First things first : Your PA themed mods are amazing. Everything works like a charm except for the Riften Dance Contest Scene. The Route trough the city and the execution of the Follower works fine, but as soon as the player needs to go upstairs, the script forces the player down and against the gallow, same thing for the guards. Sometimes you get stuck under the trapdoor, sometimes you bug upwards, but nothing further happens. Is that a known bug ? I disabled everything Riften related (JK‘s stuff, Cities Expanded…) but only this scene and only for the second victim and guards is bugged. Windhelm and Riften Guillotine works fine. Also, are there already any plans about a new cities for Bad Ends Revived in the near future? Greetings

If the follower can reach the correct spot, the navmesh should be fine.
Issues with the player are usually caused by installing the mod on pre-existing saves.

Remaining cities are planned, but will require time.

you can install Psyche´s SL-Animpack as a stopgap solution if want this resolved right now.

Can you may force 3th person during the scripted events? If PC is in first person, its a buggy mess and no way to get out of it :D

also PC gets invisible sometimes. 

but overall great mod

I tried it with a new save and it didn’t worked. If you are triggering the gallow execution with two people, the first works and then the guards and the second victim keep running against the gallow basement, eventually glitching trough, and then nothing happens. Waiting doesn’t resolve the glitch. The other events in both cities work as intended. 
Also : I don’t know if you are just remaking other events in your mods which are already scripted and voiced or making them from scratch. If so, it would be really cool to see a solitude crucification event on the place in front of castle dour or alongside the road to the city. Your crucification mod would work fine with such a event and it would be fitting, because the empire is roman styled. It would also be cool to see the other devices covered in the remaining cities, like a chopping block in Whiterun or impalement in Markarth. Thanks ??

Thanks it's a nice addition to PA :P I wish there was a mod that removed the hold separation from crimes, so you could get captured anywhere and sent to Riften for execution.

Hey, so the Guillotine does seem to be appearing, more specificaly I can see the basket and my character appears to be colliding with an invisible object.  for clarification, this is just in general, haven't had an activated event yet

It wont appear before the event starts.
The Bucket and the invisible colli objects are bugs. will be fixed soon.

I was going to connect it to an event through Simple Slavery, but I failed.
If you have time, don't you have any thoughts of considering a Simple Slavery associated patch?

I love the idea of this mod, but I can't get any of the events aside from the whipping to play. I think it begins to start either the Dance Party or Guillotine Party event, but I just get a black screen after either choosing to fall asleep or falling asleep while hog tied. I've waited but nothing ever comes up. I'm sorry if this is an issue that you're working on/has a solution already ;;

When you say 'you can now execute NPCs', what do you mean by this specifically? Do you just mean sending a follower to the gallows via the chain, or something else like the independent prison system for NPCs that is in PA?

Sorry, i meant that you can now have a second chain, which can be used to start the Guillotine Scene with NPC´s.

Is it possible to have an option to change gags or disable them for the hanging scenes, for both riften and windhelm? Just not my favourite gag because the harness blocks the eyes and face too much.

Sorry to bother you, but after doing everything as instructed (deleted all earlier versions and created a new save before reinstalling all mods), I still have an error with the "Player + Follower"/"Two followers" execution scene in the guillotine-chain options. The player's execution scene works and plays, but the follower in it just stands as a normal spectator (not bound, not placed in a device). After beheading a player, there is no continuation.

 

I tried both with an ordinary follower (the mercenary Jenassa) and a PA taken through the script (Riften's random guard at the gate).
I also checked the "execution of two followers" function also does not work - only Jenassa was executed, the second follower taken through the script continued to stand still on her place.

1st option: Disable "devious devices - assets.esm"

2nd option: The Scene fragment scripts of the Execution quests have a property called "gag" you can delete or replace them with the CK or TESVedit.

(might require a new game to take effect)

The script looks for the "isplayerteammate" flag when looking for followers. the vanilla follower quest and most follower frameworks assign this when recruiting one. If you aquired your follower by other means it is possible that this flag is missing.

they also have to be IN Riften to be detected (not indoors)

All conditions were met for the case when I used Jenassa (hired as a vanilla follower and brought to Riften, during activation the chain was next to the player character) - this was the very first, standard test.
I can't be completely sure about the disappearance of the flag, but I think I would notice a change in interaction with the mercenary (most likely a message saying "follower has left you").

No, this message is just a convenience from the Followerhandling quest. the playerteammate flag has nothing to do with it.

You can however check or set/unset the flag with console commands.
