Many mods like "quick as you like" and "trapped in rubber" has quest to run from place a to place b. Problem is that you can cheat that, by opening map from quest list. is there way to block fast travel. Okay you can use mods that block fast travel, but it would nice that armbinder do it directly. ps. sorry for my bad english Having DDi disable fast travel might cause issues for people that have other mods that already manage fast travel mechanics. (Frostfall, Better Fast Travel, etc)

No. I'm just saying that if DDi were to manipulate fast travel directly when the player is wearing an armbinder, like Nalaenir is requesting, it could potentially interfere with other mods.

Ignore me. My brain got confused here... somehow got the "boots slowdown" effect in Zaz and DDX confused with the no fast travel from Deviously Helpless. I honestly don't even know what question I was asking at this point. EDIT: I blame it on lack of coffee.

However, if I spawn an item in (I.E. ball gag) it shows up textured in my inventory but when I equip it it does not show on my character. Is there any way to fix this?

Yes but I don't think that is the problem. If I equip a non head item like Pony boots they still don't appear. When you equip and item does the locking mechanism work? If yes then check and, if necessary, reinstall the meshes from Assets and the Expansion. If no then there is an issue with your scripts and something is likely interfering, post a papyrus log here.

However I cannot get any of the Devious Device animations to be played. It's also an assurance that context-inappropriate animations (Actor attempting to masturbate while wearing an armbinder, or a chastity belt) don't play in other mods / scenes where they wouldn't make sense.

I'm playing a redguard, and the locking mechanism works for me (i.e. when completing the devious quest i couldn't get out of the chastity belt), but the model won't show up on my character or on NPC's. The yoke, the plugs, and the gags, however, do show up when equipped for some reason. Whenever I equip my character with cuff type items they just continue to move around normally like they are just wearing a cosmetic item and I'm not sure if that is normal. I do have both this a Zaz's animation pack installed.

Thanks for the info. I don't see a mod or way to make something like arm cuffs non cosmetic and actually bind your characters arms together, I assume nothing like that exists?
