SoberVentor Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Some ideaMake a success rate buff dependent on Aroused of partner. If Aroused = 43. It will be 43% success rate.
darkfender666 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 i really tried everything and i m totally clueless ... There are too many quests starting in dibella s temple and i just need to check if it works..so i ll start a new game. Could you tell me what to do there? sorry
PubliusNV Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 There's nothing new added to the Dibella's temple by this mod. Just do the normal quest of finding the new sybil and it will make one or more of the spells Angrim teaches stronger.
stobor Posted February 7, 2014 Author Posted February 7, 2014 @darkfender666: PubliusNV is correct. Also, to repeat what it says in the original post: these side trips (like to Dibella's temple) are optional. You could play the entire mod without leaving Angrim's basement (I do so for testing purposes), though that would be rather silly.

stobor Posted February 8, 2014 Author Posted February 8, 2014 No, you do not have to do the quest at all. Just keep talking to Angrim periodically. You can do the quest, and it affects later play.
sarahlost36 Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 Just a couple of questions, loving the mod, and really want to see everything it will do. 1) Angrim is saying to me now "No you need to master the spell i already taught you" and then proceeds to let me out of the belt and have fun with me... Been stuck in that loop for a while... Is that the drink mana spell? the first one he taught me? and what does master mean? i already know it, have used it a few times.. etc? 2) mmm i opened the chest and stole the spell and quest book. does that break Angrim for me as well? Was he supposed to give me these things later in the quest progress? And finally to the person with the guards that just say "Wait... i know you" and refuse to actually engage in conversation.... this seems to be a side effect of having Prison Overhaul installed once upon a time, maybe you have uninstalled it? I had the same problem with the guards but then getting the latest Prison Overhaul and now i can talk to all of them again. thanks again for a great mod!
JohnGlock Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 1. You just have to wait a while, I believe. It took a few days for me. stobor has stated you can complete the quest line without leaving the basement (though doing so would be silly.) 2. These are necessary to get to one of the endings. It doesn't break the quest line.

You need to have the Drink Magicka spell in effect when you talk to Angrim (i.e. you have to have used it on someone, within the past 2 hours). If you don't see a magic effect like "Magical Afterglow" in your effects list, it isn't still active. And he can tell. It is perfectly OK to steal stuff from that chest, it is expected and will not break the quest.
xsley Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I can't even get the first quest going. I ask him to teach me the spell but he says "Not yet, still have a lot to learn". I have no idea what I'm missing? Oh figured it out, nevermind thanks!
TGcan Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 quick question, ensnare doesn't seem to work on any one, tried names npcs, some guard, mod added companions, didn't work on any of them, is their some guideline to using that spell?
stobor Posted February 17, 2014 Author Posted February 17, 2014 Ensnare currently serves one purpose only - one of the endings w/ Angrim. It may have more uses in future...
Slorm Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 A couple of questions as I've just started playing this mod I got Angrim the love potion and did the Dibella quest but when I speak to him now I only get two options, the buy/sell item and renew the spell but no option to learn new spells. Is this right or am I bugged (not after a spoiler btw, just checking its running correctly). I have noticed that when the quest starts and he asks for a blow job (and also if you renew the spell) the animation is in two phases but on the second phase he puts his robe back on which looks a bit odd. Not sure if this isn't a sexlab issue as I've noticed it occasionally with Radiant Prostitution.
bigdick69 Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 i have a problem with this guy i make all the 3 books from the secondary quests and i learn the spells from him but i cant finish the deliance quest the burned book i have i just cannot guess what i need to do. and because of that ( i think) angrim is always says not right now little one but since you are right here... can someone explain this to me?
Psychonaut Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 i started a new game and now i have a problem: i did what angrim said and visited the dibella temple (dibella perk) and sam (sanguine's staff - he commented it), but everything i can do is ask him to renew the spell. i can't ask him to teach me now. i didn't have the issue with my last char + earlier mod version. do i have to finish the sidequests first?

Just do some questing and come back later - this isn't one of those Skyrim questlines where you can become the big boss of faction X within days of joining.

Not sure if this isn't a sexlab issue as I've noticed it occasionally with Radiant Prostitution. 1. Not bugged. Some of the early stages repeat (at random), so the main Angrim 'quest' might not advance right away. Keep interacting with him, and it will. Persistence pays. 2. Sounds like a sexlab issue, though with no specifics that's a stab in the dark.

The Dalliance quest will advance if you go to sleep, not wearing a chastity belt . That is not related to Angrim's responses, however. From your description, I believe he's taught you everything, and the quest won't advance further unless and until you come back to him with a low 'satiation' score (console 'help angrimsatiation'), i.e. sexual frustration is making the character very distracted.
stobor Posted February 25, 2014 Author Posted February 25, 2014 To repeat what I always say: the side quests are optional. You do not need to do them, if you don't want to.

"the heart of dibella" and "a night to remember".
stobor Posted February 25, 2014 Author Posted February 25, 2014 It is based on how many times you've talked to Angrim (and it varies a bit), not elapsed hours.
Psychonaut Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 i talked to him 2 times. the first time he told me that i'm not ready and i should visit the temple and meet sam. i did this and now i should ask him to renew the spell again and again until i can ask him to teach me again?? did i understand this correctly?
