aged' this toon up a bit (to lvl 8) in alternate starts prison cell. I don't recall if I used the complete expansion function in MCM before, or after I aged her up, but, I know I did use it. Thinking the combination had something to do with it. Are you using skill config mod? Because I recently aged a character up with skill config and I got some weirdness. I didn't think much of it at the time, but the only change in my load order is I'd put the new captured dreams on. I didn't try it again (reloaded and ended up playing from level 1) so didn't think of it as a glitch.

That the master reacts slowly is more based on the CPU and very likely caused by scripts lags. Check for mods that constantly do tasks in the background and - if possible - get rid of those. And go with 1k compressed textures for your game to avoid paging out data what slows down the game as well and makes it rather unstable.

Clean game install from steam, only DD mods intalled are CD (and requirements) Cursed Loot (most functions disabled, only solicitation and restraints dialogue left eneabled) and DD Equip. Chaste Life & Trial Run If PC is a virgin, when the "trial run" of the devices begins, after the initial comment about device quality PC is either: a) if Chaste Life is NOT enabled, PC gets equipped with a belt and everything works just fine if Chaste Life is enabled, i assume quest should take different path now - PC is to be led to the back area and equipped with the long term belt. What happens instead is: Master tells that she has better items in the back Master makes the equipping animation and collar appears on the PC (with CL disabled a belt would appear as well) Master starts usual dialogue about belt being comfy, like CL was disabled - tabbing out of the dialogue, or going thourgh with it does not seem to have any effect on the following at the same time as dialogue appears, Master and PC will start moving to the back of the shop upon reaching the spot, Master will start a dialogue and restrain PC the dialogue progresses normally until Master says "Let me adjust this a bit" (or something to that effect) the dialogue gets looped at that point - she will keep repeating that line, make an equipping animation but nothing gets equipped stuff is broken at this point, PC is left restrained if one escapes the dialogue This script should fix it, it will replace the one causing the error. Post 1668215 alluded to this, and I've mentioned it before, but it must be us, right? Only what could it be? It has been in games I've played, it can be tested (sort of) by coc towerofmzark and exiting through the little elevator (no camp), But this is very inconsistent. Sometimes the camp is there, only Mzark never shows on the map. Sometimes (like now (it's like Mzark and the camp were buried under an avalanche (but they should still show up on the HUD and the map? I hope someone else finds this,

But if you run scripts on stuff there - which i haven't checked - then those could affect things.

The second one is that I ended up in full bondage gear so I got the master to release all of it and as it was the start of the game I had no money so put it on credit. I went back to pay it off and I did that but she didn't remove the chastity belt that she put on for it. Is this related to my first problem? The third and final one is that everyone is either called Hunter, or Guest, or Carla in the shop. Is this meant to be the case or have I done something wrong in installing it? Many thanks in advance

After some he also dont answer questions like he had some quests but cant find the place for that so he do nothing. Also because of that a click on reset dont work. Pls fix it fast.

Since they aren't removed from your inventory, you can "sell" them infinitely to get free money from the Master.

The only reason I can think of that the customer would stop responding is it has decided it is time for him to check out and has cleared some of the aliases. I had put in a routine that would extend their stay by a day if the session was in progress though. Beyond that I am not sure why they would become unresponsive other than another mod is interfering. Just wanted to report a bug, when attempting to sell worn devices to the Master, the devices won't be removed but you will gain the money from selling them. Since they aren't removed from your inventory, you can "sell" them infinitely to get free money from the Master. A known issue from the start that can't be fixed. DD items are marked as do not sell for vendors so merchants can't buy them but Master is set so she can. As an exploit to get gold there are far easier ways to get lots of gold fast.

That fixed the first and 3rd issues, but the second one is still there, I have the belt from the Master from my debt, paid it off and still have it, I go to do the delivery quest after finishing the receive an item quest but she says I need one of her belts on. I thought she'd take off my current one and put on a new one. Is there a way to remove the belt with a key or something? I'm impartial to remove it via console and would rather spawn a key to remove it so I can get the next quest. Thanks

Thanks There is an option in the MCM menu to remove CD devices in case they are not removed properly.
Krynn Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 Wird es denn auch noch einmal ein Update geben? weil 4.05 ist für mich nach wie vor unspielbar.. die Devices werden mir als Beispiel als Strafe, wenn die Schulden zu hoch sind angelegt, aber wenn ich eine Mission nicht schaffe, wird alles wieder entfernt und es endet bei null.. im Grunde ist das irgendwie unlogisch.. außerdem werden mir Sachen angelegt, welche sich überschneiden und oder ich habe kein Halsband, einen Gürtel ohne "Dildos".. usw...Vom Rest ganz zu schweigen..Grüße! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Will it also give an update again? because 4.05 is for me still unplayable.. the devices are created me as an example as a penalty if the debts are too high, but if I can not do a mission, everything is removed and it ends at zero.. basically somehow illogical.. also me things are created which intersect and or I have no collar, a belt without " dildos " .. etc ...Not to mention the rest all ..Greetings!

I installed the 4.05 to MO, and turned it on, then I installed the 4.06 beta, and turned it one, and my MCM looks like this I am sure i fat fingered something The translation file for v4.05 and v4.06 are the same, there were no changes in it and minimal changes in the MCM menu, just some rearranging of a few entries. The v4.06 beta esp is a non localized version so if you are using the localized version before that may be the issue, not sure. They are the same files I am using and my menu works properly, you may want to wait until CGi has a chance to look it over but it will still operate properly.

There are a number of fixes to the delivery quest that should take care of the issues with belts not being detected properly. I have also rebuilt the function that equips the quest devices so there shouldn't be any double collars or broken harnesses with a collar or things like that anymore. It is a little slower so if you have a lot of scripts constantly running it may not equip a belt before the plugs come out but it only happens occasionally for me and I have a good number of mod running. The equip script can also handle when there are conflicting settings in the MCM menu on device preferences.

Yepper' ! the MCM works okay as best I can tell, it is just giving me the name's I think of the variables involves, or maybe it is just jibberish..LOL Seems to be working okay, i was trying to get the confiscation to fire, and it doe, except it fire's when I try to buy something from the Master, and never gets past the "Hold on a moment you seem to have a lot of Items here" The dialogue for purchase is still open, and this is causing I guess the Dialogue to take, and apply to not fire. EDIT>>> If i continue the purchase, it goes away, and is I just exit the conversation it goes away

Yes, that should cover it. Turn out the MO2 doesn't work with 32bit applications... so i guess i'm going back the Mo1 and seeing if it accepts the new version of captured dreams. If not, i have the zip with the files now. Thank you ^^
