Yes, I have SKSE 1.7 since it came out. Anyhow, I returned to the 5.21 version for now. It works great in my game since I'm not using DA and similar mods. I will upgrade it when Goubo fix necrophilia. :)

 

The problem with newest version for me is that the hot keys didn't work properly or at all. NPCs settings and G key worked only during the combat. Most frustrated thing was that the hot keys didn't work when having follower.

LOL - Very serious bug detected in ver 5.21. It happened two times on two different locations. I was sneaking through the fort. There was a bandit sleeping on the bed. I had my weapons on. When pressed G key on he bandit, I got a menu box: "Kill" and some bla bla about my weapons aren't shuttered, and if I do that, I can have some other options. I decided to kill the bandit on the sleep. While killing him I got a messages in the left upper corner: "The opponent refuse to accept your surrendering. Your wounds are mortal. You are unable to continue to fight... After that, my PC died.

 

I had to laugh. Sleeping bandit killed me?! How in the world that happened?!

Did find a weird problem with V5b3.

 

 

In Illinata's Deep fighting a necromancer and a skeleton, got defeated and the necromancer strips me.

 

And then, the skeleton procceeds on raping the necromancer, while I am standing there...

OK, I had trouble getting Defeat to kick in ( previous post ) unless it went through DA. Same trouble no matter which version. I removed DA from my mods and just used Defeat on its own and its very happy to kick in as intended.

This is with a game of no more than 20 mods ( so not heavily modded ) and a fresh character, so no orphan files in the save.

Defeat and DA do work together but not independantly of each other ( at least in my experience ). I'm far more interested in having Defeat in my mod list so bye bye DA!

Thank you Goubo for this terrific mod! I'll be keeping an eye out for when you have the faction quests up and running.

Yeah I was just making sure you enabled clear invalids line in the ini file. Since by default like the memory patch in SKSE it is not on and you have to manually add the lines to the ini file.

I have a curious bug now.

 

After a rape I receive the massage "Run Away", but now this message still on screen, If I load a previous savegame before the rape scene happen, the Run Away message still also on screen. Do you have the same issue?

 

Obliviously I meet the requirement for the mod.

I don't know what are the future plans but I've got several suggestions (for player as aggressor):

- add several executions options (like decapitation)

If you are talking about the sex animations, Defeat doesn't have any of those. It just calls them up from Sexlab and sexlab controls them.

Devious Devices should really be a plugin like it is for Submit.

 

As for future plans Goubo has a number of them but right now this beta of Defeat is just about getting the core aspects of Defeat to work. After that has been established then he plans to expand on it with post rape events and a wide range of them.

 

If you want a idea of what he might do, go back and look for one of my posts several pages back. I made a list of them and Goubo liked a number of them. He was asking for suggestions. So while he may or may not use my idea's you can expect things of that general nature most likely.

 

Plus I am sure once he releases the full release of the core Defeat and starts on the post rape stuff he will ask us for input and idea's then.

I am talking about sex animations. They work perfectly with Defeat V4.1. But with last version, raped NPC constantly turns left,right, moves forward, backward.

Are you using the latest version of sexlab 1.57? Because defeat beta is made to work with that and defeat doesn't or shouldn't be influencing stuff like that at all.

 

You might be best to start a new thread in the sexlab technically support forum. It would be easier to help you there and have you test a few things so maybe we can find the issue instead of cluttering up this thread.

I have a curious bug now.

I've attempted to disable the help prompts, but that did nothing in regards to solving the problem.

The problem that I'm having is that after being knocked down, the NPC will strip my weapon and armor, but stops before my gloves and boots, then will usually continue attacking me until I'm dead.

 

Once those first two pieces of gear are stripped away, nothing else happens, I have attempted to alter different settings in the victim aspect of the mod but that has had little effect, I've yet to have this mod successfully work, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions, or has anyone else encountered this problem?

Had an issue when testing this mods Player-Aggressor rape sequence (using v5b3).

 

Playing as a female PC, the conditions to initiate the rape of the male NPC I was fighting worked just fine, but the wrong animation played. I have the option in the MCM menu ticked to set female PCs to use cowgirl instead of a strap-on against a male NPC, but she didn't do so. The cowgirl animation technically did play, but my PC wasn't doing the riding, instead the male NPC began riding reverse-cowgirl on my female PC's non-existent (presumably because I didn't have one in inventory) strap-on. This also happened on a different male NPC that I had killed and used the necro-feature on. Cowgirl technically did play, but with the male NPC doing the riding instead of my female PC.

 

So, either the correct animation played but with the actors' positions reversed, or the incorrect animation played.

"Run Away" message being stuck, wierd bug, do other help messages like this get stuck or only this one?

 

About the redress thing, a victim of rape do not redress, this is intended, could add a optional function for it if pieces are only unequipped I guess.

 

 

Remove the "Resurrect()" call, it is the cause of all sorts of trouble. (Removed equipment being added back, hostilities being initiated again...). All you need to do is give the "dead" body 1 pt in health and set their healing rate to 0.

Here is the code used in the SexAddicts mod for necro and it worked with any dead body, even bodies that were never alive in the game.

Edit: The "wasDead" flag is used after the animation completes to know to remove the single point of health and then call the Kill function on the body to make sure the game knows its dead again.

The call to "Resurrect" is completely unnecessary and merely adds complications.

 

Thank you, though I remember messing around with this and that SexLab checks if the NPC is dead and then do not trigger any sex animation, I don't know if it is still the case, I'll try out.

Is there any way to disable the "player victim" feature automatically when you become werewolf? 

It's kinda of annoying that they "force you" through defeat out of the werewolf sate, after the rape attempt, you can't go back werewolf because of the vanilla debuff :(

The mod-not-installing problem persists.

I clean-saved before trying to install the newest version. V5b1 worked great for me.

It might be a conflict with DAYMOYL as I have it running and this was mentioned several times in this thread that the "mod not working" might be conflicts with other mods. (Although I don't know what exactly is meant by "not working". Does it mean "not installing" or does it mean the mod behaves in an unintended way?)

Some new problem here. :3

No struggle bar in b3.

After defeat i see 'hold down hotkeys', at once rape scene begins. When rape is over, character stand alive instead-that would remain lying or sitting as before in b2.1

 

Also cant see struggle bar from mcm.

Hm.. before rape struggle bar sometime working well. I realy do not know why I thought that it is not. :blush:

But after, animation to lie or sit triggered for a little moment... and then character just normal stand. And enemies attack again immediately.

lol i just disable 'DA post-assault' option, and all good again. :lol:

Can someone help me with what I hope is a simple question?

 

If I disable the 'Activate' option, can I still do the same things as I would with that, in the same circumstances, using the 'G' key?

 

I have another mod that is supposed to be triggered by the E, or Activate, key at the same time as, or at least close to, the health trigger point and I am struggling to get it to work in conjunction with this.  I have tried with and without Activate enabled, but couldn't quite see the difference.   I'm not sure what exactly is going on but it may be that the Defeat bleedout event is kicking in faster than my ancient fingers can press the keys :-)    

 

It would be nice to be able to pin down for certain, though, exactly what the difference between the Activate and G Hotkey is meant to be, so that I can then at least eliminate something.   I'd be grateful for any help :shy:

Hi.

May i ask? Why did you disable Player-Aggressor for creatures?

For example: it makes sense for female agressor (inversed = "Female vs Male" is on) against draugr or any other male creature.

Is it possible to add "Player-Aggressor for creatures" as an option or default behavior for female characters with "inversed" option is on?
