I noticed a new batch of YK stuff, so I grabbed them ((ADA-1.3.1,1 AEL-1.1.1,1 YK-2.1.2.12a) and decided to have another go at ignoring the 'new game required' warning and installing them into my favorite mid-game save (I used the 'safe' above described cleaning scheme on the save first), I didn't get any 'missing masters' warnings so I can't reproduce the above mentioned YK esl thing. This newer version seems to be MUCH more stable (and playable... Bravo!!)

 

If Scrab ever reads this... I'd really like to know what sort of problems might happen (or expect to happen) since I ignored the 'new game required' warning.

This requirement is only relevant to people updating the mod, if you freshly install it doesnt matter

With this latest set of updates, Acheron and YK should be free of bugs - at least there are no bugs left that have been reported to me that do not have a solution found for them.

..so if youve been skeptical about using it, or been waiting for the mod to be "more stable" then now would be your chance to give it a (second) try

Hi scrab... sorry my english in advance.. and thank you for the wonderfull job ...

With the new Acheron - 1.3.1 - 1.5.97 and latest  kudasay when I am attaching npc  whit magic the game freez or send  me on desktop,

it's not appen with creature...( wolf bear ant etc etcetera..) If on the mcm I swich off acheron it does not appen and the fight go head until someone  die..but this is normal ?

I'm on a new game anyway...

Update even with a sword but only npc....

Hi, I just updated the Acheron to 1.3.1. However, after I did so.  MO2 indicated that I missing master file as follow:

I thought Acheron.esl has been changed to Acheron.esm. Did not realise that I will need both of them to play.

Looks like you might need the latest versions of the extension library and practical defeat (according to those required by listed)

Well after playing with Sexlab Defeat and Death Alternative for a long time (I know this mod is old and is buggy as hell) I decided to try your mod with Acheron... And honestly it's a breath of fresh air. Everything triggers quickly and the QTE mini-game is nice looking and well thought out.

So just a comment to thank you for your work on this mod, you've really done a great job.

Most possably you don't have Acheron Extension Library installed

Hey there!

 

I'm running YK 2.1.2.8, alongside Acheron 1.3.1. When I get downed by a group of creatures (I'm using Practical Defeat for humanoids) one will start a scene, but the others will start attacking me again with a notification in the top left stating "Failed to create scene." I'm not entirely sure where the disconnect is happening, if it's something on the YK side, on the Acheron side, or if there's something that I've somehow toggled incorrectly. 

 

Do you have any ideas of what would be causing this? I had it happen with a large group (4+) of Draugr, as well as just recently with a group of Falmer and Chaurus.

 

Any ideas on where I should start looking for a resolution for this?

Having the same problem. For both assaulting and surrendering, I get a 'Failed to Create Scene' message.

I am also getting this issue. Using it on normal bandits and my character.

That's the usual reason for this error message.

I tried defeating the troll without specifying any tags in the creature field of the MCM menu, but after playing the animation several times (including the same motion), it returned to normal mode and the battle started again.
I have the animations by Baka and Billly in SLAL, so it is not likely that the animation file did not exist.
Maybe the automatic recovery from the Defeat state (HP over the hex value, or the effective time expired) got stuck?

Hey, how can i investigate why assault scene stop working ? I m on YK 2.1.3 and Acheron 1.3.1 everywthing was working fine until a big fight were i had a failed scene start.
Now every time my char is defeated creature do nothing and i stay stuck, don't even recover with full life.
But if i load a save prior the big fight, everything works fine again.

I saw nothing related to acheron or YK in papyrus log.

What about creatureframework support, to be able to work with a mod hosted here too, demonic creatures ? (somehow this old defeat can update the list of creatures and work with that... !).
