Refusing to let Angrim bind you, at the end, will lead to the 'hungry ghost' ending.  The Dibella quest is a prerequisite for the 'enthrall' ending (which you already did).  And of course you can also attempt to use 'Drink Soul' on Angrim.

Anybody know how to not CTD during the emissary scene cause i'm stuck here. If i try the ghost path it's a direct CTD and if i choose the binded path i got a visual C++ error during the scene.

It's a bit annoying at this point :/

Posted

It never CTDs for me, so I can't offer any suggestion.  With no actual useful bug report (details!), it isn't likely to get fixed.

A few people already reported crash during this event.

Basically i come to Angrim with the dialog "I can't focus on anything blabla" he remove the belt and i have the option to accept or refuse the collar.

1 - i accept and the emissary come in, and i never go to the end of the scene at some point, not always the same i got a pop up saying Visual C++ runtime error in TESV.exe R6025 -Pure virtual function call. And have to close Skyrim.

2 - i refuse and then my body fall on the ground while i'm a ghost and a few seconds after, maybe less it's CTD and nothing. No error at all.

A funny thing i turned on papyrus log to post what in there and i didn't CTD on this time ... But ... Things went weird. I was a ghost Angrim got it's way with me and at the end i got back to normal with my body on the ground with a face black and lot of sh*t in her inventory. When i talk to Angrim he say something like i won't be able to survive long as a ghost but i can.

And the game don't seem to CTD anymore now papyrus loging is on ... But it don't change anything for the runtime error.

I can't find where my logs are stored either, i don't see them in my docs ... Sorry if the bug report is useless.

That is not a problem with the mod.  That seems to be a problem with SKSE that will probably never be fixed because it requires the source code to Bethesda's engine to fix properly.  You can work around the issue by making a full save just before the emissary appears then going from there.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Read a few posts back about the guard having saying: "Wait...I know you."

yeah i experienced that. And it was definitely this mod. All I did was get the 3rd ending. I think it's the 3rd Ending. Was it the:

Angrim is my slave for eternity

I'm 75% sure of it. I never used Prison Overhaul since I always tend to escape it anyway and I find escaping prison fun. Well thought I'd let anyone else who got the bug with the guard who keeps saying this there's a fix for it in the console. Just pay crime gold.

Select the guard(of the hold, in my case whiterun) and type "paycrimegold 0 0". There and the guard will talk to ya and you might lose a few gold pieces but at least it's fixed(i paid 200 and no jail time; I should thank the mod "achieve that!" since it records any bounties you get as part of its achievement system). And I never had a single bounty on me in any hold before this. New save too.

And if I'm wrong, at least here's a fix, so yay? Still I like the mod. I like sexlab quest mods a lot cause it really makes things come to life

Angrim put a 200 bounty on you way back in the early stages of the quest.  That is not a bug.  Don't want the XPO tie-in, just pay the man.

Oh, then it's intended.

Problem is, I "can't" pay the bounty cause he won't finish "Wait...I know you", So I console used the command.

Then you have a bug with another mod, because this mod doesn't alter the guards dialogue at all.  It sets the bounty, and that's it.

At least that helps. I can at least make a note that this is guard friendly. Now I wonder what caused it... Back to TESVedit.

A major new update is now available, v2.00.  This version overhauls the familiar Angrim quest to (hopefully) address some of the issues that have confused players over the year and more that the mod has been out.  The quest can still proceed by talking to Angrim, but side-quest actions do more to move it along now.

The Hungry Ghost ending has been removed from the main Angrim quest, and given its very own quests in Rannveig's Fast or Yngvild (both lore-friendly locations for necromancers and ghosts).  Both of these dungeons now feature scenarios that resemble some of the ones I wrote for Devious Cidhna, though they are somewhat shorter.

There are new spells, and a new experience system that makes the more advanced spells (Bloodlust, Dibella's Boon, Drink Soul, and to a lesser extent Shadow Dance) improve as they are used.

Enjoy!

Hello,

I have seen in the description that your mod supporting succubus race.

Is your mod supporting PSQ succubus as well? If not can a support be made?:)

It would be brilliant.I used to 'roleplay' that I must finish the succubus quest from Angrim and only then I allow myself to be transformed to succubus.

It would be really good if there would be a connection between the two mods, maybe even more than just this.

Spells are absolutely fit for a succubus for example.

Edit: What would be even better to have a storyline to became a succubus.

Angrim could perform a ritual with a captured / free will character with a huge pentagram and candles to offer her to one of the daedra lords (Mehunes Dagon perhaps?) then could be a cutscene where she is being transferred to the oblivion (you could use oblivion resource like this one: "Shard of Oblivion" (mod can be found on nexus, the author Mika probably would give you permission to use his mod)) and if you want to make it simple then she just beeing surrounded by daedras and get gangbanged, screen fade to black and she is back on Tamriel as a newbie succubus.

If you willing to make this a bit more complicated she can wondering on the oblivion plane fullfilling requests/doing quests for random daedras (for that some new daedric npcs need to be made as there isn't any) or just for one lord and then this daedric lord or almighty daedric beast would transform her to succubus and send back her to Tamriel as his agent. Storyline even could go longer on Tamriel when she needs to report back to the daedic lord and doing quests for him in attempt to bring him into Skyrim.

THIS WOULD BE AWESOME...

Any opinion on this?

Edit 2: I know probably it would be a massive work but I am sure that would be some modders to join the cause. It could be even a separate mod. Like Succubus awaken or something like that...:)

I bet all the succubus lovers would buy you cookies for making this.

I'm pretty sure this is a dumb question, but is it required to progress to a certain point in Angrim's quest line before the Hungry Ghost endings can be activated? I just tried running through Yngvild, but nothing triggered.

Edit: Nvm, I missed the part about them being a radiant quest. Now I've got another problem.

When I'm dragged before Arondil(?), he simply keeps repeating the three lines "Don't bother trying to move, my girls were a little rough on you." "You'll make a nice addition to my ghostly harem!" and "I'll use this soul gem to draw your spirit from it's mortal shell and bind it to my will." over and over.

Posted

Talk to Arondil, to finish that dialogue.  You may not be able to move, but he's right there in front of you.  You can still activate him.

Technically, both Rannveig's Fast and Yngvild quests are active as long as you enter that location while the 'Dalliance' quest is at stage 10 (i.e. you've read the book, but not retrieved the ruined tome).  Whether that dungeon was the quest target or not.  But you can't play both of them all the way through, because they tend to short-circuit if you're already a Hungry Ghost.

Posted

I should also spell out the 'Bloodlust' conditions in more detail: this power is only available to Succubi (so, Succubus Race characters or others who took the Emissary ending), and only after completing the 'Dalliance' quest.  If you've done all that, and used 'Drink Soul' at least 3 times (or had a lot of aggressive sexual encounters), then the Emissary turns up for another morning visit and offers you a boon.  You can turn him down, but if you accept you gain the 'Bloodlust' power and a Daedric weapon (chosen based on your highest weapon skill) - but from then on, you get only half the satiation gain from non-aggressive encounters.

Posted

This is not incompatible with PSQ, but neither is it in any way integrated with it.  There's a lot of overlap in themes, of course, but the two mods have completely different styles of Succubus magic.  I know some players combine them successfully.

Posted

Not a clue.  I've never seen such a problem, nor has anyone else reported it.  This mod does not mess with view distance, lighting, weather, or anything of that sort.

Is it possible to update from 1.4, or restart the mod? I´d love to see the changes, but i like my actual savegame too =)
