I looked around on the nexus, looking for high poly vanilla cloths/armor, or something that makes them fit better with fusion girl. I found "High Poly Vanilla Clothing and Fan Favorites Overhaul" but it doesn't expressively say it works for FG but does say its for CBBE... Will it still work well enough or does anyone know where i can find what i'm looking for?

You can try this mod.  It's a list of various Fusion Girl outfits.  I can't say if those CBBE outfits will work well enough.  They sometimes look OK, but expect clipping here and there.

Also, while probably unrelated, be aware that if you're using ZBG to get LookMenu sliders then you need to update to the latest version of that as well (otherwise you'll have a file conflict over the FG plugin from the old version).

I use BodyTalk 3 and Fusion Girl has priority over it. And nothing is overriding any files from the ZeX skeleton, at least acording to MO2. Vanilla outfits and modded outfits made for CBBE have no problem until they're built with BodySlide for FG. The outfits and bodies built for FG included with the FG FOMod have the previous result by default. Also, there's no difference when running the game with ZeX deactivated on MO2.

I'm basically out of ideas then. I too use latest FG and ZeX skeleton with BT3 and don't see the same problem. Something is mis-installed or conflicting. I install with Vortex, but seriously doubt it's an issue with the mod manager. You don't have CBBE Knee Fix or Discrete Female Skeleton installed, do you? Or additional skeletons to change body proportions (neck/shoulders, etc)?

I just started using FG instead of CBBE, I like the mesh of it better, it's smoother, and looks better in scenes.(Only downside is less conversions for FG yet, but that is being worked on) However, I have noticed, while using overlay mods, like..  Get Dirty or possibly Commonwealth moisturizer, when an overlay is applied(I usually notice it with Dirt, so not sure if CM actually does it too), the body becomes slightly transparent. Like, it's not to the point of a missing texture and is just a clear image through to the other side, but it's slightly transparent, so I can see the overlays through the body, or I can see the shape of the head through the hair.

 

Just curious if this was a known issue with get dirty? Or maybe just on my end, possibly, since I am new to FG. I will try to get a screenie when I get up in the morning-ish and show what I mean if I can.

If memory serves, this is an issue with 8KB body textures which doesn't affect 4K and lower resolution textures. I don't think it's specific to using FG.

Ahhh, well I did also download 8k textures, so maybe I will stop using those. Heh. Thank you!

 

Edit: I removed the 8K texture pack I downloaded and lo-and-behold, the transparency also went away.  So, now I know that was the issue :)

Is there anything like Fusion Girl texture resauces that you can add to existing CBBE textures to add the missing pussy and anus colors? Possibly with different colors.

I use Paint.Net to copy the missing bits from an FG texture into a CBBE texture for use with the FG body.

I copy them from the relevant regions of the included body textures that come with FG, or from any of the texture packs here on LL and on Nexus which say they're for FG.

I am having a weird problem with a couple of DLC outfits that refuse to work.

Specifically in Nuka-World the Fancy plaid suit & tie and Operators armored skirt when worn by NPCs decide to show the naked body over their mesh - And for whatever reason it only happens when worn by other characters, not the player.

 

Example with player and NPC:

The trouble is that this doesn't happen with anything else in the base game or Far Harbour and as far as I know niether in Nuka-world.

PLUS I cannot find them in Bodyslide to edit. The armored skirt appears to be a mix of other meshes and the suit a retexture, so maybe that's why they don't exist on their own, but I have no idea really.

 

If I rebuild Nuka World bodies they do change (I made them fat to test and more flesh showed through) but the outfits appear to keep their shape. I know something about modding but I'm no expert and I'm out of options so I would appreciate any help.

 

As for relevant modlist I only have Fusion girl, BodyTalk and OCBPC. Also tried rebuilding everything with Fusion Girl Vanilla Outfits but nothing got fixed so I reverted back.

I would like to report the same issue as ToddHowardEnjoyer, however what I have found is that its not the suit or skirt that is the issue, but an armour piece that has a reference body still attached to to.

