Another case - If for some reason adbanner fails to load (lag), download menu does not unfold at all, but after page reload, assuming this time banner injected itself successfully - all work as expected.

Not sure there's really much I can do about that as that's more of a javascript issue in general.

I wasn't actually complaining, just sharing an observation. I like those banners, fit here well, especially those with AI generated chicks are cute.

not sure if people would agree with me, but maybe it would help to have notifications of activity of clubs people joined right when joining (with the possibilty to turn that off). almost all of them are rather dead and i think it's mainly because people join them and forget about them, since there's nothing telling people that someone posted something unless they specifically asked for that or look actively for them. just an idea to try to bring a bit more life to clubs

For whatever reason, they seem to work when viewing the site on Android, but not on a Windows desktop.

Seems like it has something to do with the uploading part in particular. Recently I was updating my mods and I had to upload my pictures multiple times to get them working properly

Okay. For whatever it's worth, this is a screenshot from Skyrim which I edited in Paint and saved as a JPG file. I didn't have any issues.

I just tested it again and it seems like everything's fine now for me too. Maybe it's an intermittent thing for people, idk

I use Brave ad blocking Browser and though I have a few issues dragging and dropping pics, I haven't had that issue.

 

EDIT: I am now seeing that issue in "Show you Skyrim Counterpart" and a couple more threads.

Actually the reason is a bit more mundane. LoversLab is primarily a site for mod makers. Preferably those mod makers will share their work with the community. As a result, there is a statistical bias towards Bethesda games since they are easier to mod (even I can do it!) So, if enough mod makers wish to upload their work here (for BG3 or anything else), history indicates that Ashal will make a special slot for them.

Seems like LL is gradually flooded by ads which don't even try to hide that they advertise under-aged (at best) porn. At least I see them, why? No idea - maybe that's conspiracy (or faulty algorithms working) against me but it sure is irritating - where did go all those cute, normal, ads I've seen some time ago?

Yes...

Without the mod authors, where are the mods going to come from?  If we are going to respect the mod authors mods (not download and upload on other sites without permissions)

 

I've seen some tutorials and it is a bit more constrained in what you do currently but not that difficult.  I think the main problem currently is it is a new modding scene and mod managers and tools are still being developed and possibilities are being explored.  The producers of the game seem to be very open to modding.  Wold be a great fit here considering ... *cough*  *cough* a druid can shape change into a bear and *cough* Um... yea. That. 

 

I can't speak for @Ashal but as mentioned earlier, if a group came together and wanted to work here and post their mods, I am very confident that Ashal would find some space for them. Most Mod author centered sites are like that. Only exception is those sites that advertised a specific game or games they support (or type of mods etc.)
