I wonder if OutfitShuffler equipped Desdemona with my bare head armor item? You can check using console commands. Open the console Click on Desdemona Enter "Getequipped 4005899A". The FORMID's first two digits have to match my mod's load order in your game. It is "40" for me but will likely be different for you. It will return a line "GetEquipped >> 0.00" or "GetEquipped >> 1.00". A value of 1.00 means that Desdemona has the HuCow Shaved Head armor item equipped. You can find the exact FORMID for the HuCow Shaved Head item in the console by entering "HELP Shaved 0" and reading the entry that is returned. Hugo's Hole, standing in front of the turret, Synths popped in, faded back in, instantly nailed with 2 rockets from Raiders, Violate kicked off and every single attacker died from the rads. LMFAO!!! It's pretty deadly until you have a good suit of power armor or some other way of avoiding radiation. The loot there is awful and doesn't justify the risk. But I am amazed at how many raiders followed you in. My jump height is set a little bit more than vanilla, so I can just barely make it on top and avoid the rad barrels. Plus I've added around 20 more Raiders to that location. I thought it would be interesting to see if I could get them to enter there as a choke point. It works pretty well.... both ways if your not careful! 😜 BTW, Dandy Boy Apples are good for cattle. Makes their milk taste like an apple milkshake. 😏
zjzc Posted February 24, 2025 Posted February 24, 2025 I finally got the bug to trigger😆😆😆 An npc came to my player character asking to become a hucow, my player character agrees and injects 2 hucow serums, then the "_stage10" keyword appeared on my player character instead of the npc. It seems the serum injection code mistook the target😂

The script fragment seems missing and I can't open it in my CK.

If I inject the syringe at the examination table it says she has been made a Hucow but if I attempt to cure her, it says she is not a hucow. After I reload a save to before she now only give default settler responses but still crawls around and eats like a hucow.

GrimGrim31 Posted February 25, 2025 Author Posted February 25, 2025 Okay, I found the issue with the player getting injected while talking to the NPC that wants to become a hucow to escape mental trauma. I had topic info script fragments in Action 12 and 13 that needed to be turned off and some of their functions moved to Action 11. The correction will be part of the next update, either 1.26.7 or 1.27.0 depending on whether I finish the settlement functions to have settlers milk and/or fuck the player hucow. 1

She will start crawling and strip nude while she is still very much human in order to get authentic data. Injecting her will skip a lot of her dialogue and a lot of what makes her interesting. I will check to see why you cannot cure her properly at the table but it probably has to do with injecting her at the table which isn't an action that I expected or wanted but since I didn't forbid it, you are turning Dr. Hope into an ordinary hucow which means she loses her special voiced dialogue forever. I will work on fixing that tomorrow. 1

Action 14 is a wait function and has no script. The fix will be part of the next update.

I like how the breasts look after the transformation I had the hair problem once too, on a random raider, the hair on the map went down to the zeropoint 0 0 0 . I asked myself why only this one NPC and not others with the same hair, and then I tried the rustyfacefix mod on the NPC, a hotkey to refresh, and the hair was normal again, I think it's an engine bug, HC wasn't installed yet

Small fixes completed: Small fixes to the hucow fetish dialogue so that the player does not change into a hucow when the NPC does. Fixed the table slow transformation for Doctor Hope and added voiced dialogue for her during the slow transformation stage changes. 1

Version 1.26.7. should fix the issues with Doctor Hope getting injected on the table, but some of the issues that you describe are because the NPC has not yet become a hucow and therefore cannot be cured. Doctor Hope is not a hucow while she is doing her research. An NPC is not a hucow until several days after being injected on the hucow exam table. The only instant transformations are via syringes, pills, and the transformation chair. 1

Which version of FO4 and F4SE are you using?

It happened to me when I used Looksmenu to change an NPC's face and the NPC was not allowed to change headparts by the game. So maybe you are not supposed to change Desdemona's head?
