You might want to check this out as well. It contains a ton of Tiaras, circlets, diadems, necklaces, earrings, face and ear piercings, etc. Using this mod, you'll be able to equip your character with a headpiece (tiara, circlet, diadem), earrings, amulet, necklace, ear piercings, face piercings, as well as a ring. That's a lot of jewelry to hold enchantments and if your skill is at 100, well you can see where I'm going. Here's the link if you're interested.

I don't really understand what you mean. If you mean how the PC was able to open her mouth during sex it's the newest SexLab Framework that fixed expressions during sex. As for tongue check Equipable Tongues - this mod adds a set of tongues that work as equipable items along with script that makes character open her mouth.

 

As for having sex while sneaking it's the matter of Succubus Mod that is available in Download section.
