That would depend entirely on which radiant quest directed you there.  But the answer is likely that the location no longer exists: certain places (Fellglow, Wolfskull Cave, etc.) are reconfigured when certain quests start, and their starting configuration is blown away.  This can make certain 'boss' chests inaccessible.  Best recommendation is to 'stop / start / setstage 10' the offending quest, forcing it to pick a different location.

 

That makes sense i didn't go there till after i got the mage college quest so that probably broke it. I'll do the start stop. Thanks for you help.

 

Ok could not figure out how to start stop, but i did find how to move to the quest chest. And that worked, after a couple deaths from suddenly appearing in the room and getting attacked i managed to live and loot the chest.

I did  go through that first. I read all of the books present. Got the ensnare, drink life force, and summon emissary. Other than that I haven't seen much more on that. The drink life force came from succubus knowledge though hasn't gotten me much further. I also dont know where  to go with the succubus training. Is there a timer or some sorta system for how many times he has to fuck  you before he  teaches you more?

 

 

Yes, there is some sort of timer, although I haven't been able to figure out exactly how it works.  Just go around doing other quests or otherwise wasting time, and every once in a while check back with Angrim.  If you want to get the ending where you can use the ensnare spell you need to do the Dibella quest.  If you want to end up a succubus then doing the Dibella quest beforehand is optional.

Thanks. Will wo k of another mod quest for the meantime. All else fails I have the succubus mod and can just start one while getting the spells

Hey hey,

 

Just a thought - I've been trying to mess around with settings of some of the spells in this Mod (namely Drink Soul) and I can't seem to configure it to deal more damage to your "partner" after sex. Would be a neat feature to incorporate this into a fighting style that wasn't just a good show. Is there a way to edit the characteristics of the Drink Soul spell to do a higher amount of damage or simply kill your "partner" afterwards? Additionally, apply is to both vaginal and anal sex triggers?

 

If there is a fairly simple way I can achieve this, I'd greatly appreciate the insight. Otherwise, perhaps it's something simple you can do on your end? (Or is other posters have insight on this)

Is it possible please through a soft dependency for a player character (PC) to become a succubus, when using Player Succubus Quest and SexLab Hormones?

 

In otherwords after the emmisary is done with you could you instead of passing the curse from your modification, use the necessary flag, keyword or variable for SexLab Hormones (to trigger deadric influences). This would then trigger SexLab Hormone's succubus curse and then as a result Player Succubus Quest (PSQ).

 

It would cause the player to become a succubus only they according to settings configured by the user may transform (with necessary package) and also do so when aroused. They could also choose to transform to the succubus form at will.

 

If such a thing is possible could you please send me a beta version so I can try it out (as I have just gotten a transformation pack) and are itching to try it out with your modification? In particular for it to cause the succubus transformation (through the curse) at the end of the questline.

Can you tell me what the "necessary flag, keyword or variable" is?  Contrary to popular belief, I do not magically know anything about the innards of other people's mods.

 

I don't even know if there is such a thing, for either SL Hormones or PSQ.

I also have been experiencing crashes on the emissary seen. I will try uninstalling fus and see if that works.

Well I'm rightly stuck. Can anyone help?

 

On my introduction to Angrim, my PC had sex with him and received the buff. This happened one or two times.

 

Seeing no new conversation options appear, I was at my first dead end with this quest. I had to spoil myself and browsed this topic. Apparently you have to return to Angrim at a high Arousal level. So I did.

 

Angrim then mentioned Dibella. Being new to Skyrim, this didn't tell me very much. Second dead end. I searched this topic again and understood the PC had to get the Agent of Dibella buff, which she did. After reporting to Angrim, he had no new conversation options to offer.

 

I then read all of the books in his basement. This triggered the Succubus Lore quest. My PC went and did that, and it seemed completed on finding the ruined book. Again no new conversation options from Angrim, no clue what to do next. Browsing this topic a third time, I understood that the PC is then supposed to go to sleep. She did and was visited by a daedra who had sex with her.

 

At one point my PC received the Drain Soul power. I can see no others of the ones mentioned in this topic: Ensnare and Summon Emissary. I may have used the Drain Soul power prior to having sex with Angrim, to see what it does, and not noticing any effect, may even have saved. This may have compromised the quest. I have no way of telling. The journal entries in this whole quest line, or lack thereof, are unhelpful to say the least.

 

The whole quest line seemed a lot of fun, but I'm about to give up on it. Time and again I feel left in the dark as to what the status of the quest is or what the PC is to do next, and have to spoil myself browsing this forum. I've read the topic almost in its entirety by now and, revealed the entire plotline pretty much... yet have no idea where I'm at.

 

Is there some way, even through the console, to know where the PC stands in the quest line? And to reset it to some stage if need be?

 

Your help is needed and appreciated.

I can't answer the question about console commands.  But you can get the Ensnare spell by stumbling over it in a dungeon, or by picking the lock on the chest in Angrim's basement while he's asleep and reading a book which will tell you where to find it.  The only way to advance the quest is to keep going back to him periodically.  Doing the Dibella quest and finding the ensnare spell just enables an alternate ending.

As for periodical visits, my PC started on this at level 4, and is now level 26.

 

Hopefully someone has some console clues to offer because I am at a loss here.

You can check the quest stage in console 'sqv angrimApprenticeQuest'.  But moving back to an earlier stage is unlikely to work, and if you attacked Angrim (by trying to drink his soul), I'd expect that to make him permanently non-cooperative.

I'm having this problem as well. In my Papyrus log, there is nothing really bad going on, and it looks like the way the game used to crash under Sexlab 1.59b, which was caused by the way it was handling actor heights or something and was patched in 1.59c. Since getting that patch weeks ago, I haven't had any crashes like this with Sexlab until trying Angrim's Apprentice again, and I have had other crashes in AA while having sex with Angrim himself, though I was able to re-load and get past them... with the Emissary quest, the game seems intent on crashing. Sometimes I can get past the first scene, but since there are multiple sex scenes, one of them will cause a crash.

I had trouble getting the Seductress Robe to be visible in-game. Turns out I couldn't use version 5.1 of Remodeled Armor for CBBE DBBP HDT and had to revert to 4.4.3, which fixed the issue.

so yeah, i managed to get two different endings. one is where your satiation is low, you complain about it to angrim, he binds you, and summons dremora to have sex with you. other one is where i cast ensnare and angrim becomes my bit... thrall. is there others. i have completed dibella quest, does that affect it?
