How do you keep your followers from attacking your victims once a rape begins? They leave my victims alone just fine while they are tied up, but as soon as I untie someone my follower considers them hostile again and attacks.

"Knock Down Scenario" on "Player as Victim" option tab. If "Original" is selected then companions will be knocked down at the same time as the player.

that won't fix it because he's asking how to stop the companions when you are the aggressor, not when you get assaulted

If Sexlab is checking for "dead" ask Ashal to check Hit Points = 0 instead. That may require a framework update but it will solve your "necro" problems, the game engine evidently doesn't check the dead flag, it apparently only checks for 0 hit points to decide if it will animate or not.

I just made a quick check of the Sexlab code and it does indeed reject based on the dead flag. I'll go ahead and ask that it be changed and as long as Ashal makes the change for the next version of the framework you can fix the current problems with necro in the next version of this mod release after that.

Apparently I keep dying before the deed is done; Especially if theres more than one; for some reason they seem more aggressive than they used to be in version 2.0; i'm not quite sure if it's a bug, or just bad luck -- but i've never quite had it happen 5 times in a row like that.

i had that problem with the previous version of the mod,only played a Little bit but it occurred when there were wolfs from imersive creatures involved,maybe thats it?

I have a curious bug now.

 

After a rape I receive the massage "Run Away", but now this message still on screen, If I load a previous savegame before the rape scene happen, the Run Away message still also on screen. Do you have the same issue?

 

Obliviously I meet the requirement for the mod.

I have the same bug as well. If anyone could assist in anyway, please do! 

 

I've attempted to disable the help prompts, but that did nothing in regards to solving the problem.

this happens to me if i reload my game while the message is up, if  you restart it should fix this tho, does for me.

"Run Away" message being stuck, wierd bug, do other help messages like this get stuck or only this one?

So far, I've only seen this help message get stuck. 

 

Restarting the game, loading old saves doesn't seem to remove it either. Oddly enough, and I'm not sure if this is just because I didn't do it correctly but, even if I uninstall Defeat, the message persists.

If you mean restarting the game, I've tried that multiple times, it doesn't work sadly.

Reporting same bug again, but this time on 5.3 version and on the fresh game. When female PC rapes male NPC, she using strap on. Changing/swapping positions causing animation glitches as I attached picture in one of my earlier posts.

This mod is really great and works fine for me. 
 
I don't know what are the future plans but I've got several suggestions (for player as aggressor):
- add several executions options (like decapitation)
- choose the rape action (oral, pilori, ...)
- if zaz is installed, add zaz animation to humiliate with pilori, xcross, tie up ... like the puppet master's bondage menu (http://www.loverslab.com/topic/23261-puppet-master-17/) or ask the NPC to use a zaz furniture (to be compatible with oli3d Furniture Bondage (http://www.loverslab.com/topic/20002-wip-oli3d-furniture-bondage-004-2014-test-fix-2/)
- if devious device is installed, add a device or be able to add a device to the NPC (I dont't think it's possible for the moment to add something to the NPC inventory and to force it to wear a device)
 
I'm sorry if these suggestions have already been proposed, but...well... the thread is 213 pages.
And I'm sorry for my english.

 

 

Devious Devices should really be a plugin like it is for Submit.

 

As for future plans Goubo has a number of them but right now this beta of Defeat is just about getting the core aspects of Defeat to work. After that has been established then he plans to expand on it with post rape events and a wide range of them.

 

If you want a idea of what he might do, go back and look for one of my posts several pages back. I made a list of them and Goubo liked a number of them. He was asking for suggestions. So while he may or may not use my idea's you can expect things of that general nature most likely.

 

Plus I am sure once he releases the full release of the core Defeat and starts on the post rape stuff he will ask us for input and idea's then.

hi...

 

i seem to have a problem having Defat work together with DA... it seams that defeat never triggers... i tried different setting of health between 0% and 95% but i never got defeated until my healt reached the 5% i had set for DA and the bleed out thing started...

 

what am i missing ? how do i get the 2 mods to work together ? is it a problem of load order or just i didn't understand someting ? english is not my language and sometime when i read descriptions and instructions i miss or misunderstand something...

This is purely speculative as I don't think it can be done, but I'll ask anyway.

 

I am doing the Forbidden Tome quest which rather unfortunately sent my pc to Mzinchaleft Depths. My pc in only a level 10 so a couple of hits from a Falmer and she's dead. I normally have Defeat set at the default of 20% but my pc was dead before it could kick in and it needed to be around 60% for it to work.

 

Would there be someway to make the threshold scale relative to the strength of the attacker v's defender so to use this as an example it would scale up so that Defeat had a chance to kick in before the pc dies?

Pretty sure you need Death Alternative to not outright die if you're health falls to/below 0. So if you don't have that, that's why. Otherwise, set the health Threshold in Defeat to something like 10% if you're not using DA.

You would only need it I think if you plan to set the health Threshold for Defeat to 0 (or really close to zero, to prevent being killed by accident).

Dying too early will probably need to be solve with DA properly.

 

Console command TIM might work, but you should disable kill move.

Having DA active becomes really buggy and nothing really happens on entering DA knockdown state... I just get knocked down and get up.

If you're using the latest Defeat there's an option to set the chance of it triggering at DA Bleedout. It defaults to 50%.

What I want is not to need DA and just get the Defeat knockout animation, and for some reason, it won't work as it should.

What do you have the health threshold in Defeat set to?

 

If it's zero, then you'll die every time because Defeat doesn't prevent death like DA does, it just waits for you to have that little health left before kicking in a Defeat scenario. If you don't want to use DA then you will need to set Defeat's health threshold to around 10% (to be safe) in the MCM menu. That way whenever you're PC's health drops to 10% or below, Defeat will kick in, should more-or-less stop combat against your PC, and then play out the rape scenario.

 

If you set that health threshold to 0% (or too close to it) you will likely die before Defeat's scripts can kick in because there was nothing preventing you from dying.

 

 

If you ARE setting the health threshold to a safe value (around 10%) and it's STILL not working, then I dunno.

I have an issue where when I am raped or rape as a female the animation is fine

But when I do it as a male character nothing happens I strip them and they just get up and start fighting me naked?
