Could be achieved with only http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44596/? and the MFG Modifier commands too, you don't really need Player Headtracking for it. ECE definitely has some better expression sliders but going into the racemenu everytime you want to change the expression is pretty tedious.

I know the ENB has been asked several times, so I went looking for it - I found a post with a download link to an ENB: http://ux.getuploader.com/mitinoku/download/48/Skyrim+Xmas2013.zip

 

The author has apparently replaced the enblocal.ini with the one from Kalicola's Enhanced Graphics ENB, and the enbeffect.fx with the one from Ruvaak Dahmaan ENB Redone.

 

In another (older) post, he or she says he's just using Kalicola's. Try some stuff out.
