In all of the years I've been here, I've never ran out of likes.  I've even taken a couple back from posts I no longer find relevant from time to time.

I was not aware that was an option to take back a like......I haven't even thought to try it.  Guess we learn something new every day.  Thanks!

Perhaps give us.....25 more likes.....that would cut down on the number of messages.

See I did not even ask for a set number, just whatever the staff agreed on.

Don't throw me rocks yet..but..would it be possible, eventually, to maybe lower the hardcoreness of the ads on the site?

Sometime i find it a little too much when coming around the forum daily ????

Heyho,

I don't know if that's a bug or wanted, but lately it shows the same thread multiple times in my activity stream.

Before the change it only showed it once, unregarding the amount of new posts in the thread. Now it seems to show up for every single new post that's made in there.

If there's a way to revert it, so it only shows a topic once, that would be awesome!

EDIT: Here's a picture of the issue:

Spoiler

BTW, while we're at it: how about bringing back the option to ignore certain threads? I commented on some threads years ago and they still might come up in this activity stream, which I don't like them to do.

Ads can be completely removed by becoming a Supporter via SubscribeStar.

An adblocker, Ghostery and uBlock Origin work pretty well for me.

yup! i like Ghostery

but, my concerns was fro visitors..every visitors that visit the site got to see hardcore ads..i mean, it's a big deal, but, i jsut think i could be better if visitors who arrives here when clicking on a mod link, wouldnt have to face hardcore open holed ads :P

I suppose the site has to generate revenue somewhere to help keep it running, even though I'm not much of a fan of the ads either.

oh yeah of course! ads a good way  to generate revue for a website so i'm not against it at all, the only thing that bothers me a little, if how hardcore the ads are..

For visitors, it might make them (some) leave right away when they notice how hardcore the ads are..like, you arrive on the site and see some dicks fucking and cumming, pretty sure it's possible to have ads that are not that "level" :P

> Just wondered, why the changes of my blog update Blog entries on OP and not my activity wall as well. It worked before, but suddenly it stopped working last several days. I wish it could be the opposite, that changes in my blog entries wouldn't put my blog entry on the top of the list, but to update my activity wall, if possible.

Found a bug with the image slideshow when clicking the < and > arrows multiple times back and forth, before it gets stuck, requiring a refresh. Annoys a bit when looking through images.

I noticed that when you edit the description of a file, the linked topic gets updated withe the previous description.
As in when I put patch notes of version 1.0.6 the description on the file page has these new notes, but the topic page gets updated to 1.0.5.
When I change again to 1.0.7 only then is 1.0.6 added to the topic.

Seems like the topic is getting refreshed before the changes are made to the file description.

Something is wrong with my Inbox. It doesn't let clean it. It is full and I can't receive or send messages. Please, help.

There should be a checkbox in the bottom left of each message in your inbox; check that, and then a toolbar should pop up on the bottom that lets you delete the selected messages.

Interesting seeing the site update before my eyes.

BTW, I believe the Add New Record page, or FAQFORM, should be as such instead of "fagform", lol

@Gyra Whoops. It should be fixed now.

Would you be willing to test it for me while you're at it? Just add a quick test faq to your file and let me know if it works. I need to know that it works for non-admins and that authors have the right permissions to edit the faq on their owned files.

Thank You Ashal for the Site and your hard work!!

I appreciate the work, but I'm really not a fan of the new UI. We used to see when Files were uploaded, the exact date and time, and the fact is, not all mods are updated daily, so missing out on when each file was updated, really makes this site a lot harder to use.

What new UI? Every page still has the same UI it's had for a while.