I am pretty sure that the body just needs to removed from the armour using outfit studio to fix the problem, the only piece that seems to be affected is the "Light Right Arm -B" set.

I'm not using any patches for Leito animations, except the UAP (Ultimate AAF Patch).  Make certain you are using Leito V2.1b animations.

I am but he himself said some of the animations don't have any fancy interactions with the Fusion Girl body since they were made before those were a thing. I remember reading the SAM enhanced animations might but I haven't been able to get that one to work.

Ahh, you want the extra animations down under.  Yah, the leito V2.1b animations don't have that and I haven't seen anything to add them (doesn't mean they don't exist, I simply haven't come across them).

 

Edit: Looks like the Sam Enhanced Animations claims to add down under animations for Leito V2.1b .  I'm not using that (yet), so I can't verify that it helps.

hi, as many others here I became inerested in the textures that fusion girl has and wanted to change from cbbe to FG but don't know what steps should I follow or what to delete as I've got addons for CBBE as OCP, MTM but dont know if they'll present a problem for FG (the only thing I know is that i'd have to change clothing things and reemplace them with their Fg counter part) hope anyone can help me.

You'll need to read the descriptions of the mods you're using and the mods you're replacing them with, and actually understand what they're for and how they work. I don't think anyone's going to want to personally write you a primer on this topic, but if you have very specific questions you want to ask, or encounter challenges and can't figure out what's gone wrong after trying in earnest to solve those issues yourself, then people here (myself included) may find time to offer brief answers or suggestions.

 

Also, precision in your writing helps. For example, you refer to "OCP" which is not something I'm familiar with, but perhaps you really meant CBP, or OCBP (or possibly even OCBPC) which are body physics libraries you might be using one of. OCBP works well with Fusion Girl, and MTM has some OCBP presets for FG which may make it easier for you to find a behavior profile you like more quickly without having to fiddle with the configuration options yourself. (OCBPC is an OCBP replacement which adds collision physics, but can lead to some odd and unexpected interactions so better avoided until you've gotten comfortable with normal OCBP).

ok, yeah it was a typo I meant OCBP, sooo im using ocbp with other mod that's named "mtm - 3BBB - CBP - OCBP - OCBPC physics preset, (same before mentioned) collision preset" wanted to know if those worked for fusion girl n you say yes so i'll leave them but If I remember correctly I have to erase cbbe, skeletal adjustments and discret female skeleton right? and change all the cbbe clothing to ther FG counter parts obviously. TY for helping me cause I really want to change to FG.

Edit: also erase extended skeleton and female discret skeleton

MTM's presets do work, but you do nee to use the "3B" ones with modern versions of Fusion Girl (FG has 3-bone breast bounce a.k.a. "3BBB" inherently as part of the body). You don't actually need it though, if you're initially testing you might just start without it. FG comes with a default OCBP configuration already, MTM just gives you more options to coarsely pick how much "jiggle" you want without needing to fine-tune all the parameters yourself.

ok but I read long time ago that the 3bbb mod affects AAF, doesn't it? if not I dowload that one to work with the othe 2? So I erase the cbbe and the before mentioned ones and put Fusion girl.

also was about to ask on another forum , do your conversion of devious devices must be used along with the rc8 full or just yours? separated the 1.3.4 version

Don't confuse the fact that there is a 3BBB variant of CBBE with the fact that FG has integrated 3BBB. Other than sharing some physics behaviors, there's nothing particularly related. When something "supports" current versions of Fusion Girl, that means it support's FG's integrated 3BBB implementation.

 

The FG conversion of Devious Devices I updated doesn't need RC8, it was merely designed to support RC8 (so includes the new items not present in 2.0). But I would still recommend DD RC8 instead of 2.0 because it comes with a lot of bug fixes and quality of life improvements.

Thanks, everything went ok at the end n now im using fusion girl, only problem im having are

1- as im using lazman HHS  the opened vault suit option one isn't done with HHS dont know why.....anyway, ill use the other one (half open)

2 the breasts of my character look wrinkled (I found someone with the same problem but lost the cooment on this thread or another so i couldn't find how to fix it).
