zep Posted February 23, 2016 Posted February 23, 2016 My english is poor, so I'll try as best as I can to explain the problem. My game crash after surrender, specifically when refusing sex. This is what happened. In the Bleak Falls Barrow, my character surrendered to the two first bandits. They asked gold, then they tried to force her to remove her clothes, but she refused twice. After they attacked, I killed one of them, then the game crashed. I noticed that the bandit, before he died, was knocked down several times, entering and leaving combat (I killed him with a channeled spell). I have "player as aggressor" and the other option activated. Mod version is 5.3.1

Press the 'default' key. You know how when you open a menu, in the button list at the bottom, it says 'Default: ' then some key? Usually F or Z. Highlight the tag option (WITHOUT CLICKING IT), then press F or Z or whatever you have the 'default' button set to.

I think that the entire list can be cleared, and that is the only way to remove tags right now, right?
lampuiho Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Why is it that when I press the option key, it shows me the menu of "the world fades as I surrender to my fate"? Then I get three options surrender, resist, and I pray to gods. After clicking any of that, it shows I cling to my last breath as notification while the actual option menu shows up. If I have UIExtension installed, while raping, both the "the world fades as I surrender to my fate" menu and animation picker menu show up. Sounds to me that you are using mod named SD ?? if so check the key bindings maybe it is using the same key for defeat either open defeat mcm menu and change that key to something else or disable SD. Thanks missed that one
NeatLL Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Has Goubo ever considered maintaining or replacing the Zaz Animation Pack, at least to correct the current compatibility issues that the Zaz Animation Pack has with the latest version of SexLab? I strongly suspect Xaz isn't maintaining it anymore. I'm wondering if it is possible to break that mod, or a replacement, down into smaller parts, with a SL Animation Loader pack handling the SexLab animations, and Goubo handling the scripting issues.

wantmads Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 When I select tags on the animations page is there supposed to be a list of available tags? When I select it I just see an empty box. Pressing Z also doesn't seem to reset the already selected animations.

Goubo Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 I had a crash once when opening a tag list, has to do with how much the SexLab function stress papyrus I guess, I hope it stays rare enough though, if not we'll have to put the old system where you write the tags by hand I guess. About tags, use the Default button to erase the tags and if empty use it again to put default tags, something to know too if you hold modifier key (left shift default) and clic on Require All Tags you'll have a list of animations for this configuration (I'm really just saying what's already explained on the option itself.) Happens to have a bug where you'll need to press the modifier key again to quit the MCM menu if you use this function. About pillory, make sure zaz animations are registered to SexLab, if it can't find the animations they will not play.

Thanks so much for persisting with it One thought on that front, Some sort of very simple, very practical, idiot's guide to main functionalities, as simple as 'push this button', 'set that to' etc and 'this should then happen' might be of help. On that, please, I certainly don't mean to sound ungrateful or as if asking for a whole heap more effort - writing manuals is hard work! - but reading through the thread, as I do regularly, there are lots of posts indicating that people like me struggle with the complexities. Teruke's, and Dark Ravage's, posts above are good examples. I'd help if I could but I struggle to make some things work too - I'm sure that they do, but I just can't work out how, even things sometimes as simple as working out which key is which, let alone what they do :-) I hope that when that arrives with you, it's able to be seen as constructively as was the intention when it left here.... Teruke Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Well, now that defeat also has a way to initiate sexy time on followers and npcs with prostitution options i was hoping i could drop some other stuff i'm using. The first post just says i need to use K-surrender key when out of combat on npcs and then i should get the options. I did and i'm getting "let me bang you or want to bang me", however any of these just return "Back off" or "I would love to but not in front of everybody" responses. Now, i have gotten thsoe responses both on npcs and npc followers, whilst alone as well. First off the fact that followers can still decline and tell me to back off is.. well i dunno, can i make it so they never decline? Then, does the feature get affected by follower mods, cause despite being alone i did have other followers waiting for me in a different cell, did defeat still consider there's ppl around because of that?? Also wouldn't SOME followers be okay with a bang despite there being other ppl around? i would assume so long as there's no Line of Sight directly they would agree. And if the other ppl around are also my followers then they shouldn't even complain? those are some concerns for now. This feature could also be expanded, we register the follower shift g, and when you initiate dialogue with npc through K, then options also appear regarding the follower "would you care to bang my firend here?".. i'm just saiyan k so apparently in cities i can't get followers or npcs to accept, they keep telling me the "back off" or "love to but not with ppl around", the same result if i'm in Breezehome where there's no one, however in a truly isolated location, like Shimmermist Cave i was able to get my follower to accept.

I am just trying to adjust one thing; to put it bluntly, how do I get my female followers and female npcs to stop assuming the male position an a male they knocked down as in Lydia knocks down a male bandit then starts screwing him in the ass. Kind of funny but, not my thing. I have been checking and unchecking things since I downloaded it. Can someone please help?

That is, unless; you incorporated it into another Sexlab framework (like Devious Captures, etc.) to the exclusion of my knowledge. To me, it seems improbable that you would decide to get rid of the MCM menu for Defeat, citing the extensive amount of settings and mod options included within it. So... just curious, but does Defeat still have a MCM menu?

That tag system is just brilliant. It took some time to figure out how to use it… But once it’s done all feels so natural and logical. This mod truly has become one of the greatest here on loverslab alongside with "SL Framework", "Devious devices" & “deviously cursed loot”. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! Mine loaded up right away and so far all has worked as intended. I do have a couple questions for anyone that can answer....If the victim yields and I go through the dialogue I can ask her to strip (I wish we could use serial strip animations here but I assume thats not so easy?) both time she has obeyed and then I tied them only to have their clothes reappear soon as she enters the tied position, is this fixable and how? Second question...what influences the strafe key struggle because my big bad nord can only get about two thirds of the way full before he ragdolls. Is this stat based and which? Combat skill. Is there a way to disable it if my PC is the aggressor. I have been using tie to avoid it as I cant seem to even get close yet I dont read any other comments talking about this so I feel I hay be making it harder than it is somehow. Thanks for you hard work and I was hoping you might be thinking on stuff for FO4, that game has a great foundation for mods to build on imo...

Also reklings never worked for me back in 1.59 old versions, glad to see they are suported by defeat now. Oh and i could even surrender to it wich is super cool. Thank you so much Goubo.
