SimpleLife Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Also a bit confused by the Escape event, after getting up, the enemies just stand around letting me grab my things, appease my companions etc. I can even beat on them without fear of retribution. If I understand it correctly, I actually have to run away for them to be hostile to me again?
squall1151 Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 I have a bug I think. ok so I go in a cave thing with draugers. and there about 3 or 4 around so I test this mod, so when fighting I died not died but was like on floor in bleed out then the bar come up to save myself 1st time I left it then the druagers had there way with the my pc after they finished I was on the floor with the bar and nothing happened even when I got the bar full I was still stuck on the floor and had no choice but to reload. I also tried it the 1st time with the bar and it still didn't get me up. any clue what I can do?
nutluck Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Been using Defeat 5 in my latest game with no issues so far, I mainly (exclusively) use the player victim side on the mod, which has worked great for me once I worked out (or, if I'm honest about my intelligence, read Ms. Leeches explanation, thanks!) how to stand up. Wanted to ask if it'd be hard to make the 'struggle' keys mappable? I ask since I (and I think a few others) use console controllers so currently you can't escape without enabling the keyboard, at least with a 360 controller. Also, is there any plans to add a 'hardcore escape' option, similar to Submit, where even when you've escaped your still bound or gagged using the ZaZ animations and need to swallow your pride and ask for help or struggle free like in Devious Devices? Anyway, great mod, your the greatest Goubo! Goubo has said there will be more post rape stuff to come. For not he wanted to get the base beta version of the mod out so we can play test it for him and help him find and fix any bugs. Then once it is very stable he will be adding more stuff.
nutluck Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 alright. i got it to work.. i just had to clear out my whole skyrim and download all the needed mods to make this all work. now im downloading all the amours and such.. i think my problem was my computer wasnt made for gaming and i had all these other mods running (frost fall, wet and cold, realistic needs and diseases, and etc) all running at once and my computer couldnt process the scripts or something. but it works now and im going to keep the mods simple. thank you and love the work done into this. its truly amazing and hilarious when you just try and run and run but get raped repeatedly. love it and keep up the good work Very possible if you have a computer that isn't very fast and load up on script mods you can have script lag. Which will cause those mods to not work.
nutluck Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Found an interesting bug. Was knocked down into sitting position and i have the wilderness option set to 50%, i was successfully transported to Morthal swamps but i was still stuck in the sitting position. using the clean option in the MCM lets me move again but i still get the audio of my char moaning in pain. Also still trying to find out why i cant use the struggle option with the controller To get out of the sitting animation you have to hit the arrow keys left and right and fill up the bar again. Then after a moment your character will stand and then you can move around. As for the control others have reported issues with that, so that seems to be a bug. I have no idea if Goubo knows how to fix that, perhaps allow for custom keymapping.

