Hmmm ... permanent effects on Angrim if something was done wrong, Whiterun's guards almost disabled for everything if I don't have Prison Overhaul installed (that I don't have).

 

By my point of view there is something that must be worked on and ... quickly.

Even if it's an interesting mod, AngrimApprentice should not be so "invasive" with other aspects of the game. Mainly not invasive with vanilla setting about Guards.

I cannot imagine what would happen during some Civil War quests.

 

you got me a bit wrong, theres a bounty on you from angrim even if you have never done any crime.

if you are thane frome witherun or good with speech it is gone after one dialog withe the guards.

the only thing for what is prison overhole recommendet for that mod is fun. if you dont have prison overhole you simple go to the vanillia jail ;)

stobor shoult work on that but not becouse iit is buggy he should make it more clear, nobody knows whats going on unless he reads the mod description.

 

and ofcourse it is only afakting whiterun guards all other guards giving a shit about your bounty in other holds.

Which permanent effects on Angrim are you concerned with?  The one where he takes it badly if you try to kill him?

By my point of view it is invasive with the guards because I'm left with ONLY the dialogue "Wait ... I know you."

I no longer have ANY other dialogues with them, at all. Even the option to be sent in the jail or pay this "invisible" bounty.

Approaching a guard I ear the above dialogue and then, even with the "E" key active, I cannot interact with a guard, no way.

This is an invasive system, by my point of view.

 

About the permanent effect I was talking about, I used the "Thrall" spell on him before the end of the quests.

This way, he became my "permanent" thrall without ANY other option to have one of the three (I believe) ends of the story.

Maybe this is one of the ends you thought about, I don't know.

 

Anyhow, I think to not have jumped on erroneus conclusions (and it was not my intention to "shoot" stupid criticisms on this mod, I liked it), mainly about the guard problem. I reported something I thought it IS a problem, or a bug, with this mod (at least in my game).

Only to test it and to try to help to make it better.

the guards are still vanilia unless you have not moddet them. if there is a bug with them i suspect that there something diffrent was going wrong.

The bounty is not invisible, and you can pay it off.  If the guard dialogue is permanently broken for you, I do not believe it is a bug in this mod alone, but rather a mod interaction of some kind (or perhaps a vanilla interaction bug if you 'paid' the bounty via console).  Nobody else has reported a similar problem.

 

Enthralling Angrim is indeed intended as one of the endings.

 

I was reacting to the 'must be worked on... and quickly' comment, which came across as a rude demand.  So apologies if  I seemed overly defensive.

just having a minor problem towards the Succubus Ending, The Daedric Emissary says ''Now i'll just open the way'' and proceeds to do..... nothing? i don't understand? was that it ? since i am free to go... :/

I just updated the deviant devices to version 2.6.6, and this mod keeps crashing my game like there is a depency missing (CTD on start-up)
Anybody else have this problem? or am I missing something?

Devious Device is no more a .esp but now a .esm.  There's a dependency with that mod and it's broken right now.

So there's a CTD on start up.  You must wait until the next update or desactivate this mod.

The 1.30 version is now available.  You must use this version if you use Devious Devices 2.6.6 or later - earlier versions will crash on loading, due to the change in format of Devious Devices (from ESP to ESM file).  It is not safe to upgrade this in mid-game, and I will not respond to bug reports if you do so.

 

This version contains no functionality changes, it just updates the dependency on Devious Devices.

i have a question, angrim put for first time the belt on my char but when he have sex whit my char, the belt don´t unequip, and the ball gag neither, i have all the requeriments and updates

This mod uses ring gag, not ball gag - are you sure you've got the right gear?  Does the Devious Devices MCM menu still work (if not, that indicates that DD is busted)?  Does the problem exist in a save that has been upgraded from prior versions, or in one where the mods were installed before starting a new character?  Are there any papyrus log messages from Devious Devices (Zad) or Angrim?

i put the mod on a previous save whit a old version but in that save i never get the belt (but i speak whit angrim) and yea, sorry, he equip on my char the ring gag, my mistake, the menu of DD work fine and i don´t have problem on the papyrus, if i new start a new game, well, i will do it jajaja

Try it on a brand new character; if it works there, then the problem is the upgrade path you took (which is not supported).  If it doesn't work on a clean start, then we'll debug it further.

And ruin half the fun? :P It's pretty straight forward tbh. Keep doing what Angrim says and you'll reach the end of the quest before you know it.

 

Will there be more to the quest? The perverted old man theme was a nice touch and left me wanting more. :( Also, I think the description of the spells from this mod should be a little more clear on what they do exactly. All of the quests worked flawlessly. Well done!

I have this issue..

I have lot  of mods installed and all running smooth...

Except

 

Angrim apprentice or alternate start crashing the game on loading...

 

I know most times is due to something missing but i installed all requirements

Devious Devices - Assets
Devious Devices - Integration
Zaz Animation Pack

 

 

I run also sd+ and it would not run without them...

 

Boss says all is ok

Tes 5 edit crashes at devious devices as Always .....(i tried to uninstall and reinstall everything but tes5 edit won t work..)

 

Any help?

found the issue :D

i m using sexlab 1.35 due to being far more stable and it won t work with it...

 

Now where do i start the quest? :)

when i enter the basement angrim tells me he can t teach me the spell and that i should visit dibella s temple, i did talked a bit and returned but nothing happened :/
