They are both built off UNP, so they are compatible together. As for your first image, it is from ChaPi collection. The "bikini" at least. It is a mashup. Unsure on the gloves though, but the boots are one of the DF_T something boots. The Belt looks like something from Princes of the Wilds by Ashara.

Yup, those boots look like the DF_T33's and the belt is definitely Princess of the Woods.

But the feather colors do not show up like the colors of the feathers in this picat all. Any reason why? Or is there a mod particular for those feathers? Those feathers have been edited to a different color. You can do the same by just changing the textures in Gimp or Photoshop. I don't think you are going to get the exact textures they used unless you PM the person who changed them. I have a ways to go before I can do that.
