And if you manually force the quest? This is what the fix does every time you travel to the garage:

 

 

StartQuest _NukaRide_Scooter
SetStage _NukaRide_Scooter 100

 

 

If it is still in Stop then I have to change other things.

I will just assume it is a "Feature" and not a bug, for my own story canon I can imagine the pack are just "recruiting" more girls. It does not seem to be effecting anything so I am happy to leave it.

Feedback: Fly Me To The Moon Quest

 

 


When I am supposed to get into the Vertibird I click to get in, next thing I am standing on the ground and my body is through the floor in the middle of the Vertibird.

The Vertibird takes off leaving me on the ground. I watch it fly high in the sky for a while and then the load screen appears and I am standing on the USS Moon Of Steel.

I tried this three times with exactly the same result.

 

The second take-off from the USS Moon Of Steel was fine no problems.

While it's not the expected behavior, it won't break the quest. It's the first time I've heard of something like this happening though.

I just downloaded and I got to the part where I'm supposed to pole dance for Mason and nothing is happening. All that does happen is the AAF symbol in the top right corner just looks like its loading and the scene never loads. Is there any fix to this?

I'm going to get a lot of such reports until I update my mod. Right now my mod and the latest version of AAF don't get along.

 

You can wait for me to update (it will take a long time, and I'm still working on the other mod). Or if you have an older version of AAF like 166, that will be fine.

Hi JB

 

Well that worked and didn't at the same time.  I am not sure if I was meant to run through the console commands when I got there, but decided to do that before I set off.  So outside of DC and then travelled to AC Garage.  The good news he was leaning against the door and spoke to me, looked back and no scooter, so thought not a problem it will appear.  we negotiated a super sexy price, got interrupted by Zeke for a second (Nose bleed remark).  The two of them stood in the middle of the warehouse, then we cut to the scene on the bed (nice change worked really well).  Was told to go and sit on the chair, fade to back and when I go to see Earl  he is leaning against well nothing no scooter is there.Fallout424_07_202317_59_29.png.13f9f545efb9fbcc3d182ceef82d0757.png

So I tried doing the StartQuest etc. once I got the AC Garage and pretty much the same thing happened.  Earl moved to the door, we talked, they didn't walk out the other side of the warehouse, agreed price, got the threesome.  Part way through Super Mutants attacked, didn't stop the animation though.  Killed a SM, went to the chair, fade to black and then no scooter.  Scooter appears everywhere else but the AC Garage.

Are you sure you have the hot fix installed and activated ? Could you duble check that? Everything you describe are the symptoms without the fix. 

 

 

PS: Lol, nope. My fix has the Data and Script folders misplaced. I just re-uploaded a new Hotfix. ?‍♂️

So I thought no problem, start the process again from DS and send the scooter back to NW, as you mentioned.  But the MCM doesn't have the option, unless I am missing something.

Hi JB

 

That fixed it, no need for the console commands.  Still had an issue with Zeke trying his nosebleed routine and Earl and partner stopping in the middle of the warehouse (they used to leave it and talk outside of the caravan to negotiate) but thank you, once again.

And I knew there was something else, been an issue for a while but I forgot about it. 

 

When you go to get the OB's PA in DC you dance for the guards in a cell.  That is fine but if you open the cell door they all instantly become hostile and start shooting.  It seems to be related to the Big Dig and the bloke who is in jail.  If I do that first I can open and close the cell door no problem but if I forget, the PC can be waiting for ages for one of the guards to open it.  Sorry been meaning to mention that for ages.

In that case you'd better do that quest for a while and get him released. It's easier to convince the guard to release him than me having to script and test an alternative.

 

Same with Zeke. Just talk to him, I don't know what's stopping you from talking to him.  ?

Lol, nice one, don't mind the bloke in the jail cell, but that Zeke what a....

 

On the jail bit wondered if it was something I was doing, well I was right, from now on once I have been to Goodneighbor with William going to go back on my scooter and getting him out sounds like a plan. 

 

On Zeke didn't occur for me before the latest versions, he tries to talk to you whilst you are talking to the mechanics, so it interrupts the flow, will speak to him before getting the replacement core next time.  Although I checked that ignoring him didn't stop the quest he gives and it didn't so all good.

I finished Golden Girls and it said Thanks for playing Nuka Ride etc

According to the Stages Guide I missed A Place called home, how do I start that one?

I have to remove that message or in any case indicate where to do that quest you mention.

 

Go to the tattoo shop and talk to Beagle.

 

If that little bug isn't there, talk to Music, she'll run a script just in case to make it appear. That's the end though I haven't put a message there.

It is a very common bug in the latest version of AAF. Things have changed and so I must change things. I will be working on this mod again soon.

 

AAF 172 is going to be released in the next couple of days, it has a fix for this issue.  I've been testing it and all the animations in the Audition quest work fine.

 

However, it is still more efficient to use a SceneSettings.LocationObject in situations where you want an animation to take place on a specific location reference, e.g. the pole dance and the throne, because then AAF doesn't have to do as much work to match tags to location objects.

Don't know why, but I get a saving bug with recent version of Nuka Ride. When I go back to 6.2.4 I can save again, and when activating the new version, it CTD on saves. 
Makes no sense for me. I am at the Oil Rig for the Brotherhood of Steel.

I am Hoping someone can help me with a Male Body Problem. I am using BodyTalk3 and have built the body in BodySlide, but I’m finding some males I think at random but mostly with the Overboss and VIP’s that the body is bloated. See screen pics.

Pic1 is what I built in BodySlide pic2 is what I expected and mostly get but pic3 is also what I get I think randomly

Do you have zex-bodygen installed? Random bodies being morphed like that is usually due to any type of bodygen file being installed in your game, you can find the files under Data>F4SE>Plugins>F4EE>BodyGen