If I understand it correctly, I actually have to run away for them to be hostile to me again? Yes at it is now they have a calm effect that lasts for x amount of time giving you time to flee. Obviously this could use a little tweaking so it ends the calm effect if you attack even if the time is not up.
Debaster Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Character gets knocked down and struggle bar appears as it should, but then the bandits just walk away and no scene is initiated. Haven't had any issues with other mods using SL 1.54, I can see Defeat in FNIS, and I've run script cleaner just to be sure, so I'm pretty puzzled. This papyrus readout is pretty weird too, is it possible that NPC potions from ASIS is causing the issue? [04/30/2014 - 04:14:56PM] Defeat: Player victim - End scene, Restored. shinji72 Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Hi tried with a gargoyle. Everything as expected... but after rape the gargoyle just stood around. Perhaps this is inteded to allow me a chance to escape. But then... If I strike it with magic... the creature won't react at all. I can roleplay that the creature is so confused because of the orgasm that it let's itself be killed without opposition. But i'm sure it's not really intended...
crusher Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Can post-rape events be completely disabled? So post event would be: attempted murder - death option? I'm currently using Death Alternative and it works well with other mods in build.
germanicus Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Have to repeat my post since nobody answer my question. Without bringing up the console and "EPC" command, my female PC can't move at all regardless the time passed and bandits won't stop dancing. I walked actually sneaked through whole cave (2 Skyrim hours) and even reduced the time of my PC's length of weakness from 120 sec. to 60. No, help. Crazy bastards are dancing forever. they don't return to their natural state- hostility. When being raped by bandits, they took only one sword, but my PC had two swords. A new problem arise too. Since bandits didn't became hostile again no bandits or animal attacks me no matter what place I go. Even "tcai" console command didn't help. The whole Skyrim is one big utopia now. Also, my PC can't use weapons and armour forges too in any city. Tried everything, but no help. That bug was present in previous versions of Defeat. But problem was solved with re-equipping the armour and weapons. This time is helpless. OK - just found the solution on net that works for restoring forging. So, whoever have or will have similar problem here is what to do. The solution came from the man with czar222 nickname registered on skyrimforum.org. This is happening when there is a bug in the mod that sops working: "What's happened is that your player-generated animation has been turned off. This could prevent you from mining, using forges, using crafting tables, getting on horses or anything else that requires the "use" key and a brief animation of the player doing something. What usually happens is the camera just quits to third person, recenters on the character, and freezes you in place. This is usually caused by a mod.To fix this, open the console command window by pressing the tilde button next to the "1" button on your main keyboard. Then type in player.tai and this should reactivate your animations." Last thing - This bug caused serious damage to my character and the game. I had to uninstall the mod. Cleaned my save with save cleaner. But the problem remained. Did all proposed fixing solution I found on different forums but - never recovered enemy's Ai and returned them to hostile state. At the end, I had to delete my character. What a waste!
namkcor Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Amusing events I been getting with my pc getting raped by animals. The Rob event trigger and hear the wolf talk then steals my stuff with the robbed quest. Then the rescue ones triggered and ended up on the opposite side of skyrim. Very amusing first time. Seeing the subtitles go off I was scanning all around me for the NPC being called "Wolf" then relized it was the wolf that had raped my character was the one doing it.
soulbreaka Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Also, other than trolls and spiders not raping, when an enemy such as a bandit gets killed when he is about to rape the PC, he ends ups till raping the PC even though he is dead then walks as nothing happens even he is supposed to be dead... unless i tap him once then he falls over.
Z0mBieP00Nani Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 The only real bug I've noticed with the latest version so far (after I got it working) is the PC staying in the sitting position after the assault has occurred with a Chaurus. The bandit events seem to at least progress as they should in that my character blacks out and wakes up in an inn somewhere.
aqqh Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Would it be possible to add a function - in MCM i guess - to reset your amount of cuffs? I keep "loosing" them from time to time. Guess this can be done by uninstalling and reinstalling the mod but it would be simplier in MCM
ODell22d Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I know there has been a whole bunch of posts that talk about the hideout and I've looked at as many of them as I can and this may sound stupid but I have no idea how to get the hideout so I can use it... Under the description of the mod it mentions the features but nothing of the hideout or how it works, where to find it. I did see a section in my MCM that says place hideout but when I do this nothing happens... Is there something I'm missing? Please help if you can and thanks... The hideout was removed a number of patches ago. It is going to be made as a addon mod that will plug into Defeat. Right now Goubo is working on a major rewrite of Defeat to get it how he wants. After that he will be at some point go back and work on the hideout mod. The part in the MCM menu is just a bit left behind when it was removed. Likely Goubo left it there so when he added the plugin mod it has a place to plugin at. Thanks for your help, Looking forward to when all of this gets all finished and working together! Everything so far is great, Does anyone know if the Deviously Helpless mod will be upgraded to work smoother with these new updates?
Damoriva Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I missed the hideout completely. What was the purpose of it? A place where bandits would take you for prolonged fun? If so, I'd really like to see Oli's furniture mod thing (or I guess the Zaz stuff, since that's where it's drawing from) get implemented. But that would probably take a while, and getting the mod stable is more important.
vagonumero13 Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 The left/right thing doesn't work with controller maybe because of the analogic nature of those (Goubo said that he is checking mapped keys). So how about adding an option that uses a different pair of action? For example Sprint/Shout, which are mapped to LB/RB in default controller configuration, and which are pure digital buttons. If a configuration is added for custom keys, I doubt the left and right could be assigned to it.

Place where YOU will take bandits for prolonged fun Personally i would like a set of Thalmor slaves, that would be my first goal when it would be up

The best way to prevent things like this is to always save in a new slot. you may end up with hundreds of saves but at least you'll know if you encounter an issue you can always go back to a save before it happened and lose at worst like a few hours instead of the whole playthrough

Thats why this is a beta build and not a full version release, by agreeing to use beta builds you are agree to the risks that come with that. That is the reason I have a special save/character I use for saves and while I am testing a mod I don't play my other characters, that way the saves never get effected by any testing I do.

Everything so far is great, Does anyone know if the Deviously Helpless mod will be upgraded to work smoother with these new updates? You're welcome. As for Deviously Helpless no clue though I imagine every mod here that still has a author working on it will eventually get updated to sexlab 1.5x series so should work with all the other mods that do as well eventually. I honestly imagine with all the changes to sexlab with the 1.5 series that it is going to take a month or more for all the mod authors to update and tweak there mods and get things working together smoothly again. Of course the more we the fans help them with testing the faster it will go.

So far it has worked so I have never lost a main. Well since my first try at modding 9 months ago when I made a complete hash out of everything.
germanicus Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Ms Leeches - I do have a saved save. As a matter of fact, that character's purpose was to serve for mod testing. I was purposely dramatic to emphasize the importance of the bug presence and hazard that it can cause. Nobody reacted to my report like it wasn't a big deal. That was my feeling. Even now, my save is not most important thing at the moment, but will someone do something about that, at least look at it, that is most important. I might be only one who has such a problem at the moment, but that doesn't mean that issue doesn't exist if no one else reported - yet.

Ah well it is hard to tell when someone is being a little over the top to make a point and actually mean it. No worries You are correct it is a bug that should be looked into, but really for something like that it is really something Goubo needs to take a look at and likely at the Papyrus log, I am assuming you posted one on your original post about it.
